Liberty Media Corp.

Greg Maffei, with Chairman John Malone, leads the team transforming Liberty Media into an operating company to maximize shareholder value. He assumed the role of President and CEO of Liberty Media in March 2006, having joined the company in November 2005. Previously, Greg served as President and CFO of Oracle, Chairman and CEO of 360networks Corporation, a regional broadband carrier, SVP and CFO of Microsoft Corporation, and Chairman of Expedia. Greg has an MBA degree from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and an AB degree from Dartmouth College.  He also serves as a director of Electronic Arts and Zillow.com, as well as the Board of Trustees of the Seattle Public Library.

Mr. Tanabe has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Liberty Media Corporation since January 2007. Prior to that Mr. Tanabe was a Senior Vice President, General Counsel and the Corporate Secretary of Liberty Media beginning January 1999. Before joining Liberty Media he was a member of Sherman & Howard LLC, a Denver-based law firm where he served as a member of that firm’s management committee and specialized in mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions for clients engaged in a variety of industries, including cable television and other media businesses.

David J.A. Flowers has been Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Liberty Media Corporation since March 2006. He assumed the position of Treasurer in April 1997 and Senior Vice President in October 2000. Prior to being appointed Treasurer, Mr. Flowers was a Vice President Portfolio Manager when he joined Liberty Media in June 1995. Mr. Flowers has also been Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Discovery Holding Company since March 2005. Prior to joining Liberty Media, Mr. Flowers was formerly a Managing Director in the Media Finance Group at Toronto Dominion Bank. Mr. Flowers began his career at Toronto Dominion Bank in 1981 and held various positions within the Treasury Group as well as the Media Finance Group. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Carleton University with a major in Finance and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

A Senior Vice President of Liberty since January 2002 and Controller of Liberty since October 2000. Mr. Shean served as a Vice President of Liberty from October 2000 to January 2002. Prior to joining Liberty, Mr. Shean served in the assurance practice of the accounting firm of KPMG for more than five years, most recently as a partner.

David E. Rapley- A director of Liberty Media since May 2006. A director of Old Liberty from July 2002 to May 2006, having previously served as a director of Old Liberty from June 1993 to September 1994. Mr. Rapley has served as President of Rapley Consulting, Inc. since 2002. Mr. Rapley served as Executive Vice President of Engineering of VECO Corp. Alaska from January 1998 to December 2001. Mr. Rapley is a director of LGI.

Donne F. Fisher- A director of Liberty Media since May 2006. A director of Old Liberty from October 2001 to May 2006. Mr. Fisher has served as President of Fisher Capital Partners, Ltd., a venture capital partnership, since December 1991. Mr. Fisher served as Executive Vice President of TCI from January 1994 to January 1996 and served as a consultant to TCI, including its successors AT&T Broadband LLC and Comcast Corporation, from 1996 to December 2005.

Evan D. Malone- A director of Liberty Media since August 2008. Dr. Malone has been an engineering consultant for more than the past five years. Since January 2008, Dr. Malone has served as the owner and manager of a real estate property and management company, 1525 South Street LLC. During 2008, Dr. Malone also served as a post-doctoral research assistant at Cornell University and an engineering consultant with Rich Food Products, a food processing company. Dr. Malone has served as co-owner and director of Drive Passion PC Services, CC, an Internet café, telecommunications and document services company, in South Africa since 2007 and served as an applied physics technician for Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, part of the national laboratory system of the Office of Science, U.S, Department of Energy, from 1999 until 2001.

Larry E. Romrell- A director of Liberty Media since May 2006. A director of Old Liberty from March 1999 to May 2006. Mr. Romrell served as an Executive Vice President of TCI from January 1994 to March 1999. Mr. Romrell is a director of LGI.

M. LaVoy Robison- A director of Liberty Media since May 2006. A director of Old Liberty from June 2003 to May 2006. Mr. Robison has been executive director and a board member of The Anschutz Foundation (a private foundation) since January 1998. Mr. Robison is a director of Discovery.

Paul A. Gould- A director of Liberty Media since May 2006. A director of Old Liberty from March 1999 to May 2006. Mr. Gould has been a Managing Director of Allen & Company LLC, an investment banking services company, for more than the last five years. Mr. Gould is a director of Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation and LGI.
