Nancy Truitt Pierce, the founder and President of Woods Creek Consulting Company, is a bottom-line-oriented organizational effectiveness consultant. She brings creativity, passion and compassion to every assignment. Nancy conducts data-driven organizational assessments to provide key leaders with information that frames and focuses critical decisions. Nancy also is strong at assisting with strategic and operational planning, executive team development, leadership training, and organizational design consistent with the client's values and stage of growth. Her specialty is fast growth companies in volatile markets with intelligent work groups. Nancy was the Managing Principal of The Washington Firm, Ltd. from 1989-1996. During her tenure the firm grew over 700% to become a recognized leader in providing organizational effectiveness and human resource services in the Seattle area. Nancy is recognized as a uniquely skilled facilitator by an impressive group of clients. They include; AutoDesk, IDX (formerly PHAMIS), Adobe, SafeWorks (formerly Flow International), AT&T Wireless Services, Safeco and Metro Transit. Additional professional experience is over ten years as a manager with Seattle Community Colleges. While there she founded and directed the Small Business Institute and Supervision and Management programs.

As Director of Technology Deployment, Ronan is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with key technology vendors, refining solutions for the Technology Deployment service line, recruiting, and team development. Leveraging fifteen years of experience in software design, product development, and systems implementation, Ronan leads critical engagements with strategic accounts, such as Microsoft and AT&T Wireless Services. Throughout his successful career at Codesic, Ronan has also been an effective project manager on multiple technology deployment, software development and operations management engagements. His experience managing diverse technical teams has been a pivotal contribution to the success of Codesic's complex IT projects. Prior to joining Codesic Consulting, Ronan worked for Cybersafe and Bridgeway Corporation as Senior Product Manager responsible for developing security and line of business products for the enterprise customer. Ronan is a graduate of the Western Michigan University and holds a degree in Computer Science.
