Paul currently serves on the US Board of Directors for the Givat Haviva Educational Foundation, which won the United Nations Peace Prize for Peace education in 2001. He is on the 2004 - 2005 Alumni Board of Directors of Greensboro Day School and is a former director of the Greensboro Housing Coalition and the NC National Federation of Independent Business. He received a congressional appointment to Reagan White House Small Business Council. Paul is also a Scout leader.
Horacio Gavilan joined AMG in 1999 as Executive Director of the Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies (AHAA). Horacio brings over a decade of association and meeting management experience. He was previously an account executive at Courtesy Associates, Inc., a meetings management company where he managed large international conventions. Prior to that, he was Associate Director of conferences and expositions for the National Association of Counties. As the Executive Director for AHAA, Horacio has lead the board to achieve a membership that encompasses 97% of the total billings into the Hispanic market. At four years, AHAA's annual operating budget exceeds 1 million dollars spent to deliver valuable benefits to its members. Puerto Rico born, Horacio has lived in the Washington area since 1982 when he attended the American University where he obtained a BS in Business Administration. Mr. Gavilan currently serves on the ASAE Board of Directors and is active on several committees.

Starr Hammond joined Association Management Group SC, Inc. in 2001after working as a project coordinator for a land developer in the Greenville area. She graduated with honors from UNC-Charlotte with degrees in English and Education. Starr also completed several graduate courses in management at Furman University and is currently working on her Professional Community Association Managers designation (PCAM). It was fascination with construction and business that led her to her current field. Prior to working in land development, Starr operated a consulting company which assisted local attorneys and business leaders with organization. She also worked for several years for the city of Clemson in the Engineering and Public Works Departments. Starr has taught several courses in high school and adult education and currently serves as Executive Secretary for the SC National Tooling and Machining Association. She has actively served in this capacity for over twelve years and is active in speaking out on behalf of small business and trades in the United States. She has volunteered extensively in PTA and in the Methodist church. She also served for two years as co-director of children's ministry in a city program for helping the homeless and is still active in the program. Starr would consider her specialties public relations and communications. Starr has four sons, ages 18 to 8, and several household pets, which help to keep her occupied in her "off-time". She is from the mountains of NC but has lived in the Upstate since 1985.
With more than 20 years of nonprofit and association management experience, Bobby Stanley serves as the executive director of the Board Of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT), responsible for managing certification and recertification programs, general operations and leading the BRPT staff.
Edward L. Potter joined AMG in 2004 as executive director of the Americas Association of Cooperative/Mutual Insurance Societies (AAC/MIS). A certified association executive (CAE), Potter has more than 15 years of experience in international trade, professional and philanthropic associations. He also brings over seven years of experience managing international socio-economic development projects throughout Latin America.

Patricia M. Wysocki has been with the Specialized Information Publishers Association since 1984, having served as its executive director for the past 12 years. Ms. Wysocki's 30-year trade-association career also includes having served as treasurer of the Consumer Bankers Association and as controller of the National Telephone Cooperative Association. She is a graduate of the Institute for Organizational Management, a six-year study course sponsored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Wysocki has lectured extensively across the U.S., Canada and Europe on specialized-information publishing topics. She is the publisher of SIPA's biweekly, members-only newsletter, Hotline, and biweekly e-zine SIPAlert. She has organized and attended more specialized-information publishing conferences and seminars over the past 22 years than any other person. From this experience she is able to share what she has learned from the hundreds of specialized-information publishing pros she has met. Currently, Ms. Wysocki serves on the board of directors of the Specialized Information Publishers Foundation where she previously held the title of Secretary/Treasurer for many years. She also served on the Junior League of Washington's board of directors as Ways & Means Council Director, responsible for more than $500,000 of revenue from various fundraising sources, and also as its Parliamentarian. She chaired various fundraisers, as well.

Lou Baldwin is a "Managing Partner" of Association Management Group-Forsyth, LLC. He is also the owner and President of the Baldwin Companies, specializing in commercial real estate and property management. Lou is very active in the Triad community and the real estate management profession. He has special expertise in facility operations and long term planning. Professionally, Lou is a Past-President of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors. He has been honored as the Association's 1997 Property Manager of the Year, 1998 Citizenship Award, 1999 President's Award, 2000 Political Affairs Award and as the 2001 Realtor of the Year. Lou is very active in the community and currently serves on the Boards of the Piedmont Triad Partnership and the Committee to Promote Biotechnology in the Piedmont Triad. He is a past-President and Chairman of BoysCAMP, a past board member of Habitat for Humanity and is an active member of Ardmore Baptist Church. Lou served as the National Association of Realtors 5th District Federal Coordinator, the Association's primary liaison to Congressman Richard Burr and now serves as the Realtor's Federal Political Coordinator to Senator Burr. Lou was recognized in 2003 as one of "40 Leaders Under 40" in the Triad and in 2005 as one of the "50 Most Influential People in the Triad" by the Business Journal. Lou is a Graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in economics and of the N.C. Realtors' Institute where he was honored as the top graduate in 1989.
As the Manager of Business Development and Internal Services at AMG, Ryan's core objective is to develop and implement recruitment strategies for both full-service and project-service clients. Ryan focuses on crafting and implementing business strategy that provides AMG's client base with tangible and lasting business solutions. Ryan is also responsible for overseeing client transitions and ensuring that each unique transition is managed in a way that allows clients to operate smoothly and without business interruption. Prior to joining AMG in 2004, Ryan spent eight years in the commercial mortgage banking industry where he focused on managing lending relationships with large financial institutions that provide affordable housing solutions throughout the U.S. As a Financial Consultant, Ryan established and managed sales relationships throughout the Southwestern U.S., focusing on providing affordable housing opportunities in predominantly Hispanic communities. Ryan is a graduate of the Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management, with a degree in Business Management/Finance. Ryan is a fluent Spanish speaker who is passionate about International Associations.

Josh Duignan has worked for AMG since 1996, both as a member of the staff and as a consultant. He also is also a certified personal trainer specializing in personal training and nutritional consulting. Duignan has experience building custom databases, along with website maintenance and design, and possesses exceptional organizational, computer, writing and editing skills, which provide great service to our client associations.
Ms. Marshall is responsible design and implementation of strategic plans for the continued growth of the CMP designation. Additionally, she is responsible for the administration of the CMP application submission and examination processes, as well as the recertification process. Marshall has more than 20 years experience in association management most recently with Association Management Group and National Automobile Dealers Association.
