Mr. Bell is the Chairman of The Onbelay Group of Companies; a Cambridge based Private Equity Corporation with investments in Automotive, Telematics and Technology. Prior to that he was CEO and owner of Polymer Technologies Inc. Previously, he was the founder of Shred-Tech Limited which he started in 1977 and sold in 1995.
