Julian REYNOLDS BCom (UNSW 1966), MBA (Stanford). Mr Reynolds is a founder and Director of Reynolds Stockbrokers, a participant firm of the Australian Stock Exchange Limited. He has been actively involved in the stockbroking industry for the past 39 years and specialises in private client investments.

Frank is one of three principals at MDB, an accounting practice with some 25 staff and over 2,000 clients. Frank is also non-executive director of another oil and gas explorer listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, Golden Gate Petroleum Ltd. He joined the Board in December 2001.

Mr Seow has some 40 years experience in the public accounting profession and has functioned as a partner of international accounting firms for about 24 years. Prior to his retirement, he was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has extensive audit experience and has provided advice on setting up internal controls, restructuring and financial matters. He has brought a number of companies for listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) and is also a director of the SGX and Australian Stock Exchange.

Geoff Loudon is a London-based mining professional with qualifications in geology and engineering and international industry experience. Ten of his early career years were with Placer Dome in copper and molybdenum mines, as well as gold porphyry copper and lead-zinc exploration and evaluation. Under Mr. Loudon as CEO and Chairman, Niugini Mining Limited grew to be a mid-tier gold producer in Australia and Chile and discovered the 42 million ounce Lihir gold deposit in Papua New Guinea. Geoff remains a founding director of the NASDAQ and Australian Stock Exchange listed Lihir Gold Limited. Mr. Loudon has interests in North American, Peruvian and Equatorial copper projects and New Zealand energy companies. He was the cornerstone investor in Nautilus Minerals Corporation Limited in 1997.

Ms Segal brings legal and regulatory knowledge to the Board, as a former Commissioner of the Australian Securities & Investments Commission and as a current Director of Australian Stock Exchange Limited.

Peter Evans has been a member of the Board of Tamaya Resources Limited since 14th March 1996 as non-executive Chairman until 23rd June 2006, and currently as non-executive Director. Mr. Evans is a stockbroker and an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia. He is a Member of the Australian Stock Exchange Limited and has been since 1985, a Director of the Australian Stock Exchange (Queensland) Limited Board og Advice. He was a founding shareholder of Morgan Stockbroking Limited and a founding director of Tamaya Resources Limited predecessor company SMC Gold Limited.

Garry Davis was born and educated in Sydney. He graduated with a degree in Economics from Sydney University, and later gained formal qualifications in accounting. He is a past member of The Australian Stock Exchange (ASX), a fellow of The Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and holds a Financial Securities Dealers license. As a stockbroker, securities dealer and financial advisor he gained considerable experience in the formation and financing of numerous companies and projects. At Bain and Company (now Deutche Bank), he was Senior Partner-Corporate Finance for a number of years, and later opened the Sydney office and was nationally responsible for corporate finance for UK based stockbroker, Smith New Court Australia Limited. He has held the positions of Chairman, Chief Executive and Non Executive Director in a number of publicly listed companies including, National Venture Corporation Limited, Ipoh Limited, Defender Limited and Solomon Pacific Resources NL. He is presently Executive Chairman of Thames Capital Pty Ltd, a corporate advisory firm and licensed securities dealer whose offices are located in Sydney and Perth.
