"Dick Erskine was named president of Atmos Pipeline - Texas when Atmos Energy acquired TXU Gas in 2004. Atmos Pipeline - Texas is one of the largest intrastate natural gas pipelines in Texas, covering more than 6,000 miles. Mike Haefner joined Atmos Energy in June 2008 as a senior vice president. Haefner had been founder and president of the consulting firm Perform for Life, LLC. Previously, he had served for 10 years as senior vice president, human resources, at Sabre Holdings Corporation, the parent company of Sabre Airline Solutions, Sabre Travel Network and Travelocity. He also held leadership positions within Sabre from 1991 to 1997 while it was a division of AMR Corporation, the parent of American Airlines. Earlier, he had worked as an outside management consultant for Xerox Corporation and in computing research at Eastman Kodak Company. Haefner earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York, and his master's degree in computer science from State University.

Ms. Quinn has served as a director since February 2009. Ms. Quinn is a principal of Hanover Capital LLC, a privately-owned advisory firm that provides financial and strategic services primarily to clients in the energy and natural resources industries. She has 27 years of experience in investment banking, serving as Executive Director of The Beacon Group, LP. (now a part of JP Morgan Chase) from 1996 to 2000, as Managing Director of PaineWebber Incorporated from 1994 to 1995, and as co-head of the natural resources and energy investment banking section of Kidder, Peabody & Co. from 1982 to 1992. Ms. Quinn currently serves on the board of directors of Endeavour International Corporation, an international oil and gas exploration and production company, and Atmos Energy Corporation, a distributer of natural gas. Ms. Quinn graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Louisiana State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas.

Robert C. Grable is a partner in Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP, the head of its Energy practice group, and one of the firm’s seven founding members. He obtained his bachelor of arts from Southern Methodist University in 1968 and graduated with high honors in 1971 from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and Chancellors, an Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review, and Grand Chancellor of his class. Mr. Grable’s practice consists largely, but not exclusively, of representing clients in litigation and administrative hearings involving various facets of the oil and gas industry. He has represented independent producers, major oil companies, pipelines, and royalty owners in a wide variety of litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts and before state and federal administrative agencies. He is counsel of record in over 30 appellate decisions, including five significant oil and gas opinions of the Texas Supreme Court, in all of which he represented the prevailing party. Although Mr. Grable’s practice principally involves legal matters arising in domestic on-shore activities, he also has represented clients in certain aspects of international oil and gas operations, including government concessions and operations in on-shore France, off-shore Bahrain, and Ras al Khaimah, a member of the United Arab Emirates. Mr. Grable is President and a Trustee for the University of Texas Law Foundation, as well as a member of the McDonald Observatory and Astronomy Board of Visitors at the University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the University of Texas Development Board and the Chancellor’s Council Executive Committee. Mr. Grable is also a former Chairman and member of the Management Committee of the Texas Ballet Theatre. Bob and his wife, Marty, have two grown children. Bob enjoys golf, reading, the visual and performing arts, and travel.
