Margot graduated in 2003 from Flinders University Drama Centre with an Honours degree in Creative Arts and Drama Performance. That year she performed a self devised solo physical theatre work, Hospitality, as part of the Cabaret Fringe at the Weimar Room; and in 2004 toured schools performing Doorways to Stories with Splash Theatre Company. As well as presenting the first series of Study English in 2004, Margot received a 'Foot in the Door' grant from the Australia Council for the Arts Dance Board which she used to work with Restless Dance Company for a year.

Philip Williams is a senior reporter for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
