Mr. Schwenger has been active in the Alumni Associations of Bradley University and St. Louis University. He is a past Chairman of the Heart of Illinois Epilepsy Foundation; a PARC volunteer and a Special Olympics volunteer. He presently is a director of St. Joseph's Home of Peoria, a retirement and sheltered care home. He writes between 80 and 120 title insurance policies per year as agent for Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc and handles approximately the same number of escrow real estate and loan closings each year for local and national lenders. He also handles numerous construction loan escrows each year. Mr. Schwenger has been a lecturer for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the Peoria County Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Committee, and for The Peoples Law School, co-sponsored by the Peoria County Bar Association and Central Illinois College. He has also taught courses in real estate law and in mortgage law for the Illinois Savings and Loan League.

Bill White joined Matt Dwyer with the firm of Strother, Weiner & Dwyer in 1982 and has practiced with Dwyer & White since 1989. His areas of practice include estate planning, estate administration, trusts, guardianships, estate litigation, business formation and representation, civil litigation, including condemnation, domestic relations including divorce and contempt citations, real estate litigation, materialman liens (construction) filings, lien foreclosures, surety bond claims, construction litigation and real estate agreements and closings. Bill White has served as an authorized agent for Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund since 1985.

Mr. Austin has engaged in private practice as an attorney for over 30 years, concentrating in real estate, business law, banking, estate planning and related litigation. He is a charter member of ATG Trust Company's Board of Directors, and has served as its Chairman since 2001. He has been a director of Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc., our parent company, since 1986. He has served as Vice Chairman and currently serves as its Chairman. His business experience includes board and executive positions with a number of corporate and banking organizations. His professional and civic activities include past and present service with several bar, charitable, educational and civic organizations. Military service: Brigadier General (Retired), AUS. Mr. Marsh has been active in investment management and finance for clients of his law practice for over 30 years. In addition to bringing that experience to ATG Trust Company, his practice areas include estate planning, business planning and real estate. He has served on the board of Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG) since 1976, served on and chaired many ATG committees and is a past Chairman. His service to boards and other organizations is varied and includes the John Marshall Law School Alumni Association (president and board chair) and the Morris Animal Foundation.
