Martin Euler has over 25 years of experience covering a variety of industries at both operational and corporate levels. His career has included senior positions throughout the world in both general management and finance with his most recent position being as Director of the Americas Region for Thales GeoSolutions. Based in the USA, Martin travels regularly to all regions as he assumes the responsibilities of Chief Executive Office and Chief Financial Officer. In addition, Martin is actively involved with the initial operational integration of all new acquisitions into the Group.

Hoyt is Chief Technical Officer with Astrata Group Inc. He has 20 years of experience designing and engineering custom mission-critical, real-time, and/or embedded systems for government and private entities at US federal, state, and local levels. Hoyt is a technology innovator and has been awarded five US patents integrating GPS, cellular communications and the Internet.

Richard Nelson has considerable communications experience gained within large blue chip organisations including THORN EMI Electronics, THORN Security, Racal Electronics and The Thales Group where he has held a number of senior positions, most recently as Communications Director with Thales Telematics Plc. Richard's experience is varied and covers the full marketing communications mix. Notably, Richard was responsible for the global re-branding of THORN Security following its MBO from THORN EMI Plc. He was then involved with the company's subsequent identity change when THORN Security was acquired by The Tyco Group and incorporated into ADT. Richard has global responsibility for the branding, visual identity and profile of the Astrata Group. In addition he is actively involved with the Group's investor relations and employee communications programs.

Bill is a graduate of Hillfield College in Ontario, Canada. From where he volunteered to join the US Marines and served two tours in Vietnam. During his tenure in the Marines, Bill had extensive training in diving and other related disciplines, which assisted him when he was released from the Marines and entered the commercial diving arena. In 1968 Bill joined World Wide Divers in the Gulf of Mexico later to be become Oceaneering International. Bill later founded Marsat Service Limited and Marsat Servicos Submarinos Limitada and, until the sale of the companies in 2001 to Thales GeoSolutions, served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Following the sale to Thales, Bill served as a consultant to Thales GeoSolutions until 2004 after which, he has served as an Executive Consultant for Management & Investment Services.
