Mr. Lough graduated in 1975 from The University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree. He became a Chartered Accountant in 1978 after articling with Price Waterhouse & Co. in Winnipeg. Mr. Lough has over twenty-five years of accounting, finance, business development and investor relations experience with energy companies in Calgary. His past experience includes management positions from 1983 to 1995 with Morrison Petroleums Ltd., and then as Director, Vice President Finance and CFO of Amber Energy Ltd. from 1995 to 1998, when Amber was sold. She is also the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Atlas Energy and Atlas Energy Management, positions she has held since their formation in 2006. Ms. Washington was Vice President of Atlas Energy from 2006 until July 2008, when she became a Senior Vice President.
