Mr. Deneau was one of the founders of Aurora Energy, Ltd., which eventually merged into Cadence Resources Corporation, now known as Aurora Oil & Gas Corporation. Since 1984, Mr. Deneau has been active in the oil and gas business. During that time, he has served as Land Manager for an private oil company and eventually founded White Pine Land Services, Inc., a land services firm which managed over 40 land professionals and serviced over a dozen indepdent oil and gas exploration companies in the Midwest. In 1995, Mr. Deneau sold his land services firm and co-founded Aurora Energy, Ltd. with Mssrs. John V. Miller, Jr. and Thomas W. Tucker. They focused their efforts on unconventional shale gas opportunities in the Midwest, eventually building the substantial acreage base owned by Aurora today. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree from Michigan State University and is a member and director of the Michigan Oil & Gas Association.

Mr Neuling is currently Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for two publicly listed companies, Aurora Oil & Gas Limited and Elixir Petroleum Limited. Prior to 2005, he worked for Deloitte Chartered Accounting firm in London and in Perth.

Ms. Lawson joined Aurora Oil & Gas Corporation in 2006 and was promoted to her current position in January 2008. Ms. Lawson offers over 26 years of experience in accounting, internal audit, project management, treasury, benefits administration, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and SEC reporting. Nearly 16 years of Ms. Lawson’s career was spent at Midland Cogeneration Venture, LLP, an independent power producer with annual revenues of $625 million. During her tenure, Ms. Lawson successfully developed and implemented accounting systems and policies, managed a $450 million investment portfolio, implemented an SEC reporting structure, administered compliance on $1.7 billion of bond debt, implemented Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements, and managed at least 12 internal audits annually. Ms. Lawson holds of Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University of Ohio and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditing.

Mr. Hunter joined Aurora Oil & Gas Corporation in 2005 and was promoted to his current position in May 2007. Mr. Hunter began his oil and gas career in 1973 as an engineer with Amoco, working in various capacities in the engineering and gas marketing groups until 1978. After that time, Mr. Hunter spent 15 years working with several independent oil and gas companies, serving in roles such as Senior Petroleum Engineer, Chief Reservoir Engineer and Manager of Engineering. In 1995, Mr. Hunter joined Torch Energy Advisors, Inc. and its drilling affiliate, as its Director of Exploitation and Technical Services. At Torch, Mr. Hunter had responsibility for development of properties owned by several exploration companies, trusts and partnerships. Over his career, Mr. Hunter has also performed a variety of consulting services, which included petroleum engineering, reserve valuation, review of drilling prospects and evaluation of acquisiton targets throughout the world. Mr. Hunter holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Texas and is a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas. He is also a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers, and the Houston Energy Finance Group.

(TSX: DFI) Mr. Young has served in the role of consultant, corporate officer and director to companies throughout the United States and abroad. As President and CEO of Madagascar World Voice, he is presently assisting World Christian Broadcasting with the financing of a shortwave radio station based in Mahajunga, Madagascar. Mr. Young also serves as a Director of Corporate Council on Africa – a Washington, D.C.-based organization that represents nearly 80 percent of all U.S. private sector investment in Africa. In addition, he serves as President of the U.S. Madagascar Business Council, as Director of Diamond Fields International Ltd. which is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, is Director of Madagascar Resources, an Australian-based heavy mineral mining company, and serves on the American Studies Board of Harding University. Mr. Young was a Gold Medalist of the 1960 Olympic U.S. Track and Field Team, and is a former Board member of the U.S. Olympic Alumni Association. He attended Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas.

He had been with Fifth Third Mortgage Company (formerly Old Kent Mortgage Company) since 1988. Prior to his employment with Fifth Third Bank, Mr. Myles owned and operated a full-service mortgage banking company with offices in Arizona, Florida, Michigan and South Carolina. Mr. Myles sold his interest in the company in 1987. Mr. Myles began his banking career in 1970, serving in various positions with First Savings of Saginaw, located in Saginaw, Michigan. In his position as Regional Vice President, Mr. Myles was responsible for all banking offices in Western Michigan. He also was in charge of land development, from acquisition to land sales, and new home construction. Based in Traverse City, Mr. Myles also owns and operates an assisted living residential facility and serves in a variety of volunteer capacities.

Jeffrey M. Christian, Managing Director and founder of the firm, is one of the foremost authorities worldwide on the markets for gold, silver, and the platinum group metals. He also is well known for his work on copper, foreign exchange markets, and other commodities. In addition to his work on individual markets, Mr. Christian is considered one of the world's premier authorities on commodities derivatives, both for hedging and investment purposes. He has worked with governments and intergovernmental organizations around the world, including the United Nations, World Bank, International Finance Corporation, and International Monetary Fund, as well as with many of the world's largest and most prominent mining companies, industrial companies, investment banks, and institutional investors. He has written extensively about the precious metals markets, commodities, and world financial and economic conditions since the late 1970s. He has been involved in much of the pioneering work applying economic analysis and econometric studies to the gold, silver, copper, and platinum group metals markets, as well as efforts to improve and extend the quality of precious metals and commodities market statistics and research overall. In addition to managing CPM Group and supervising its team of research analysts, Mr. Christian speaks regularly at industry conferences and seminars around the world. Mr. Christian created CPM Group in June 1986, when he and his associates within the Commodities Research Group in the Goldman, Sachs Investment Research Department left that company as a unit to set up an independent research company. As Managing Director, Mr. Christian is responsible for the total operation of CPM Group, supervising the world's most respected group of analysts dedicated to precious metals market research in the world. He is actively engaged in the research products of CPM Group, taking primary responsibility for the long-term projections for the precious metals and copper markets. He also contributes to CPM Group's other reports, including its series of gold, silver and platinum Yearbooks and the monthly Precious Metals Advisory.

Mr. McDevitt joined Aurora Oil & Gas Corporation as President and Chief Operating Officer in January 2008, bringing over 40 years of experience in a variety of industries, including oil and gas exploration and production, real estate development and finance, equipment leasing and finance, investment banking and lending, and others. Notably, Mr. McDevitt has been an executive leader within several startup companies which were built into major industry players. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. McDevitt served in the senior management of CDX Gas, LLC, an independent oil and gas company focused on the onshore exploration and production of unconventional natural gas. Mr. McDevitt’s responsibilities included international operations, new technology development, strategic planning, engineering, and land operations. Mr. McDevitt also served as Chief Financial Officer, raising over $1 billion in debt and equity financing to facilitate the company’s growing business. In addition, as President of CDX Resources, LLC, a subsidiary of CDX Gas, LLC, Mr. McDevitt managed the nation’s 12th largest onshore drilling rig fleet and an in-house directional drilling company. With his assistance, CDX was sold in 2006 to a private equity group for $835 million. After the sale of CDX in 2006, Mr. McDevitt founded Acadian Energy, LLC, acquired all of the New Albany Shale mineral leases and gas wells from his former employer, and raised financing for a 100-well drilling campaign. Prior to embarking on the drilling campaign, Mr. McDevitt agreed to merge Acadian's assets into Aurora's, at which time he joined Aurora's management team. Due to events in the financial markets, the merger was not completed and Acadian continues to operate as an independent company. In November 2008, Mr. McDevitt stepped down from his management role with Aurora in order to attend to family concerns. He remains, however, an active member of our Board of Directors.

He holds a bachelor of science degree from Calvin College, as well as a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering and master of business administration degree from the University of Michigan.

Formerly the President and Chief Operating Officer of Anchor Glass Container Corp. from 1997 to early 2004, Mr. Deneau successfully designed and implemented a program to bring the $750 million company out of bankruptcy. Prior to serving with Anchor Glass, Mr. Deneau spent 12 years with American National Can (Chicago, IL) where he held several management positions, including Division Head of the Company’s $2 billion beverage can division; Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Ball Foster Glass Company (Muncie, IN); and, President and Chief Executive Officer of First National Bank of Lapeer (Lapeer, MI). Mr. Deneau is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in accounting and financial administration.

Within a year after joining Citizens Bank in 1983, Mr. Schaeffer was appointed to Senior Vice President and Controller. He then served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank and Corporation from 1987 to 1994, when he was appointed to Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the bank. In 1996, Mr. Schaeffer was named President of the Southeast Region of Citizens Bank and became Head of Consumer Banking in 2002. Prior to joining Citizens Banking Corporation, Mr. Schaeffer served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Beard Oil Supply, Inc. and was formerly with New Century Bank Corporation and Ernst and Young, LLP. Mr. Schaeffer is a CPA and holds a bachelor of business administration degree with an accounting concentration from Western Michigan University.
