Mr. Emile Battat has been a director of the Company since 1987 and has served as Chairman of the Board of the Company since January 1998. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and as Chairman or President of all subsidiaries since October 1998 and as President of the Company from October 1998 until May 2007. Mr. David Battat has been President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since May 2007. He has served as President of Halkey-Roberts since January 2006 and served from February 2005 through December 2005 as Halkey-Roberts' Vice President - Business Development and General Counsel. From 2002 through 2004, Mr. David Battat was engaged in the private practice of law.

Mr. Battat was elected President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company in 2007. He also serves as President of the Company’s Halkey-Roberts subsidiary, where he has been employed since 2005. Mr. Battat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University School of Law.

Mr. Strickland has been employed by the Company since 1983. Mr. Strickland has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of the Company since February 1, 1997. He has served as Vice President of Atrion Medical Products and of Halkey-Roberts since January 1997 and as Vice President of Quest Medical since December 1997. Mr. Strickland served as Vice President-Corporate Development of the Company from May 1992 to February 1997 and as Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer of the Company from May 1990 until February 1997. Mr. Strickland also served as Vice President-Planning of Alabama-Tennessee Natural Gas Company from May 1992 until February 1997 and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Secretary-Treasurer of Alabama-Tennessee Natural Gas Company from February 1997 until May 1997. Mr. Strickland is a Certified Public Accountant and he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Alabama.

Marianne Caserta and finances go hand-in-hand. Since 1997 Caserta has been the CFO for Atrion Networking Corporation. Over the years her responsibilities have progressed as the company has grown from a $5 million company to over $18 million. Initially Caserta was the entire accounting department at Atrion Networking Corporation, doing everything from book keeping, to accounts payable, receivable and human resources. As the company experienced growth, Caserta was able to hire staff so that she could concentrate on her role as CFO. As CFO, Caserta manages all aspects of the company's banking relationships, the finance administration team and new customer credit. As an overseer for the department, she is also in charge of purchasing and billing, as well as shipping and receiving inventory. Caserta had a vast array of experience prior to coming to Atrion. She worked exclusively in the public accounting sector for eight years in three local Rhode Island firms. She worked in the tax departments for all three firms, did some software consulting work, financial statements, auditing and review. Caserta's educational background enhances the work that she does. She obtained a B.S. in Accounting from Rhode Island College in 1989, an MBA in Finance from Bryant College in 2003, and received her CPA in Rhode Island in 1995. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rhode Island College and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa. She was also a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society at Bryant College. Caserta is a member of the Rhode Island Society of CPAs and the AICPA, a national group of CPAs. She is also active in the alumni group at Bryant College, working on things such as the Special Olympics.

As Marketing Director, Melissa oversees all aspects of marketing for Atrion Networking Corporation -- both internally and externally. She also protects and promotes the Atrion brand. In her role as Marketing Director, Melissa focuses on the overall strategic marketing plans for Atrion. Melissa joined Atrion in March 1999 as an inside sales representative. Over the years, her role has evolved into the role of Marketing Director, a position that she is truly passionate about. Melissa's educational background enhances her work at Atrion. She graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. She is a long-time member of the American Marketing Association.

Sharon joined Atrion in 2004. In her role as Human Resources Manager, Sharon helps Atrion's management team hire the right people into the right roles. "It's more than just receiving resumes and passing them along," she said. "I want to make certain that the people we interview and hire have what it takes to serve our clients," Sharon said. "They have to be dedicated to helping clients in whatever way they need and to help Atrion be the best." Sharon also handles the benefits and communications of the growing company. "I'm really here to serve both the employees and the management," she said. "Atrion is a growing company with good people."

Before coming to Atrion in 2001, Doreen worked for Dimension Data, a large IT service provider based in South Africa. "The difference between us and them is big," she said. "They are large and impersonal and we are smaller and more personal. We take the time to get to know our customers and truly want to partner with them over the long term." At Atrion, Doreen handles the support contracts. "I like knowing that what I do makes a difference," she said. "With every contract, I know that we're helping an IT department and a company compete globally and communicate more effectively." Doreen attended Framingham State University.

As Senior Escalation Engineer, Jeff works closely with each department within Atrion to ensure top notch network design and optimization from the presales process all the way through to the ongoing and proactive support provided by the Network Operations Center. Jeff has 10 years technology experience and 5 years of Cisco networking with specializations including Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert, Cisco Certified Network Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Associate, Citrix Certified Administrator, Microsoft Certified Professional and Aventail Certified Engineer. Jeff has shifted his focus primarily on Convergence, IP Telephony, large scale network design and optimization.

Mr. Phyper has 20 years experience in the Environmental, Health and Safety Transportation (EHST) field. In 1998, Atrion acquired two companies Mr. Phyper had founded in 1992 - Phyper & Associates Ltd. (E&HS management consultants) and Environmental Software Associates Ltd. Mr. Phyper has co-authored six books and authored over 40 papers on EHST legislation and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14001 Environmental Management System. Mr. Phyper has a Masters of Applied Science (M.A.Sc.), specializing in environmental engineering, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Toronto. Mr. Phyper oversees the following Departments at Atrion: Research and Development, Regulatory, Professional Services, Customer Services and Management of Information System.

As a Network Support Engineer, Josh's responsibilities include Level 2 and Level 3 technical escalation within the Network Operations Center, IT infrastructure support, project office resources and assisting in the creation, modification and optimization of processes and procedures. With over 5 years of experience, Josh is certified as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP). Josh looks to further master the technologies and services that Atrion provides, including routing and switching, security, IPT, and enterprise monitoring and management.

When Kathy joined Atrion in December 2000, she moved from the old world manufacturing to the new world technology. "Technology is exciting and new and people are always striving to do things better and faster while working to keep costs down," she said. "I can see how our services positively impact companies and their employees." At Atrion, Kathy purchases all equipment necessary for Atrion's technology solutions. "I'm the one who deals with all paperwork and makes certain that the equipment arrives when it's supposed to," she said. "I'm never bored."

As a Solutions Consultant within Atrion's Sales Department, Ted's responsibilities include business technology and system analysis, design and implementation of internetworking services, new product and service research and testing, post and presales support, along with troubleshooting escalation. Ted has designed, managed, implemented, and supported a multitude of internetworking, security and convergence technologies and solutions. He has over 10 years of technology experience and 7 years of Cisco experience, and he currently holds his Cisco Certified Network Associate and is working towards his Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert certification.

Mr. Stebbing has been a director since 1992. Mr. Stebbing is President and Chief Executive Officer of Stebbing and Associates, Inc., an engineering consulting company, and has served in such capacities since 1986. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Marlboro Enterprises, Inc., a company engaged in chemical plant engineering, design, construction and operation, for many years until the sale of that company in September 1999 and continued to serve as an employee of Marlboro Enterprises, Inc. until September 2001. Mr. Stebbing is a licensed professional engineer and has a BSC honors degree in Chemical Engineering from Salford University.

Mr. Spaulding has been a director since February 2006. He is currently a private investor. Prior to May 2008 he was the President of International Operations of Abbott Vascular and a Vice President and corporate officer of Abbott Laboratories, which he joined in April 2006 upon its acquisition of Guidant Corporation’s vascular intervention assets. Between 2005 and April 2006, Mr. Spaulding served as the President of International Operations of Guidant Corporation, and also served on the Guidant Management Committee from 2002 until 2005. From 2003 to 2005, he was the President of Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada of Guidant Corporation. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Spaulding served as President of Guidant’s Cardiac Surgery business and during the period from 1994, when he joined Guidant Corporation , until 2000 he served in various other positions with that company. Mr. Spaulding holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical engineering from the University of Miami.
