Guy W. Millner has served as the Chairman of the Board since June 2003. Mr. Millner served as Chairman of AA Holdings, LLC, the predecessor of AssuranceAmerica Corporation, a Georgia corporation, from 1999 to 2003. From 1961 to 1999, Mr. Millner served as Chairman of Norrell Corporation, a leading provider of staffing and outsourcing solutions.

Joseph J. Skruck, CPCU, CIC serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of AssuranceAmerica Corporation. Prior to joining AssuranceAmerica, Mr. Skruck served as Vice President of Personal Lines and Product Development at Sun States Insurance Group. Additionally, he actively participated in the acquisition of several insurance entities and the ultimate divestiture of key assets within the Sun States Group. Mr. Skruck has held Product Management positions with multi-state responsibilities in leading companies such as Great American and Anthem Casualty. Mr. Skruck holds a BS degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Risk Management.

Renee A. Pinczes serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for AssuranceAmerica Corporation. Prior to joining the company in March 2005, she spent 7 years with PRG-Schultz International as Vice President-Operations and Vice President Strategic Planning and Analysis. She has extensive management experience in the P&C insurance industry and served as Vice President, CFO and COO with the Jamison Insurance Group and as Corporate Finance Officer of Consolidated International Insurance Group. Mrs. Pinczes holds a BS degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mark H. Hain is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for AssuranceAmerica Corporation. Mr. Hain has been the General Counsel for two NYSE listed companies. He has over sixteen years experience in the insurance business including three years as General Counsel for the Oklahoma Insurance Department, eleven years as counsel for a NYSE listed insurance holding company, and two years as General Counsel for a privately held company with insurance agency and captive insurance company management operations. Most recently, Mr. Hain was General Counsel for a private technology company. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma University.

Al Yeager is the Vice President of Claims and underwriting of AssuranceAmerica Managing General Agency, LLC. Mr. Yeager has 21 years of claims, product, sales and general management experience with leading companies in the insurance industry. Prior to joining the company in October 2008, Al served as Regional Vice President of Product Management and as a Vice President of Claims for AIG personal lines. Prior to AIG, he spent 17 years with Progressive Insurance in a variety of capacities across the country. Mr. Yeager holds a B.S. degree in Biochemistry.

John E. Cay III has served on our Board of Directors since June 2003. He serves as Chairman of Wachovia Insurance Services since May 2005 and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Palmer & Cay, Inc., a risk management and benefits consulting firm, from 1972 to May 2005.

Mr. Zamarripa was elected to the State Senate of Georgia in 2002 and serves on the Senate committees on Economic Development, Insurance and Labor, Science and Technology and State Transportation. He is the founder of the Georgia China Alliance, The Georgia Assoc of Latino Elected Officials and Co-Founder and Director of United Americas Bank, N.A., Sam serves on the boards of Assurance America Corporation and Diaz Foods, Incorporated.
