Carl Bass is president and chief executive officer of Autodesk, Inc. Autodesk products serve the manufacturing, building, infrastructure, and media and entertainment industries. Formerly he was Autodesk’s chief operating officer, responsible for worldwide sales, marketing, and product development. Earlier roles included chief strategy officer and executive vice president of emerging business, looking broadly across the entire Autodesk organization at strategy and growth opportunities. He also served as chief technology officer (CTO) and vice president of the AECAD group, responsible for the design and development of AutoCAD and AEC products. When Autodesk spun off its Buzzsaw division as a separate start-up, Bass left to be its chairman, CEO and president. He returned to Autodesk when Buzzsaw was acquired by the company. Bass co-founded Ithaca Software, the developers of HOOPS, which was acquired by Autodesk in 1993. Bass serves on the Board of Directors of Autodesk, McAfee, and iRise and is a member of the Executive Advisory Boards of Cornell Computing and Information Science and FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science & Technology). He holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Cornell University.

Chris Bradshaw is senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Autodesk, Inc. Bradshaw’s expertise in national and international brand management and product marketing is built on his experience setting strategy and driving growth in several Autodesk industry divisions, as well as managing and launching numerous versions of industry-leading AutoCAD® and AutoCAD® LT software. Bradshaw has held several leadership positions at Autodesk, responsible over time for the growth of the company’s infrastructure solutions; its architecture, engineering and construction solutions; and the Buzzsaw collaboration service. During his tenure, annual revenue for civil engineering and geospatial solutions grew in excess of US$200 million. Prior to joining Autodesk, Bradshaw was manager for flight software development for the United States Air Force, where he guided the development, testing, and integration of on-board computer systems for two national space programs. Bradshaw serves on the board of directors for the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC), an international standards organization that is leading the development of standards for geospatial and location-based services. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University and a master’s degree in business administration from Duke University.

Mark Hawkins is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Autodesk, Inc. Prior to joining Autodesk in April 2009, Hawkins was CFO and senior vice president of finance & IT at Logitech International SA, where he had global financial duties and was also responsible for global information technology solutions. Before joining Logitech in early 2006, Hawkins worked with Dell, Inc., in Austin, Texas. At Dell, he served as vice president of finance for the company's multibillion-dollar Worldwide Procurement and Logistics organization, as well as vice president of finance for the U.S. Home Segment. He joined Dell in early 2000, after working with Hewlett-Packard for almost 19 years. Hawkins's extensive global executive experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for HP's Japan and Shanghai Analytical Joint Ventures and living in Europe. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Colorado, earned a BA from Michigan State University, and completed the Advance Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is a member of the West Coast CFOs organization and Financial Executives International.

Ken Bado is the executive vice president of sales and services at Autodesk. His organization is responsible for the worldwide sales of Autodesk’s solutions for customers in the building, manufacturing, infrastructure, media and entertainment industries. Bado’s organization also provides support and consulting services that help customers use Autodesk software to realize their ideas and improve their business performance. Bado’s previous positions were with Mentor Graphics, Centric Software and Innoveda, Inc. where he held executive vice president roles. Bado started his career with Intergraph where he was one of the top sales representatives selling manufacturing, GIS, and AEC solutions. He later managed sales of their AEC products for the central U.S. out of the Chicago office. He moved on to Mentor Graphics, where for 11 years, he held positions of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing, customer support and consulting. His last position with Mentor was as senior VP of world trade, where he managed 1,200 employees worldwide. Bado holds a bachelor's degree from Bethany College in West Virginia.

As senior vice president of Autodesk’s AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) Solutions division, based outside of Boston, Jay Bhatt is responsible for the portion of Autodesk’s technology portfolio delivered to building and infrastructure industry participants including architects, engineers, contractors, and real estate owners. Since early 2004, Bhatt has driven AEC Solutions’ business strategy and operations, including engineering, marketing, and product delivery. Some of the key products for which Bhatt is responsible include the AutoCAD® Revit® family of products, AutoCAD® Architecture, AutoCAD® MEP, AutoCAD® Civil 3D®, and the Autodesk® Buzzsaw/Autodesk® Constructware line of products. AEC Solutions is focused on helping Autodesk customers create and extend their digital design information throughout the entire building and construction process so they can both experience their designs before they are real and leverage this design information throughout the operation phase of their projects. AEC Solutions does this by leveraging Autodesk’s best-in-class technology platforms such as its building information modeling (BIM) tools built on the Revit platform and its collaborative project management (CPM) tools such as Buzzsaw and Constructware. Prior to AEC Solutions, Bhatt ran Autodesk’s Corporate and Business Development organization, where he was responsible for corporate strategic planning as well as corporate and divisional mergers and acquisitions and partnership creation. Before joining Autodesk, Bhatt was the chief financial officer and senior vice president of business development for Buzzsaw.com, Inc., which was acquired by Autodesk in 2001. Previously, Bhatt has worked as a real estate and technology investment banker and as a business/transactional attorney with a focus on real estate. Bhatt received his bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from the UCLA School of Law.

Dan Trimble is Managing Principal at Convere Group, Inc. Working closely with commercial and public sector clients, Convere provides research, consulting, and management services for emerging technologies in homeland security, defense, intelligence, green technologies, medical/biotech, economic development, education and others. He also publishes Eternal Vigilance, a moderate-conservative blog, and is a co-founding Director of EndGlobalTerror.org. Mr. Trimble joined the USCG Reserves in response to his experiences on September 11th. After training in communications and intelligence, he was assigned to the Pacific Area Command Center, managing homeland security and other missions throughout the Pacific basin. After joining, he served eleven months on Active Duty including operations in support of the Global War on Terrorism. For 12 years, Mr. Trimble has held accountability for market-dominating product lines and professional services, with a focus on program/project management, strategic planning and marketing. Most recently, he managed worldwide product marketing for the flagship product group of Freshwater Software after their acquisition by Mercury Interactive. Prior, he served as Director of Intelligence Services at Decise and as an independent management advisor to emerging social & political technology vendors. As a program manager at Autodesk, he built the largest portal on the Web in the education market: 1 million visits a month with no budget. He started his career as a technical writer, QA and software engineer. Mr. Trimble has been quoted or featured extensively in national media, spoken at seminars and conferences, published research papers and authored MBA curriculum. He is a co-editor of "Offshoring the Middleclass"--an upcoming book on globalization and offshoring, and co-author of up-coming "Actionable Intelligence for Complex Organizations". Educated in international business at Golden Gate University, he also enjoys photography, traveling, sailing, horseback riding and studying foreign languages.

A member of the CEO executive staff, Amar is responsible for all aspects of Autodesk’s groundbreaking AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT products, the AutoCAD platform, Geospatial solutions, Plant solutions, Extended Design solutions, Content and Search solutions, Global Engineering, and Autodesk Labs. Amar has held several executive positions within Autodesk since joining the company in 1987, most recently as the Vice President of Autodesk Collaboration Solutions. In that role Amar was responsible for the strategic growth, general management and daily operations of Autodesk’s collaboration offerings including Autodesk Buzzsaw, Autodesk Constructware - the company's on-demand, web-based collaboration project management services - and Autodesk Design Review, used for distributing and reviewing design information. Under his leadership, sales of collaboration solutions grew by a factor of 11 over 4 years. Prior to Autodesk, Amar was the co-founder and VP of Marketing of RedSpark Inc, a startup focused on building a collaborative product development system for the discrete manufacturing industry. Amar holds a master’s of science degree in mechanical engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Bombay.

Amy is a professional engineer with experience throughout the region. Her areas of expertise include transportation, municipal & drainage design utilizing various software with specific proficiency in Microstation & GEOPAK . She also has experience with other software including AutoCAD & Autodesk products. Amy has a diverse design & construction background which includes interstate highways, interchange design, urban streets, site development projects, water distribution systems & hydrology. She consistently exceeds expectations for both project budgets & schedules.

Angela has kept some impressive company over the last several years; rock stars, software giants, cable networks and a host of non-profits. Abobe Software, author Chuck Palahniuk, the World Wildlife Fund and indie rockers Modest Mouse rank among her most memorable projects. Angela's designs cover considerable creative ground. But beyond the Fortune 500 the work has always come first. And in that idea she has found a home in Fox Parlor. Originally from Seattle, WA, Angela was drawn to the varied cultures, wealth of artistic influences and, of course, the delicious food of San Francisco. Before joining Fox Parlor she worked as an art director, in-house designer and freelancer for several companies on the West Coast. When she's not exploring the city, collecting anatomical novelties, or causing mischief, she can be found carving linoleum for her second love, printmaking, in the hope her fine arts degree was not in vain. One of Angela's latest prints is featured in BEASTS! A Pictorial Schedule of Traditional Hidden Creatures, published by Fantagraphics.

Arun is one of Australia's pre-eminent multimedia designers with his most recent award being a 1995 AIMIA award for production and design excellence. He is a qualified Industrial Designer from the prestigious National Institute of Design in India, which was established and mentored by Charles Eames. He has 15 years experience in computer graphics and Multimedia development as a user, reseller and trainer of a wide variety of applications from leading vendors including Alias, Autodesk, Adobe, Ron Scott, Macromedia, Net Objects etc. Arun established Cadability as a specialist computer graphics company focussing on applications for the video broadcast industry for clients such as HSV7, Prime TV, AAV. In 1993 Arun consolidated the design and technical strengths of Cadability and forged a new direction - to produce value-added products in the multimedia field. Since then multimedia/Internet applications and kiosks have been developed for a range of clients including concepts like Matchlets , Sportlets, Smartlets and other Sports Datacasting products and services.

Drew has an extensive background in the HVAC building services industry in the UK. He has a great deal of practical experience using AutoCAD and related Autodesk products, including Autodesk Building Systems 2004. His experience includes customizing AutoCAD software using Visual LISP and Visual Basic, providing fully coordinated HVAC service designs and producing 3D drawings with Autodesk VIZ for presentations.

Jim Trainor brings nearly 15 years of senior engineering experience, with industry leaders such as Discreet Logic, Autodesk, and the AAF Association. At Discreet Logic, he was senior software developer and worked on their award-winning editing and special effects products. Jim is actively leading engineering projects for the Advanced Authoring Format (AAF) Association. He holds a M.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University and a B.Eng from Technical University in Nova Scotia.

As Autodesk's Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Jan Becker is responsible for worldwide Human Resources, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, and Community Relations. Becker was promoted to Vice President from her position as the Senior Director of HR for the Design Solutions Division in 2000. She also managed the HR Future team, a group focused on helping Autodesk transform itself into a new-economy company. Becker joined Autodesk in 1992. Her initial role was to create a worldwide training and leadership development function for Autodesk while simultaneously serving as the Human Resources Director for the Americas. In 1997, Becker became the HR Business Partner for one of the core divisions of Autodesk, while continuing to lead the Training and Organization Development activities for the company. Before joining Autodesk, Becker held a variety of senior management positions at Sun Microsystems. Initially, she managed the Compensation and Benefits group and then served as the Director of Sun University. Prior to her time at Sun, Becker worked as the Management Development Manager for Activision and prior to that spent five years in Digital Equipment Corporation in Europe, first in Switzerland and then in the UK as Human Resources Manager. She began her career as an HR Information Systems Specialist for Hewlett-Packard. Becker, a Chicago native, graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Jay Emmons brings worldwide customer operations expertise to Voxify with over 25 years in managing operations and customer support. Most recently Ms. Emmons was VP, Worldwide Customer Operations for Autodesk, the third largest software company in the world. There she achieved a 50% year-over-year customer satisfaction increase and was instrumental in executing the support and deployment strategies to facilitate Autodesk's growth in revenue from $800M to $1.85B over the past 5 years. With her expertise in managing operations and customer support, Ms. Emmons knows how to manage growth, maintain customer service levels, and scale operations to new levels. She has held executive roles at Autodesk, Adobe, and Bertelsmann in operations, customer support, and sales operation. Ms. Emmons is former Board Chair of the Bay Area Make-A-Wish Foundation and current Vice Chair of its Advisory Board. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Wangberg has been a director of ADC since October 2001. Mr. Wangberg served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of TechTV (formerly ZDTV, Inc.), a cable television network focused on technology information, news and entertainment, from August 1997 until his retirement from these positions in July 2002. Previously, Mr. Wangberg was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of StarSight Telecast, Inc., an interactive navigation and program guide company, from February 1995 to August 1997. Mr. Wangberg is also a director of Autodesk, Inc. and Charter Communications, Inc.

With close to 20 years experience in management and technology, Marc Petit leads Autodesk Media & Entertainment as Senior Vice President. In this role, he guides the development and the marketing of Autodesk’s leading systems and software solutions, including Autodesk Inferno, Autodesk Flame, Autodesk Flint, Autodesk Lustre, Autodesk Smoke, Autodesk Fire, Autodesk Toxik, Autodesk Combustion, Autodesk 3ds Max, Autodesk Maya, Autodesk MotionBuilder and Autodesk FBX. Petit became hooked on the creative energy of the computer animation industry in 1987 while working on the seminal short “Paris 1789”, one of the first films ever produced entirely in 3D. He entered the field of computer graphics at its inception, armed with a graduate engineering degree in Telecommunications from INT (Institut National des Telecom) in Paris. He launched his career with French 3D software pioneer Thomson Digital Image (TDI) in 1987. From TDI, Petit joined Softimage, and helped the then-fledgling company reach critical mass in Europe. Later, Petit moved to Montreal to serve as Softimage’s Vice President of 3D Products. Before joining Autodesk in 2002, Petit was Vice President of Operations for Aptilon Health, a company specialized in online interactive marketing. He was in charge of all operational activities, including IT, infrastructure and product development.

Mark is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has over 13 years experience in the engineering field specializing in machine design prior to joining Synergis. Over 6 years of this time was spent at American National Can Co. where Mark worked on numerous projects responsible for reducing spoilage and increasing the efficiency of several manufacturing facilities across North America. Mark joined Synergis in 1998 as a Mechanical Applications Engineer, and in late 2001, took over as Director, Engineering Design Solutions. To focus all his efforts on the Manufacturing industry, Mark recently accepted the position of Director, Manufacturing Solutions. In this capacity he is responsible for leading a team of Design Applications Engineers, as well as educating, supporting and helping clients implement the solutions offered by Synergis. Along with being an Autodesk Manufacturing Solutions Implementation Certified Expert, Mark is also an Autodesk Inventor Certified Expert, having been in the first group of people to take and pass the Autodesk Inventor Certified Expert Exam at Autodesk University in 2003.

Chin has been with Autodesk since 1989 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning & Operations. In this role, she is responsible for managing key strategic and operational initiatives for the company and leads the Worldwide Customer Service, Licensing, Pricing, and Strategic Research teams. During Chin's 15 years with the company she has served in many roles including Director of CAD support, AutoCAD Software Development Manager, Director of Project Management, Senior Director of Corporate Programs, Vice President of Business Operations for Location Services, and Vice President of Business Administration. As Vice President of Business Administration, she worked with previous Autodesk Chief Executive Officer, Carol Bartz, and was responsible for the coordination of executive staff functions and deployment of corporate planning processes. Chin has been the "executive for hire" for many special projects such as the Discreet Integration in 1999 and Vice President of Business Operations for the Location Services Division. Before joining Autodesk, Chin was with General Electric for eight years. She earned her B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University and her M.S. in Manufacturing Management from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Nancy Truitt Pierce, the founder and President of Woods Creek Consulting Company, is a bottom-line-oriented organizational effectiveness consultant. TPI was founded by Nickolai Vasilieff. Since 1987 TPI has worked with over 300 software titles and provided marketing consulting and management services to companies including Intuit, Control Data Corporation, Virtual Management, Corp. (for Autodesk, Inc.), Advanced Rendering Technology, Cyco Software, PI Integrated Systems, Inc., DCA Engineering (became Softdesk, Inc. - now part of Autodesk, Inc.), LandCADD (now Eagle Point), and Softsource, Inc. Nick also established and operated the first direct technical software sales company in the UK (Software Direct, Ltd.) and has continued to develop and maintain contact with a world wide network of distributors, resellers, media contacts, and associates in the technical software field. Nick has a degree in electrictronic engineering, business management, advanced studies in psychology and has started and managed 11 companies. He brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial business, marketing, and management skills to his position as President of Third Party International, Inc. Nick also acts as manager of the Consulting Division.

Pascal Di Fronzo is senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Autodesk, Inc. In this role, he oversees legal and corporate affairs of the company. He joined Autodesk in 1998 and has held various positions involving business and legal matters during his tenure at the company. Prior to joining Autodesk, Di Fronzo advised high technology and emerging growth companies on business and intellectual property transactions and litigation while in private practice with the Palo Alto, CA law firm of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati as well with the Irvine, CA office of Washington D.C. based Ross, Dixon & Masback. Di Fronzo serves on the board of directors of the Business Software Alliance (BSA) and has published and lectured on a variety of corporate and intellectual property law topics. He is a member of the California State Bar and received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UCLA.

Robert “Buzz” Kross is Senior Vice President of the Manufacturing Solutions Division at Autodesk and is responsible for developing innovative technology solutions that meet the specific needs of mechanical engineers, designers and drafters. He has worked on the development and marketing of the group's core products, including AutoCAD Mechanical, Autodesk Mechanical Desktop, Autodesk Streamline and Autodesk Inventor, the company's premier 3D mechanical design software. Today, the manufacturing solutions division develops software used in various manufacturing segments including industrial machinery, electro mechanical, tool and die, industrial equipment, automotive components, and consumer products. Kross and his team are focused on helping customers extend the use of their digital design data across the enterprise with Autodesk Inventor, the latest in 3D mechanical design technology, and Autodesk Streamline, the company's online collaboration service for the manufacturing industry. Kross has more than 20 years experience in the manufacturing and CAD/CAM industries. He began his career as a mechanical engineer at Triangle Package Machinery, a company that designed custom, high-speed packaging machines. He then went on to spend nine years at General Electric and GE Calma with positions in software development, application engineering and technical management for the United States. Prior to joining Autodesk in 1993, Kross was President and co-founder of Woodbourne Inc., which provided parametric design tools for the AutoCAD platform. After Autodesk acquired Woodbourne, Kross joined the company as a director in the Manufacturing Division. Kross holds a Bachelor of Science degree from North Central College in the Chicago, Illinois area.

Scott Leonard joins the staff at M2 with more than 7 years of engineering experience and an extensive background in Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Vault. Scott received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and was employed with Deka Research and Development as a Design Engineer prior to joining the M2 team.

Wayne Hodgins is the Strategic Futurist, and Director of Worldwide Learning Strategies for Autodesk Inc. He is Past President and Strategic Advisor to the Board of the Computer Education Management Association and Chair of the IEEE Learning Technology Standards Committee for Learning Object Metadata. At Autodesk, Wayne Hodgins is responsible for increasing human performance among employees, partners & customers) using what he refers to as Learnativity. As President & Co-founder of The Learnativity Alliance, Mr. Hodgins works at the intersection of learning, productivity, and creativity to actively leverage inflection points in the Learning Economy for win-win-win solutions.

Mr. Miller joined us in April 2008 as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Cepheid, Mr. Miller was Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Autodesk, an enterprise software company, from 2003 to April 2008. Before joining Autodesk, from 2000 to 2003, Mr. Miller was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for MarketFirst Software, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise marketing automation software. Prior to MarketFirst, Mr. Miller served as Vice President of Worldwide Finance for Cadence Design Systems, Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller for Adaptive Broadband Corporation, and senior financial roles for Silicon Graphics, Inc. Mr. Miller graduated Summa Cum Laude from Santa Clara University with a BS degree in Commerce and is a CPA.

Retired Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Robel has been a Director of the Company since November 2005 and Lead Independent Director since January 2009. From June 2000 to December 2005, Mr. Robel was a general partner and Chief of Operations for Hummer Winblad Venture Partners. From January 1974 to May 2000, Mr. Robel was a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. From mid 1995 to May 2000, Mr. Robel led PricewaterhouseCoopers High Technology Transaction Services Group in Silicon Valley where he advised on strategy, valuation and structuring for mergers and acquisitions. From May 1985 to mid 1995, Mr. Robel was the Partner in charge of the Software Industry Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Silicon Valley, and prior to that, Mr. Robel was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Los Angeles and Phoenix. Mr. Robel holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Arizona State University. Mr. Robel serves on the Board of Directors of Autodesk, Inc., DemandTec, Inc. and McAfee, Inc. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of McAfee and Chairman of the Audit Committee of both Autodesk and DemandTec, as well as serving as a member of the Audit Committee at McAfee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of two privately held companies.

Crawford Beveridge Executive Vice President and Chairman, EMEA, APAC and the Americas Sun Microsystems Inc. Crawford W Beveridge is a technology industry veteran with more than 40 years of international experience. His role as Executive Vice President and Chairman, EMEA, APAC and the Americas, is to take a long term view and represent Sun's interests in geographies outside of the US, particularly in high growth geographies or where Sun has significant investment, such as the EU, Brazil, Russia, India and China. Specifically he works with governments on public policy issues in an effort to ensure that there is a level playing field in areas of emerging technology policy. Of particular focus are all areas of open - open standards, open source, open media formats, privacy and identity management, interoperability, eco responsibility and education. Before joining Sun in 1985 as vice-president corporate resources, he held HR management positions in the United States and Europe with Hewlett Packard Company, Digital Equipment Corp and Analog Devices Inc. In 1991 Beveridge left Sun to become the chief executive of Scottish Enterprise, the lead economic development organization for Scotland with more than 1,700 employees and an annual operating budget in excess of $800 million. In this role he oversaw business development, venture capital, skills development, exports, infrastructure and inward investment. After nine successful years Beveridge returned to Sun in April 2000 as executive vice president of People and Places and Chief Human Resources Officer. Beveridge is a non-executive board member of Autodesk Inc., eSilicon, and Scottish Equity Partners Ltd. Beveridge holds a B.Sc. in Social Sciences from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland and an M.Sc. in Industrial Administration from the University of Bradford, England. He also holds honorary Doctoral degrees from the University of Edinburgh, Napier University in Edinburgh and Robert Gordons University, Aberdeen. He was awarded a C.B.E. Dr. Per-Kristian (Kris) Halvorsen is the chief technology officer and senior vice president of Intuit. He is responsible for Intuit’s central engineering organization and the product development community for the whole company. Prior to joining Intuit in 2006, Halvorsen was vice president and center director at HP Labs, where he started the innovation activities in support of HP's services business and grew them to comprise four laboratories in the United States and Europe. Halvorsen also led the effort to establish HP Labs India and China. From 1983 through 2000 Halvorsen was at the Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (Xerox PARC), where he was the founding director of the Information Sciences and Technologies Lab. Under his direction, the lab became a leading center for research on the fundamental forces driving the evolution of the Internet. Halvorsen is a member of the board of directors of Finn, a leading European online classified advertising company headquartered in Norway. He is also a member of the advisory board of Cyber College at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He has served on the board of directors of Symantec and FinnTech and on the United States’ National Academy of Sciences Committee on Internet Navigation and the Domain Name System. Halvorsen holds a PhD in linguistics from the University of Texas at Austin. He did postdoctoral research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has been a professor at the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Oslo and a consulting professor at Stanford University.

Elizabeth (Betsey) Nelson currently serves on the Board of Directors for several public and private companies, including SuccessFactors and Greenbox Technology Inc., in addition to Autodesk. With over 20 years’ experience in the technology and digital media market, Betsey previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Macromedia, the leading web development software company, until its acquisition by Adobe in December 2005. As CFO from 1997 through 2005, Betsey helped the company grow to over $500 million in annual revenues and increase its market value over tenfold during that period. She was responsible for leading the company's key operational and administrative functions, including business development, customer care, finance, investor relations, information technology, legal, operations, and real estate. Prior to joining Macromedia, Betsey spent eight years at Hewlett-Packard, where she held a variety of positions in international finance and corporate development. Before that she worked as an economist with the firm of Robert Nathan Associates in Washington DC. Betsey holds an MBA in Finance with distinction from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.

J. Hallam Dawson is chairman of IDI Associates, a private Latin American investment bank headquartered in San Francisco. From 1975 to 1984 he was with Crocker National Bank in San Francisco, initially running its International Division and then serving as its president and a member of its board from 1980 to 1984. Prior to joining Crocker he was with The First National Bank of Chicago for 14 years, serving in Chicago, New York, Mexico City, and London. Dawson is a past president of the California Bankers Association and of the Bankers' Association for Foreign Trade, the leading international banking association. He graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a BA in Economics, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and is a Harvard Business School MBA graduate. Dawson also serves as a director of OneCalifornia Bank, a community development bank based in Oakland, California.

Sean Maloney is executive vice president of Intel Corporation and chief sales and marketing officer. He has been with Intel since 1982. Maloney began his Intel career in its European headquarters where he spent nine years, first as Intel UK's manager of applications engineering, then as country manager of Intel UK, and director of marketing for Intel Europe. From 1992 to 1995, Maloney served as technical assistant to the chairman and chief executive of Intel, Dr. Andrew S. Grove. In 1995, Maloney moved to Hong Kong to manage Intel's sales and marketing activities in Asia Pacific. In 1998 he returned to the United States to become head of Intel's worldwide sales organization. He was promoted to senior vice president in 1999 and executive vice president in 2001. He took over as head of Intel Communications Group (ICG) later that year and became co-manager with David Perlmutter of the Mobility Group in 2004. In July 2006 Maloney was appointed Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. Mr. Maloney is a member of the board of Autodesk Inc, and the Board of Directors of the National Committee on United States-China Relations, Inc.

Mr. West has been a CEO or held executive leadership positions in both large and early stage information technology companies located in North America, Asia and Europe. His leadership positions have included President and CEO of Hitachi Data Systems (a division of Hitachi Japan) responsible for over $2B USD in revenue, Group Executive / President Infotainment Business for EDS in Plano Texas, and COO of nCUBE Video Technologies in Portland Oregon. As a partner in Emerging Company Partners LLC, Mr. West has successfully completed engagements in numerous early stage companies. The engagements have included restructures, acquisitions and shutdowns. During his career, Mr. West’s commitment to outstanding operational management, financial frugality, along with a solid level of broad technical expertise and proven sales / marketing results, have earned him a solid reputation among his colleagues. For every customer, Mr. West brings true on the ground general management experience and a realistic vision for the future direction of the information technology marketplace. Currently Mr. West serves on the Board of Directors of Cisco Systems, a position he has held since 1996. He is chairman of the Cisco Systems Audit Committee and a member of the Investment Committee. Previous private and public board experience includes LogLogic, CreekPath Systems, Landsonar, Corvigo, Gadzoox Networks, Florida A&M School of Engineering, and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation San Jose Chapter. Mr. West is a 1979 graduate of Siena Heights College with BS in Electronic Engineering. He is also a 1992 graduate of the University of Michigan Global Leadership Program. Mr. West is a licensed Broadcast Engineer by the Federal Communications Commission. He also is an active member in the Audit Committee Leadership Network, Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). In his free time, Mr. West enjoys numerous outdoor activities including running, skiing. He also is a computer and communications hobbyist, holding amateur radio call sign W7SMW and membership in the American Radio Rely League (ARRL). He is married with 2 grown children.
