As Auntie Anne's chief marketing officer, Judy is the company's brand steward. Her focus is on sales and brand growth through oversight of marketing strategies and brand positioning. Judy provides leadership to Auntie Anne's Franchisee Marketing Advisory Council, a collaborative brand strategy team. Judy joined Auntie Anne's in 1997 as a marketing specialist and moved into the roles of marketing manager and director of marketing, before being named chief marketing officer. Before joining Auntie Anne's, Judy was an assistant director of marketing for West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania. After earning her undergraduate degree in marketing from West Chester University, she went on to earn her MBA from Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pennsylvania. Judy is active in both the Association of National Advertisers and the National Restaurant Association's Marketing Executive Group. Besides being passionate about Auntie Anne's and marketing, Judy also is passionate about her husband and two-year-old son. Judy's favorite Auntie Anne's pretzel is the Original, with Glazin' Raisin a close second.

As the chief customer officer for Auntie Anne's, Scot coordinates the activities of Auntie Anne's Franchise Advisory Council system and fosters effective communication and collaboration among all of the company's stakeholders. Additionally, he oversees the continued enhancement of operational support and service provided to franchisees. Scot began his career with Auntie Anne's in 1993 as the national director of store support. He was promoted to vice president of store operations in 1998 and then to vice president of communications. Before joining Auntie Anne's, Scot spent seven years as a consultant for a franchise consulting firm in Chicago. Scot received both his undergraduate degree in English and an MBA from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. Scot, his wife, and two sons live in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and enjoy family activities, traveling, hiking, computers, and cheering for the Chicago Cubs. Scot's favorite Auntie Anne's pretzel is Cinnamon Sugar.
