Larry Ciaccia is President of AuthenTec and oversees the company's worldwide marketing and sales operations. Mr. Ciaccia has 25-years experience in the semiconductor and wireless industry. Prior to joining AuthenTec, he was vice president and general manager of the Wireless Data and Networking Component Products unit at Conexant, the former PRISM WLAN business unit of Intersil. While at Intersil, he spearheaded the development and ramp up of the companies. PRISM 802.11 Wi-Fi initiative, and led the total business as general manager as it grew rapidly from a $20 million operation to a $200 million and 300 person business. In his role as vice president and general manager, Mr. Ciaccia also was instrumental in Intersil.s highly successful initial public offering and sale of the wireless business to GlobespanVirata, which subsequently merged with Conexant. Mr. Ciaccia began his career in 1980 with Harris Semiconductor . which later became Intersil -- and held numerous technical and management positions of increasing responsibility. Mr. Ciaccia earned a BSEE degree from Clarkson University in New York and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne.

Dale Setlak co-founded the company and is now the Vice President and Chief Technical Officer. In this role, Mr. Setlak is focused on the research for future AuthenTec products. Mr. Setlak was the original Chief Systems Architect for FingerLoc and is the source of many of the concepts underlying the company's patents. Mr. Setlak brings 25 years of research and development experience to AuthenTec. Prior to joining the original FingerLoc team in 1996, Mr. Setlak served as Senior Principal Engineer with Harris' Electronic Systems Sector. Prior to joining Harris in 1990, Mr. Setlak was Senior Systems Architect for factory automation at CTG-Scientific Systems Services and was the Senior Instrumentation Engineer on research and advanced power plant control systems at Babcock and Wilcox. Mr. Setlak holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University and a MS in Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology.

Gary R. Larsen has been our Chief Financial Officer since December 2006. From April 2005 to December 2006, Mr. Larsen served as Chief Financial Officer of Artesyn Technologies, Inc. Mr. Larsen also served as Artesyn's Corporate Controller from May 1999 to April 2005. Prior to joining Artesyn, Mr. Larsen served in a variety of management positions with W.R. Grace & Co. Mr. Larsen began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP. Mr. Larsen received a BS degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an MBA from Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. Mr. Larsen is a certified public accountant.

Chief Financial Officer Gregory Teesdale has over 25 years of experience in handling the financial matters for a variety of high technology companies, including 15 years at the CFO level. Prior to joining Andigilog, Greg was the CFO/Vice President for AuthenTec Inc., a manufacturer of fingerprint biometric sensors. While at AuthenTec, he successfully raised over $30M in outside funding for the company. Greg also managed all relationships with the investment banking community as well as preparing and negotiating all corporate contracts. As CFO/COO at SiCom, a producer of broadband wireless modem systems, he managed all aspects of the financial and manufacturing operations and, eventually, orchestrated in the sale of the company to Intersil for $173M. After seven years as CFO at Photometrics, Greg helped the investors realize a 10X return on their investment through the sale of the company to Roper Industries for $37M. He has also held management and financial positions at Three-Five Systems and Kurta Corporation. Greg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Drexel University and an MBA in Operations Management from Arizona State University.

Peter Sherlock is the Vice President of Product Development for AuthenTec. Mr. Sherlock is responsible for engineering, including both silicon and software development. Prior to joining AuthenTec in February 1999, Mr. Sherlock was the Director of the Raleigh (NC) Design Center for Integrated Device Technologies (IDT) where he led his team in the development of highly complex circuits including massive parallel processing, 2D and 3D graphics acceleration, DVD playback, HDTV MPEG 2 decode and video acceleration. Mr. Sherlock came to IDT from the venture backed simulation company IVEX Corporation (Atlanta and England), where he was the Senior Vice President for Business Development, a position he was promoted to after serving as the Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining IVEX in 1977, Mr. Sherlock was the Manager of Real Time Visual Simulation Systems at Ferranti Computer Systems Ltd. in England. Mr. Sherlock holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University at Salford, UK.

Tony Iantosca is the Vice President of Manufacturing and oversees the China Development Center. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining AuthenTec, Mr. Iantosca was a Director with Signetics where he led the effort of transitioning new, advanced semiconductor packaging designs into high volume, subcontract manufacturing on behalf of various customers. Prior to that, Mr. Iantosca was the Director of Operations for Catalyst Semiconductor where, as part of a new management team, restructured the Company's supply chain which enabled Catalyst to return to profitability. Prior to joining Catalyst, Mr. Iantosca served as Director of Offshore Manufacturing for Cypress, based in Thailand, where he led the transition of Cypress Semiconductor to direct and subcontract offshore manufacturing, that resulted in significant cost savings and quality improvements. Mr. Iantosca also held various management positions with Cypress in California, culminating with full responsibility for all San Jose test operations. Mr. Iantosca holds a MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, an International MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and an Electronic Engineering diploma from the GTE Sylvania Technical School.

Matthew P. Crugnale is the President of Crugnale Associates, a Silicon Valley based high technology consulting firm specializing in new technology business start-ups in both corporate and venture funded communities. Consulting clients have included AT&T Worldwide, InTalk (spin out of Symbionics), Anasazi (BOD of this TA Associates Venture), Brittan Lee/Share Base (BOD, sold to NCR), ChenOptics (Kleiner Perkinsfunded, sold to HP), GE, Brooktree, Western Digital, and Siemens. He was also a cofounder and owner of Gnostics Concepts, which was sold to McGraw-Hill in 1984. Mr. Crugnale was Vice President of Marketing at Beckman Instruments from 1977-1982 and, prior to that, was a Marketing and European Director for GE for 20 years. Mr. Crugnale received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Case Institute, and attended the Sloan School for graduate business, where he has also been a guest lecturer.

Gustav H. Koven serves as a Board member and is the Managing Director of Knickerbocker LLC. Mr. Koven brings a combination of investment and operating experience to AuthenTec including over 15 years as a venture capitalist. Mr. Koven came to Knickerbocker from Edison Ventures where he was a partner since 1990. Previously, Mr. Koven was President of Chase Manhattan Capital Corp. where he made equity investments in growth companies and management buyouts. Prior to starting Chase's equity business in 1985, Mr. Koven was their Vice President in Corporate Development and Planning. Before joining Chase in 1980, Mr. Koven held marketing and corporate development positions at Union Carbide. Mr. Koven received a BE from Stevens Institute of Technology and a MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Rob's career has focused on building brands and consumer experiences across consumer products, software and services. In his last role before joining Wetpaint, Rob served as vice president, Global Beverage for Starbucks Coffee Company, where he was responsible for product innovation and product marketing of all hot and cold hand-crafted beverages served in Starbucks stores around the world, all of which comprised more than half of Starbucks global revenue. Prior to that, Rob served in roles vice president - Beverage, director - Espresso and director New Ventures for Starbucks' US business. Prior to Starbucks, Rob spent 5 years in marketing at RealNetworks, the pioneer in Internet audio and video, leading a variety of consumer software launches under the RealPlayer and RealJukebox names. Rob began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he spent 5 years delivering innovation in the health care and paper products categories. Rob holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford University.
