Paul S. Beideman joined Associated Banc-Corp as Chief Executive Officer and a member of Associated’s Board of Directors in 2003. He was named Chairman of the Board in January 2007. Prior to joining Associated, Beideman spent 17 years with Mellon Financial Corporation. He served on Mellon’s Senior Management Committee as Executive Vice President of Retail Financial Services and Chairman of Mellon’s Mid-Atlantic Region. Beideman holds a master’s degree in finance from Widener University, Pennsylvania, and a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from Millersville University, Pennsylvania. He is also a graduate of the National School of Finance and Management at Fairfield University in Pennsylvania. Beideman is active with several community organizations and charitable groups including the United Way, Partners in Education, and the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. He is a member of the executive committee and the board of directors of New North, Inc., a consortium of business, civic, non-profit and education leaders dedicated to economic development and job growth for 18 counties in Northeast Wisconsin. Beideman also serves on the boards of directors of Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce, Widener University, and the Philadelphia Zoo.

Brian Bodager is Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Associated Banc-Corp. He oversees corporation’s legal department including legal activities related to mergers, acquisitions, consolidations and liquidations, enterprise risk management, compliance, the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Community Reinvestment Act and corporate-wide insurance management. Bodager serves as a director of Associated Bank, NA, and Executive Vice President, Secretary, and a director of Associated Trust Company, NA (subsidiaries of Associated). He is also a director of the following subsidiaries and affiliates of Associated: Associated Financial Group, LLC; Associated Risk Group, LLC; Associated Investment Services, Inc.; Associated Wisconsin Investment Corp.; Associated Minnesota Investment Corp., Associated Illinois Investment Corp., Associated Wisconsin Real Estate Corp.; Associated Minnesota Real Estate Corp.; Associated Illinois Real Estate Corp.; First Enterprises, Inc.; First Reinsurance, Inc.; Banc Life Insurance Corporation; Associated Mortgage Reinsurance, Inc.; Associated Banc-Corp Founders Scholarship Fund and Associated Banc-Corp Foundation. Bodager holds a doctorate degree in jurisprudence and a master’s degree in business administration from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Bodager is a member of the board of directors for the Center for Childhood Safety.

Doug Schosser joined Associated as Chief Financial Officer – Line of Business Group in January of 2008. He is responsible for providing financial reporting and forecasting for Associated’s various lines of business, including retail, commercial and corporate banking, wealth management, operations/technology, credit and marketing. Prior to joining Associated Banc-Corp, Schosser served as Chief Financial Officer for the Northeast Region of KeyCorp in Cleveland, where he provided leadership in Key’s expansion strategies, product pricing and profitability, financial modeling and branch optimization. While at KeyCorp, Schosser also held a number of progressively responsible management positions for KeyCorp subsidiaries, including McDonald Financial Group, Victory Capital Management and Key PrivateBank. Schosser holds a bachelor’s degree in business and accounting from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.

Joseph B. Selner is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Associated Banc-Corp and Associated Bank, NA. His responsibilities include planning, directing and controlling the corporate financial management function, including treasury, tax management, accounting and financial reporting. Selner also assists with the corporate development plan and execution of mergers and acquisitions. Selner, who has 35 years of experience in the banking industry, is also a director of Associated Bank, National Association, Associated Trust Company, NA, Associated Investment Services, Inc, ASBC Investment Corp., Associated Wisconsin Real Estate Corp., Associated Minnesota Real Estate Corp., Associated Illinois Real Estate Corp., First Cap Holdings, Inc., First Enterprises, Inc., First Reinsurance, Inc., Banc Life Insurance Corporation, and Associated Banc-Corp Foundation. Selner joined Associated as an internal auditor manager in 1973. He was elected an executive officer of Associated in January 1978. Selner assumed his current position in 1983. Selner holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh and is a graduate of the Stonier School of Banking and of the BAI Banking School. He is a certified public accountant and certified internal auditor. Selner is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mark D. Quinlan is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer and Director of Operations and Technology of Associated Banc-Corp and Associated Bank. He oversees the company’s information technology services and is responsible for operations related to consumer lending, customer service, deposit/payment services, loan services, card/ATM services and eBusiness. Quinlan has over 20 years of experience in the financial service industry and has served in information technology/operations leadership roles of increasing responsibility for several large and medium-sized banks including Citibank, First Fidelity Bank, and Star Bank/US Bank. Quinlan was elected an executive officer of Associated in November 2005. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. Quinlan is a member of the board of directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Green Bay.

Nick Papachristou is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Associated Banc-Corp and Associated Bank, NA. He is responsible for the overall marketing and corporate communications functions for the company, including brand management, advertising and promotions, marketing intelligence, product management, business line marketing, public relations and internal communications. Papachristou has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience for a variety of regional and national financial institutions. He joined Associated in January 2007. Previously, Papachristou held the position of Senior Business Leader with MasterCard Worldwide, based in New York, where he managed the commercial and strategic relationship with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group in North America and China. Other experience includes senior management positions in marketing and product management with Citizens Financial Group, a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Scotland; eMarquette Holdings; Bremer Financial and Norwest Bank. Papachristou holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Concordia University, St. Paul, Minnesota.

Scott S. Hickey joined Associated Banc-Corp as Chief Credit Officer in October 2008. Associated Banc-Corp is a diversified bank holding company with total assets of $22 billion. Associated has approximately 300 banking offices and 5,200 employees serving more than 180 communities in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois. Based in Milwaukee, Hickey is responsible for the leadership and strategic execution of the company’s credit policy, reserve methodology, underwriting standards, loan quality, and overall credit administration. Hickey is also a member of Associated’s Executive Committee. Prior to joining Associated, Hickey spent 23 years with US Bank (formerly Firstar Corporation) in a number of increasingly responsible leadership roles in credit administration including Chief Credit Officer for Firstar Bank, Illinois and Firstar Bank, Minnesota. Most recently, he held the position of Executive Vice President – Wholesale Credit for US Bank, where he was responsible for all credit approval and portfolio risk functions for the bank’s wholesale portfolio. David A. Baumgarten serves as Executive Vice President, Regional Banking for Associated Banc-Corp. He oversees the bank’s eight commercial banking regions throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois. Baumgarten, who has more than 30 years of experience in the banking industry, joined Associated in May 2001. Prior to joining Associated Banc-Corp, Baumgarten spent 22 years with U.S. Bank, where he held a number of progressively responsible management positions including Regional President for Wisconsin and Illinois. Baumgarten holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Baumgarten is a member of the Greater Milwaukee Committee (GMC), a private sector civic organization whose mission is to contribute to the cultural and economic base of the Milwaukee Metropolitan area. He is also a member of the Boards of Directors of the Metro Milwaukee Association of Commerce, Milwaukee Redevelopment Corporation, and Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee.

Gordon J. Weber is Executive Vice President and Director of Corporate Banking of Associated Banc-Corp. He is responsible for sales, business development and overall management of the company’s Corporate Banking Division. Weber is also is a director of Associated Bank, NA, Associated Trust Company, NA, and Riverside Finance, Inc. Weber joined Associated Bank in 1970 and has served in a number of senior leadership roles including Chief Lending Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Secretary of the Board. He served as Chief Executive Officer for Associated Bank Lakeshore, a former subsidiary bank of Associated, from 1986 to 1993. Weber was President and CEO of Associated’s Southeast Region from 1993 to 2000. He was elected an executive officer of Associated Banc-Corp in April 2001. Weber holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Weber is actively involved in the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee. He is a member of the board of trustees, a member of the executive committee, and treasurer for the organization. Weber also serves on the boards of United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Marquette University High School.

Mark J. McMullen is Executive Vice President and Director of Wealth Management of Associated Banc-Corp and Associated Bank, NA. McMullen is responsible for the company’s Trust, Brokerage and Discount Brokerage functions, as well as its Insurance, Investment Management services, and Private Banking. McMullen serves as a Director of Associated Bank, NA, and is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Associated Trust Company, NA. Mark is also Chairman of the board of directors of Associated Investment Services, Inc., and Chairman of the board of directors of Associated Financial Group, LLC. He is also a director of ASBC Investment Corp. and First Cap Holdings, Inc. (subsidiaries of Associated Bank). Mc Mullen joined Associated in 1981 in treasury and portfolio management. He was elected an executive officer of Associated in April 2001. McMullen holds a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is a member of the boards of directors and executive committees of Bellin Health Services and the The Bellin Foundation. McMullen serves on the board of directors of the Green Bay Packers. He is also a member of the boards of directors of the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation, Cornerstone Foundation of NE Wisconsin, and the Robert T. & Betty Rose Meyer Family Foundation. McMullen is also active with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Green Bay. He served on the State of Wisconsin Investment Board for 12 years, chaired the Packer Stadium District Board during the renovation of Lambeau Field, and served on many other service organization boards during the past 20 years.

Judith Docter is Executive Vice President and Director of Human Resources of Associated Banc-Corp and Associated Bank, NA. She oversees all human resources functions, including compensation and benefits, payroll, organizational development, training and talent management. Docter has more than 27 years of experience in human resources, including 14 years with Associated Bank. From March 1992 to May 2002, she served as Director of Human Resources for Associated Bank, Fox Valley Region and Associated’s Wealth Management group. Docter took on the responsibilities of Senior Vice President, Director of Organizational Development in May 2002. She was elected an executive officer of Associated Banc-Corp in November 2005 and assumed her current role as Director of Human Resources in 2006. Docter holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Concordia University, Wisconsin, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the National Society of Human Resources. Docter is a member of the Salvation Army Advisory Board and serves on the Board’s Program and Public Relations Committees.

Chancellor, University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee The seventh Chancellor of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, Dr. Santiago holds the academic rank of Professor of Economics. He previously held the position of provost and vice president for academic affairs at the University of Albany, State University of New York and functioned as the chief operating officer of the campus. Chancellor Santiago holds a doctorate in economics from Cornell University and M.A. degrees in economics from Cornell University and the University of Puerto Rico. He has been a director since 2007.

J. Douglas Quick has been a director of Associated since July 1991. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Lakeside Foods, Inc., Manitowoc, Wisconsin, since 1986. Lakeside Foods, Inc. is a food processor of primarily canned and frozen vegetables. He has been a director of Associated Bank Lakeshore, National Association, an affiliate of Associated, since 1986.

President & CEO, Gelco Information Network A director since April 2004, Beckwith is former president and chief executive officer of Gelco, a privately held provider of transaction and information processing systems to corporations and government agencies, based in Eden Prairie, Minn.
