President Parkash Daryani has more than 25 years of experience in the design and implementation of real-time control and communications systems.

Igor Pochinok, Director, Project Office, is responsible for a wide variety of activities aimed at consolidating Auriga projects administration functions. As the company co-founder, Igor has been working for Auriga since its very inception, holding a number of corporate roles including the position of Director for Contract Programming and Chief Financial Officer. Igor brings over 30 years of IT industry experience including hands-on software engineering and project management expertise to the position. Igor holds a Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science from Moscow Physical Engineering Institute. Prior to his employment at Auriga, Igor worked at Moscow Power Engineering Institute. Having started his career as a senior software engineer, he became a senior researcher, and then headed Computer Simulation Laboratory of the institute. Nowadays, apart from his employment with Auriga, Igor is a Head of Embedded Systems Laboratory, Moscow State University. He has over 30 scientific publications.

Don Kruszenski is Director of Business Development for Auriga Corporation, where he helps state and local government and transportation agencies address important issues and become more productive in carrying out their missions. Don is a multi-disciplined professional with over 25 years of senior management and project experience in diversified high technology and professional services. Mr. Kruszenski has led business development and consulting initiatives in previous affiliations with companies that include Oracle, Rockwell International, A. T. Kearney, EDS and General Electric. In management roles for these companies, he spearheaded sales development programs, established cooperative alliances and delivered professional services in both the private and public sector. He also led business development and marketing campaigns for several start-up companies in e-procurement and web-based project management software. His early career included design and systems engineering roles in defense electronics and minicomputers where he applied advanced technology to equipment and instrumentation solutions.

Ms. Davis has over 20 years of combined experience in the areas of telecommunications systems including fiber optic, wireless/wire line, and satellite technology; as well as information technology including data warehousing, networking, web development, and internet service providing. She has extensive post graduate training in all aspects of engineering, project management and procurement services.

Andrei Pronin is heading the Business Development Department, which functions include Marketing, PR, and Sales. Andrei has headed the department after working for 8 years in the engineering part of the company. Since 1998, when he joined Auriga, Andrei has worked in the positions of Senior Pre-Sales Manager, Technical Account Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, Team Leader, and Software Engineer with responsibility for development of system software and applications. He is experienced in all aspects of client communications, managing and developing relationships, pre-sales activities, organization of engineering and project management processes. We believe that having a person with the long engineering experience and the deep hands-on knowledge of all aspects of how Auriga delivers its services helps us to better understand and satisfy the actual needs of our clients. Andrei holds a PhD in theoretical mechanics from Moscow State University.

Mr. Pesin, who has been a member of Auriga's board since inception, serves as the company's chairman and CEO. He brings extensive experience in establishing innovative companies in the pharmaceutical and other industries. An attorney and certified public accountant, Mr. Pesin is the founder of The Sorrento Financial Group, LLC, a financial services company specializing in private equity investment with a focus on financing innovative, high-growth companies.
