Rebecca Lawson's marketing career spans over 20 years. She brings extensive experience in corporate and marketing communications, product marketing, vertical market development, product launch and strategic positioning for enterprise and internet technology companies. She currently works for Peregrine Systems as Director of Product Marketing. She also founded and owns her own marketing consulting firm, Stratis Technology Marketing. Prior to Peregrine, she worked for Keylime Software as V.P. of Marketing. Mrs. Lawson's experience also includes multiple marketing and sales positions with companies like: TriTeal Corporation, Pages Software, Bluebird Systems, and EDS. She holds a Bachelor of Science in natural sciences with teaching credentials from the Michigan State University.

Joe brings over 13 years of venture capital investing and a wealth of experience in the areas of business planning, financings, negotiations, IPO's and acquisitions. His diverse and extensive experience allows him to play an integral role in the structure, strategic direction, and overall growth and business development of emerging companies. Prior to joining BCE Capital, Joe served as executive vice president, CFO and director of a highly regarded Canadian private investment company and managing director of its venture practice. As one of the venture practice founders, Joe was instrumental in shaping the vision and investment strategy, bringing a number of high-grossing investments to fruition. Joe's past successes include investments in Broadband Networks Inc. (acquired by Nortel, NYSE: NT), Positron Fibre Systems (NASDAQ IPO & acquired by RELTEC, NYSE: RLT), Loran International Technologies Inc. (acquired by Peregrine Systems, NASDAQ: PRGN), Electrophonics (acquired by ETEC, NASDAQ: ETEC), PC Docs Group International (NASDAQ IPO, and acquired by Hummingbird, TSE: HUM & NASDAQ: HUMC) and ImagicTV (NASDAQ IPO, and acquired by ALCATEL, NYSE: ALA). He began his professional career with KPMG, where he held various senior positions in both Canada and the U.K. Joe is a Gold Medal graduate from the University of Waterloo's Master of Accounting program. Joe holds C.A. and C.M.A. designations.

As chief financial officer, Andy is responsible for finance and accounting, investor relations, corporate development and information technology at Palm. Before joining Palm in December 2004, Andy was the chief financial officer at Pillar Data Systems, a development stage startup, and prior to that he was at Legato Systems, Inc., where he was part of a new management team that rebuilt the company. Prior to Legato, he was the vice president and chief financial officer at Adaptec, Inc., where he helped drive company performance during periods of rapid growth. Andy also held prior finance-management roles at Cypress Semiconductor Corp. and Precision Monolithics, Inc. Brown holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Eastern Illinois University (Charleston, Ill.) and is on the board of directors of Peregrine Systems.
