LARRY T. SOLARI. Mr. Solari, 66, has served as a director of Beazer Homes since the IPO. He is a partner in Kenner & Company, Inc., a private equity investment firm in New York. Mr. Solari is the past Chairman and CEO of BSI Holdings, Inc., a position he held from 1998 to 2001.
