Perry Peeples earned his degree in jurisprudence from the University of Florida, 1989. His practice areas include general and commercial real estate, real estate development and finance, commercial lending, and environmental and land use law. An authorized agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company, Attorneys Title Insurance Fund and First American Title Insurance Company, he is a member of the Florida Bar (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section) and is a Florida Bar Board Certified real estate lawyer. He presently serves as a member of the Collier County Bar Association and the Collier Development Services Advisory Committee.

A native of South Ms, Gary relocated to Orlando in October 2001. He experienced his first ski trip with CFSS in 1999 on a trip to Keystone and became hooked. Gary and his wife, Karen, have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. They enjoy traveling, playing tennis and cooking. He is an accountant with Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund.

Jaime Klein Shamy, Esq. is a partner at the firm of Kotzker/Shamy, PL. Jaime received her undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland in 1998. Jaime received her J.D. from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law School in 2001. Prior to joining K/S, Jaime was employed as an associate performing closing and post closing work for transactions in residential and commercial real estate for a law firm in Delray Beach, Florida. Jaime joined Kotzker/Shamy, PL in 2004, founded and headed the real estate division for the firm. Jaime writes title as a licensed title agent of the Attorney's Title Insurance Fund. Kevin Jursinski has over eight (8) years experience in representing clients in the gaming and entertainment fields and has been a featured lecturer for the American Amusement Machine Association convention in Las Vegas. Kevin L. McNamara is an attorney practicing primarily in real estate litigation, real estate closings, title examinations and issuance of title insurance policies. His practice also emphasizes all family law matters. Mr. McNamara has extensive experience in family law litigation, including divorce, child support, child custody, paternity, enforcement of support matters, adoption, guardianship and juvenile dependency. In addition to these concentrations of his practice, Mr. McNamara has experience in criminal defense, landlord/tenant matters, general civil litigation and appellate review. Mr. McNamara is an active member of state and local bar associations, and he presently serves on the Judicial Relations Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He has previously served as the Vice-Chair of the Family Law Practice Committee and served on the Family Law Continuing Legal Education Committee. Mr. McNamara has received two degrees from Florida State University, first earning a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education in 1992 and later earning his Juris Doctor, with honors, in 1997. During law school, Mr. McNamara completed a full-time criminal internship program, prosecuting offenders on behalf of the Curtis A. Golden, State Attorney, of the 1st Judicial Circuit in Pensacola, Florida. Additionally, Mr. McNamara earned the Book Award (top honors) for the Florida Dissolution of Marriage course at Florida State University College of Law. Michael B. Shapiro serves as the managing partner of the firm and heads the commercial real estate practice area, including, without limitation, the sale and purchase of shopping centers, office buildings, warehouses, hotels/motels and other commercial properties, commercial leasing, commercial lending/re-financing and asset purchase and sales. Mr. Shapiro also founded and co-operates the firms wholly owned title insurance company, Preferred Title, Inc. and is an approved title insurance agent for Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and LandAmerica. Mr. Shapiro has served as settlement agent for virtually all of the major lending institutions. Michael B. Shapiro received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications and his Master of Education (M.Ed.) and Specialist in Education (Ed.S.) degrees from the University of Florida College of Education. After working for the U.S. Department of Labor, Mr. Shapiro returned to the University of Florida and received his J.D. degree from the College of Law. While in law school he was Senior Student Works Editor of the Law Review and also served as a Fellowship Instructor in the Legal Research and Writing Program. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Shapiro was associated with Fine, Jacobson, Schwartz, Nash, Block & England, P.A. in Miami, Florida and Goldberg & Young, P.A. in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He is a member of the Real Property section of the Florida Bar and the South Palm Beach County Bar Association. He is also an "AV" rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.

Monica Espino is an associate attorney in the firm's litigation group and concentrates her practice on commercial and real estate litigation matters in state and federal court. She is also a member agent of Attorneys Title Insurance Fund. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and International Affairs from Florida State University. Ms. Espino is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern Districts of Florida. She is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association.

Ofelia Damas-Rodriguez, Esq.- Ofelia is an attorney with over 13 years experience in real estate and commercial litigation. Steve Greenberg has practiced real estate law since 1982 and is a Shareholder of Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen & Ginsburg, P.A. in Sarasota, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree in 1979 with high honors from the University of Florida, and his law degree from the University of Florida in 1982. He is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in real estate law. Stuart A. Cohen, a native of Queens, New York, has practiced real estate law in the State of Florida since 1980. After graduating from C.W. Post College with a B.A. degree in 1973, Mr. Cohen was employed by the New York City Police Department from 1973 to 1979 where he held a number of civilian staff assignments, beginning in a precinct station house and ending at one of the legal divisions and as an aide to an assistant deputy commissioner. In 1979, Stuart Cohen obtained both a masters degree in criminal justice (M.P.S., C.W. Post College) and a law degree (J.D., Brooklyn Law School.) Mr. Cohen was admitted to both the Florida and New York bars in 1980. Stuart Cohen concentrates his practice in real estate law. He represents lenders, as well as buyers and sellers, and covers all aspects of real estate transactions, from contract through post-closing, including title insurance. Warren E. Avis, Jr. is certified by the Florida Bar as a Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer. Certification is the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in the areas of law approved for certification. Mr. Avis's practice is real estate includes contracts, closings, simple and complex real estate conveyances, title searches, property transfers, leases, mortgages, zoning and land use planning, real estate development and financing, real estate litigation, and determination of property rights. Mr. Avis's practice also covers civil litigation in state and federal court. He represents clients in foreclosure actions, brokerage disputes, breach of contract issues and review of real estate tax appraisals. Gregg R. Margre is a Partner in the West Palm Beach office at Walton Lantaff Schroeder Carson and has been with the firm since 1996. He received a BV rating from Martingdale-Hubbell which identifies lawyers with high to very high legal ability. He specializes in the defense of workers' compensation and liability cases. He received his B.A. degree from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. At the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Mr. Margre served on the Moot Court Board and was a participant in Moot Court competitions. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995. Ms. Corvo graduated from the University of Miami in 1981 with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and received her juris doctor in 1985 from the University of San Francisco. In 1986 she became an assistant Public Defender for Miami-Dade County, Florida until she began private practice in 1997. Her firm, Lourdes Corvo, P.A. concentrates in the areas of real estate, wills and probate and criminal law. She is a member of the Florida Bar (1986), the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (1996), the American Bar Association and a member of Attorneys Title Insurance Fund (1998) and Fidelity Title Insurance Company (2005). PETER A. KRAUSE practices in the areas of real estate, business transactions, tax, probate and estate planning as a partner with the firm of KRAUSE & GOLDBERG P.A. Mr. Krause earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Yale Law School and his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Yale University. Attorney Phil Rarick has twenty-four years of experience in both private and public legal work. He previously served as counsel to the National Association of Attorneys General. Roger M. Pomerance is President of Florida Exchange. Roger has over 17 years of experience in the closing of real estate transactions that involve tax-deferred exchanges and the escrow requirements of such exchanges. During that time he has worked with and advised clients in many like-kind exchanges. Roger has practiced law in Florida since 1986. Roger is a graduate of the Temple University School of Law and the Temple University School of Business Administration. Substantially all of his practice is devoted to real estate transactions and related matters. Chad T. Orsatti was born in Princeton, New Jersey on August 13, 1972. Mr. Orsatti graduated from Elon University in 1994, majoring in political science with a minor in business administration. He received his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1998 while also earning credits toward his degree at Stetson University College and at the Trinity University in Dublin, Ireland. In 2002, Mr. Orsatti graduated summa cum laude from the University of Phoenix with a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on finance. Mr. Orsatti was licensed to practice in all Florida State Courts in 1999 and was licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida in 2000. Mr. Orsatti is a member of The Florida Bar, The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, the American Bar Association, the Clearwater Bar Association and the Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce. David A. Burt is an associate of Knott, Consoer, Ebelini, Hart & Swett, P.A., and practices litigation and transactions in the areas of real property, commercial, and construction law. Gregory S Gefen is president and chief operating officer of US Title of Florida and personally oversees all closings. Greg has been admitted to the Florida Bar since 1991 and is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section. Greg has been a member and agent of Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, Florida's largest title underwriter, since founding his law firm, Gregory S. Gefen, PA, in 1995. He resides in Boca Raton with his wife Nancy and three children, Matthew Abby and Joshua.

James Klohn is the legal counsel for Global Realty. His responsibilities include drafting and reviewing all real estate purchase agreements and condominium documents. In addition, Mr. Klohn reviews title commitments and coordinates closing and other documentation with outside counsel. Mr. Klohn received his Bachelor's degree in criminal law at Kent State University and his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Mr. Klohn is a licensed member of the Florida Bar Association and is a Florida Realtor. He is also a member of the Attorneys Title Insurance Fund and Attorneys Mortgage Services.
