Brian S. Spear, Senior Vice President, an investment banker since August, 1985, received his B.S. degree from Auburn University with a major in Finance. Lynn Lockrow is Head of Design, Technology and Production and serves as scenic and/or lighting designer for nearly every mainstage production. Lynn is also an accomplished director and served as Artistic Director for the outdoor drama Horn In The West, and as Production Stage Manager for the outdoor drama Lost Colony. Lynn holds a B.S. in Drama and Speech from East Tennessee State University and an M.F.A. in Design and Technical Theatre from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Lynn also serves as faculty advisor for the Auburn University chapter of Alpha Psi Omega, the national theatre honorary.

Warren's professional experience and focus has been in the areas of management consulting, project management, leadership development, sales and marketing, staff training and development, and strategic planning. Presently, Warren runs his own consulting and business development firm, Fortiphy, LLC., based in Birmingham, AL, and also serves as a Master Trainer for John Moser & Associates, offering Dale Carnegie Training. For more than two decades, Warren has also worked in health care management, from the marketing of corporate benefit plans, to developing a national PPO network, to strategic planning and corporate project management. Warren has started, funded, and grown several small to medium sized companies, including: a multi-million dollar medical management corporation; a national consulting company; a software marketing firm; two retail businesses; and a corporate training firm. Since 1995, Warren has been a certified instructor for Dale Carnegie Training and presents a broad offering of corporate Leadership, Communications, and Teambuilding programs, including The Dale Carnegie Course and DiSC Dimensions of Behavior seminars. Warren's special interest is in leadership development, communication skills, and building high performance work teams. Major clients include: McWane, Inc.; Axcan Pharma; Prewitt Mills; The Gadsden Chamber of Commerce; The Miss Alabama Pageant; The City of Huntsville; Redstone Arsenal, South Central Civilian Personnel Command; Army Corps of Engineers; Adtran; Krystal Companies; Daikin-America; HiWAAY Internet Services; and the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce. McCrary joined the company as an assistant project planning engineer with Alabama Power in 1973. He began his current position in 2001. Anthony J. Topazi became Mississippi Power's tenth President and Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2004. Previously, Topazi was executive vice president at Southern Company Generation & Energy Marketing, responsible for Southern Company's energy trading and wholesale marketing, as well as its fuel services and generation planning and development departments. He also served as senior vice president of Southern Power, which owns and manages new generation assets dedicated to the wholesale markets. Topazi began his career with Alabama Power in 1969 as a cooperative education student engineer. He held a number of positions at Alabama Power, including Western Division Vice President and Birmingham Division Vice President. While at the Western Division, he served as chairman of the Tuscaloosa County Industrial Development Authority and had a primary role in recruiting the first Mercedes Benz automotive assembly plant outside of Germany to the state of Alabama. Topazi is chairman of Momentum Mississippi, a public-private partnership appointed by the Governor to enhance the State's economic development future. He previously served on the steering committee of Blueprint Mississippi and co-chaired its economic development work group. He serves as chairman of the Gulf Coast Business Council. Topazi is a member of the Mississippi Economic Council's board of directors and vice chairman of the Mississippi Partnership for Economic Development. Topazi is a member of the United Way deTocqueville Society and serves on the board of directors for the Gulf Coast Community Foundation. He also serves on the board of directors for Hancock Bank, Infinity Science Center, Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce and on the board of trustees for the Nature Conservancy of Mississippi. Topazi previously served as vice chairman of the Governor's Commission on Recovery, Rebuilding and Renewal. A Birmingham native, Topazi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Auburn University and also completed the advanced management program at Harvard University. He is a member of the Engineering Council at Auburn University.

Wendell Dallas was named Vice President and General Manager of Atlanta Gas Light in September 2006. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations and market development of Atlanta Gas Light. Prior to this role he served as general manager since February 2005. Dallas has over 17 years of operations, management and engineering experience in the natural gas industry. Dallas joined AGL in 2000 and served as a Service Area Manager in Macon and as a Region Manager for Southeast Georgia in Savannah. He came to AGL from El Paso Energy's Macon office, where he was an operations supervisor. In that role he was responsible for the operations of the natural gas transmission pipeline facilities in central Georgia. Previous to that Dallas was a senior project engineer. Dallas is a graduate of Leadership Georgia’s class of 2006 and a graduate of Leadership Savannah’s class of 2004. He is a gubernatorial appointee to the State of Georgia’s Workforce Investment Board and serves as Vice-chairman. He is also a member of Auburn University’s Engineering Alumni Council and serves as Chairman, Academic Assessment Committee, serves on the board of the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership and the board of Gwinnett Technical College. Dallas grew up in Opelika, Alabama and earned a degree in mechanical engineering from Auburn University in 1990. Dallas, his wife, and three children reside in Gwinnett County.
