Keith D. Nosbusch, 55, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Rockwell Automation, Inc., Milwaukee, WI, a leading global provider of industrial automation power, control, and information solutions. Previously served as president of Control Systems, a business unit of Rockwell Automation, and as senior vice president for Rockwell Automation. A member of Manitowoc’s board since 2003.

Theodore D. Crandall is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Crandall’s Rockwell Automation work experience spans 23 years and includes a variety of management positions in finance, manufacturing, logistics, and general management. Crandall joined Rockwell International in 1978 as a financial analyst for the Power Tool Division. He moved to Rockwell Automation, General Industry Operations, as senior planning analyst in 1979 and was appointed manager of strategic planning for General Industry Operations in 1981. From 1981 to 1988, Crandall was with Electronics Corporation of America, which in 1986 was acquired by Rockwell and became a division of Allen-Bradley. While there, his roles included director, Operations Analysis and vice president and controller. In 1988, Crandall was named vice president, Finance and Business Planning, Industrial Computer and Communications Group (ICCG). He was appointed vice president, Operations, ICCG, in 1990, and became vice president, Logistics, Operations Group, in 1992. In 1994, he was appointed vice president and general manager, Presence Sensing Business. In June 1998, Crandall was appointed senior vice president of the Industrial Control Group, a position he held until receiving his current assignment in 2007. He is a member of the Material Handling Industry Leaders Roundtable and an executive sponsor for Rockwell Automation Professional Women’s Council. Active in his community, Crandall is currently serving on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Wisconsin. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Crandall received a bachelor’s degree in Management Science and Economics and a master’s degree in Industrial Administration.

Douglas M. Hagerman became Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary May 1, 2004. Hagerman previously served as a litigation partner in the Chicago office of Foley & Lardner LLP and also as co-chair of the Securities Litigation, Enforcement & Regulation Practice Group. He represented litigants in all types of securities disputes. He is experienced in providing counsel on corporate governance matters such as audit committee practices, financial reporting processes, codes of ethics and compliance measures, and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Securities & Exchange Commission rules, and stock exchange rules. Hagerman is a member of the Council of Chief Legal Officers, the MAPI Law Council, and the Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals. He serves as Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of the United Way of Greater Milwaukee. He also serves on the Board of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. Hagerman is a graduate of Harvard Law School (cum laude) and of Drake University (summa cum laude). He studied economics and accounting and is a certified public accountant.

John D. Cohn is Senior Vice President Strategic Development and Communications for Rockwell Automation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he has served over 23 years. He was elected a director of Woodward in 2002. At Rockwell Automation, Cohn is responsible for all strategic development and planning activities as well as a broad range of global communications activities, including corporate marketing, public relations, and shareowner and employee communications. Previously, he was vice president, Global Strategy Development for Rockwell Collins, where he provided leadership for acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and global partnerships. Cohn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Russian area studies from Brown University and a Masters in Business Administration in finance and marketing from the University of Pittsburgh.

Robert Ruff was named senior vice president, Americas Region in November 2002. In addition to being responsible for leading the Americas Sales Region, Ruff has the responsibility to accelerate programs that are designed to increase market and customer share and drive business performance. Ruff joined Reliance Electric in 1976 as a service engineer and also provided customer training. In 1978, he was assigned as a sales engineer in Philadelphia until 1978, when he became a marketing/application engineer manager at the Regional Drive Center in Edison, N.J. In 1980, he was promoted to operations manager at the Regional Drive Center in Edison. In 1986, he moved into field sales as an executive account manager in Boston, Mass. Later that year, Ruff was appointed regional sales manager based in Milwaukee. He held that position until 1990, when he accepted the responsibility of regional sales manager for the New York/New Haven Region. Ruff was named director of Sales Systems in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1993 and in 1994 became the regional sales manager for the Cleveland/Pittsburgh Region. Then, in 1996, he was promoted to the position of industry vice president for metals in Pittsburgh. In January, 1999, he was appointed vice president for account sales for the Central Region, and in August, 2000, was promoted to vice president of the East Region. In February 2001, Ruff was named regional vice president of the Detroit Region. Ruff received an AAS in mathematics from Ohio University in 1968, and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Akron University in 1976. He was an Aviation Wing Pilot in the U. S. Navy from 1968-1971.

Nadine Guirl brings more than 20 years experience in human resources management to Jefferson Wells, having served as Vice President of Human Resources for both Fortune 500 manufacturer Rockwell Automation and Maysteel, LLC, in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Nadine has expertise in developing human resource strategies and leading a full spectrum of employee-centered programs and services across large corporate divisions and multiple locations, including internationally. She is a graduate of Alverno College, Milwaukee, with a BA in Business Management and Professional Communications.

Bob Hirschinger is a product manager for Rockwell Automation, with responsibility for Logix motion controller/software products. Bob has over 23 years experience in the motion industry in a variety of roles including application development and support, motion controller R&D, and product marketing.

Craig Simpkins has been a member of the Racine-Kenosha(RAKE) Chapter of APICS since 1996, and has held several positions including President, and is currently serving as VP of Education. He holds a BS in Accounting and Finance, and a MBA in Entrepreneurship, is a Accredited Payables Manager (APM) and is a Certified Fellow with APICS. Currently, Craig is the Manager of Accounts Payables for Rockwell Automation in Milwaukee. For several years, Craig has taught CPIM review courses for the RAKE Chapter, and for large pharmaceutical companies such as Abbott Laboratories and Hospira. Also, he has written several APICS Internet based CPIM Review Courses for APICS and Accenture Software. Additionally, he has presented several times on the topic of Lean Accounting and has several years of experience with system implementations.

Before founding GrowthPoint, Inc., Bruce was President of the North American Automotive and Robotics Division for ABB Corporation, one of the world's largest automation manufacturers. As president, Bruce grew the business 43% in a down market. With a laser focus on targeting sales resources, aligning them with the targeted segment buying cycle, the result was the ability to competitively deliver solutions. During this time he lowered overhead costs by 30% utilizing continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma. Previous experience includes 24 years at Rockwell Automation and Allen-Bradley, where Bruce held positions in operations, sales, alliance management, channel development and sales process management in multiple business units. He also managed the implementation of a comprehensive point-of-sales and CRM system. During this time, Bruce built a reputation of aligning the company to the key customer segment and building processes which continually improved financial performance of the organization. In his last role at Rockwell, Bruce was VP of the Process Business, one of four key growth areas for the company. In this roll he grew the business at a 32% CAGR by focusing resources on the defined target and implementing an integrated marketing and sales effort.

With over 15 years in the promotional products industry and seven years in the graphics field, Dale brings his expertise in the apparel and ad specialty industry to Leverage Sports. In working with such clients as Miller Brewing, Rockwell, Kleenex and ESPN, Dale has showcased his knowledge of sourcing and importing products with unique decoration capability. His involvement in apparel branding with Miller and ESPN generated one of the most successful co-branding campaigns in the NFL. Dale is also credited with transforming Rockwell Automation NASCAR and MLB. In addition to this work, Dale has also collaborated on numerous corporate fulfillment programs, hospitality packages and custom headgear designs for the clients of Leverage Sports. Dale graduated from UW-Oshkosh with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and has been a top producer in his field for many years. Dale is proud to call Grafon, Wisconsin his home.

Mr. Karp joined Wyse in 1994 as senior art director and was made Creative Director in 1996. Dan continues to develop creative strategy and execute design for major Wyse Accounts including Moen, Dirt Devil, Royal Vacuums, Rockwell Automation, and Sherwin-Williams. A graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor of fine art in graphic design, Dan donates design and marketing talent to many local not-for-profit agencies such as The Cleveland Artists Foundation, The Cleveland International Piano Competition and NODMA.

Jon Rode is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Rockwell Scientific Company. He oversees the commercial side of Rockwell Scientific's transformation from a captive corporate laboratory, a formal process begun in June 2001. His responsibilities include the growth of internal business in such areas as infrared imaging and mixed signal products. Commercialization at RSC includes licensing both RSC's IP as well as IP for our parent companies, Rockwell Automation and Rockwell Collins, through a wholly owned subsidiary, Rockwell Scientific Licensing. Commercialization also includes spin-outs from RSC-developed technology. AltaSens, created as a stand-alone company in February 2004, is the first of those spin-outs and is based on -more than a decade of internal work on CMOS imaging. Jon has also led spin-outs of companies in the power supply space (ColdWatt) and in energy harvesting (CIIIS). Prior to his current appointment, he was Vice President of Operations and Associate Center Director for Rockwell Science Center. Jon received a BS and Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Oregon, and has more than fifty technical publications and six patents.

Katherine Stack is the Director of Human Resources and Recruiting and has 18 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. She possesses a solid Human Resources generalist background with in-depth experience in talent acquisition, retention, performance management, career development and employee relations. Her industry experience includes working for Fortune 500 companies such as Rockwell Automation, Arrow Electronics and American Greetings as well other medium size growing businesses. Katie earned her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Psychology from Miami University, Oxford Ohio and her Master's Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University. She is SPHR Certified, a member of the Society of Human Resources Management since 1991, a member of the Cleveland Coaching Federation, North Coast Entrepreneur Group and a recent Redroom Revolution participant.

Retired Chairman and President, Bank One Corporation (now part of JPMorgan Chase & Co.) (Financial Holding Company). Mr. Istock served as Chairman of the Board of Bank One Corporation from October 1998, following completion of the merger of First Chicago NBD Corporation and Banc One Corporation, until October 1999, and as President of Bank One Corporation from October 1999 until September 2000. He served as Acting Chief Executive Officer of Bank One Corporation from December 1999 until March 2000. He served as Chairman of First Chicago NBD from 1996 to 1998 and as President and Chief Executive Officer of First Chicago NBD from 1995 to 1998. Mr. Istock is lead director of Kelly Services, Inc. and a director of Masco Corporation. He also serves as a director or member of a number of civic and community organizations.

Retired Executive Vice President, Fahnestock & Co. Inc. (now part of Oppenheimer & Co., Inc.) (Investment Banking), member New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Rockwell joined First of Michigan Corporation (investment banking) in 1961, was elected Senior Vice President in 1983, and was named Vice Chairman, First of Michigan Division of Fahnestock & Co. Inc. in March 1998 following the acquisition of First of Michigan by Fahnestock & Co. He is past chairman of the Municipal Advisory Council of Michigan and past President of the Bond Club of Detroit.

Director Since 1989 Retired Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, CMS Energy Corporation (Diversified Energy). Mr. McCormick served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of CMS Energy Corporation from November 1985 until May 2002. Before joining CMS, he had been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Natural Resources Company (natural gas company) and Executive Vice President and a director of its parent corporation, The Coastal Corporation (energy holding company).

David B. Speer is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ITW. Mr. Speer joined ITW in 1978 and has held various selling, marketing and general management responsibilities within the Construction Products organization. In 1984, he became General Manager of ITW's Buildex business and assumed additional responsibilities for the Ramset/Red Head business in 1987 and for the Canadian Construction Products businesses from 1988. In 1992, he became General Manager of the Paslode North American businesses. In September 1993, he became Group Vice President of the Construction Products organization, with responsibility for the global Buildex businesses, the Canadian Construction businesses and the Paslode North American businesses. In 1994, the Paslode European businesses were added to his responsibilities and in January 1995 the Asia Pacific Construction Products businesses. In September 1995, he became Executive Vice President of the global Construction Products businesses. In 1997, he added the additional responsibilities of ITW's Finishing Systems businesses globally. In 2003, Mr. Speer transferred responsibilities for the Finishing Systems businesses to another ITW Executive Vice President while assuming responsibility for the global Wilsonart businesses. In August 2004, he was named President of ITW. In August 2005, Mr. Speer was elected to the position of Chief Executive Officer and in May 2006 he assumed the additional responsibilities as Chairman. Mr. Speer graduated from Iowa State University in 1973, earning a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering. In 1977, he received a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from The Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University. Mr. Speer is a member of the Board of Directors of Rockwell Automation and the Advisory Board of Northwestern University's Masters of Manufacturing and Management Program. He is on the Boards of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, the Executives' Club of Chicago, Rush Medical Center, the Museum of Science and Industry and the Economic Club of Chicago. Mr. Speer is also a member of The Commercial Club and The Business Council.
