Bill Bradley was named Vice President and Treasurer of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. in July of 2002. He is responsible for all capital market and corporate finance efforts, as well as for banking, cash management, insurance, hedging and investor-relations activities. Mr. Bradley is an experienced finance executive with a strong and varied background in treasury, corporate finance, planning and banking. Before joining the Company in 2002, he spent nine years with media giant Viacom Inc., where he served as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer and head of the Financial Planning and Business Analysis Department. Previously, Mr. Bradley worked in the commercial banking field for The Bank of New York, and for the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration. Mr. Bradley received a bachelor's degree in International Affairs from Lafayette College and a master's degree in the same subject, with a specialization in International Business, from Columbia University.

Gary Wade is responsible for Global Security at AAWW. He joined the Company in 2002 with more than 32 years of experience in Federal Law Enforcement.
Prior to coming to Atlas Mr. Wade served as the Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Air Marshal Service at Atlanta's Hartsfield International Airport. Previously, he was a Special Agent for the Drug Enforcement Administration for over 30 years, assigned to offices in Detroit, Miami, Washington, D.C. and Quantico VA
Among his assignments with DEA, was manager of DEA's Undercover Training Programs for four years and Chief of the Agency's Office of Congressional Affairs. He was subsequently selected to participate in the Department of Justice's Executive Exchange Program and was assigned for one year to FBI Headquarters as the Senior Drug Policy Advisor. Mr. Wade retired from DEA in 2002 as the Special Agent in Charge of the DEA Training Academy in Quantico VA.
Mr. Wade received his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management and Marketing from West Virginia University and attended Graduate School at the University of Virginia.
Adjunct to his duties at Atlas, Air Mr. Wade serves on the International Association of Chiefs of Police Homeland Security Committee and the Air Mobility Command's Phoenix Mentor Program for Security Forces
Gordon Hutchinson was named Vice President and Controller of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (AAWW) in April of 2005. He also serves as Vice President and Controller of the Company's operating subsidiaries, Atlas Air, Inc. and Polar Air Cargo, Inc. Prior to joining AAWW, Mr. Hutchinson was Corporate Controller of Amtrak, a multi-billion-dollar transportation and engineering construction company. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of MHI Communications, a full-service advertising and communications agency. A certified public accountant with diverse corporate and public-accounting-firm experience, Mr. Hutchinson has also held several other senior management positions, including: Vice President of Finance, Teligent, Inc.; Assistant Corporate Controller, LaFarge Corporation; and Director of Finance and Administration, Agrium, Inc. He began his career as an accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Hutchinson holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and studied executive management at the Richard Ivey School of Business of the University of Western Ontario.

Mark S. Swearingin is responsible for all aspects of the Company's global maintenance and engineering activities and strategy, including the most efficient means of maintaining AAWW's aircraft fleet and the most effective ways to improve maintenance costs.
Mr. Swearingin, who joined AAWW in July 2007, has a broad range of experience in aircraft maintenance and engineering. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Swearingin served as Vice President, Technical Operations for SH&E Air Transport Consultancy, the world's largest air transport consulting firm, where he was responsible for growing the airline-managed services practice. He also has held key positions at Air Canada Technical Services, Midwest Airlines, USAirways and UPS Airlines.
Mr. Swearingin is a graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor's degree in aviation technology. He holds airframe and powerplant licenses and a private pilot rating from the Federal Aviation Administration.

Captain Rich Wright is currently a Boeing 747-400 captain and line check pilot for Atlas Air. With over 14,000 hours and typed in the B-747, B-727, CE-500, G-1159 and G-IV, he has extensive domestic and international flight experience. Captain Wright is also a qualified Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic and has served as a Flight Engineer on the Boeing 747/707/727 aircraft. He is an experienced flight, ground and simulator instructor with numerous management assignments. After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Masters Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University he became a faculty member. While flying the line he has been teaching airline new hire candidates how to pass the simulator check ride and coaching for the Captains Board Interview. As a recent addition to ACS, he brings extensive real world current experience to the staff.

Richard Hoffman is the vice president of technical and operations for OSG Billing Services. He brings over 10 years of expertise in corporate finance and technical operations to the company.
