Mr. Scholtz is Vice President, Americas Field Alliances, Mercury Interactive. He is presently responsible for all field sales pursuits and go-to-market activities with alliance partners in the Americas. In this role, he manages the joi nt-selling relationships with large systems integrators, such as Accenture, BearingPoint and IBM Global Services, as well as overseeing Mercury's Solutions Partner Program, consisting of nearly 150 partner companies ranging from multi- national outsourcers to regional systems integrators. Mr. Scholtz~Rs team is distributed across North and South America and manages over 100M dollars per year in partner-related sales for Mercury. Prior to Mercury, Mr. Scholtz was the President and CEO of CoreMatter, Inc., a software and services firm that he founded to deliver solutions to manage the community involvement activities for large corporations. CoreMatter was Mr. Scholtz's second start-up, as he was pre viously a founder of Fort Point Partners, a services company that developed web-based business applications, where he was the VP of Sales. Before venturing into the start-up world, he sold enterprise software for Walker Interactive, a vendor of mainframe-based ERP solutions, and designed custom software applications for Fortune 500 clients while at Andersen Consulting (Accenture).

Regis Mauger has over 15 years of experience in the High Tech Industry. He is Field Market Manager for Mercury Interactive and is responsible for the Load Testing and Application Performance Management product lines. Prior to joining Mercury, Regis worked as OLTP and Data Warehouse specialist at Sybase.

David Blumberg brings more than 22 years of investing experience in venture capital backed technology companies including Zoran [ZRAN], ABIC - acquired byTeva [TEVA], Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. [CHKP], Creo Products [CREO], DSP Group [DSPG], Electronics For Imaging [EFII], AbirNet - acquired by Computer Associates [CA], Conduct Software and Allerez - both acquired by Mercury Interactive [MERQ], Vista Research acquired by McGraw Hill [MHP], PureSight - acquired by Boston Communications Group, Inc. [BCGI], IP Infusion - acquired by ACCESS Co., Ltd. [TSE: 4513], and GoNetworks - acquired by NextWave Wireless [WAVEX]. Prior to founding Blumberg Capital in 1991, David managed technology investments with Claridge Investments, Adler & Co., Apax, and T. Rowe Price Associates. David's operational experience includes launching the highly successful business development, marketing, and public relations efforts for CHKP in the US and Japan , helping build a substantial revenue stream prior to its IPO. David earned his AB in Government, cum laude, from Harvard College and his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and INSEAD. David speaks French and is proficient in Hebrew and Spanish. David serves as a member or observer on the Board of Directors of CaseStack, Siperian, Damballa, Insightix and Correlix. He also serves on the board of the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco and is a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy.

Prior to joining Mercury Interactive in January 1999, Elie Kanaan was Business Development Director for Sybase Europe, Middle East and Africa. From '90 to '95 he held senior product marketing and sales positions with Sybase France, having started his career in 1988, in the Advanced Services Group at Oracle Corp., USA. He has a Diplome d'ingenieur de l'Ecole Centrale de Paris and an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Mr. Cohen has amassed over 14 years of technology, business development and product management leadership in the high tech industry. He worked with start-ups and global companies and served in numerous senior management and executive positions. Previous companies include Mercury Interactive (NASDAQ: MERQ) and RadView Software (NASDAQ: RDVW) as well as number of start-ups. Mr. Cohen holds a BA degree in Computer Science and Business Administration and an MA degree in Business Administration from the Hebrew University.

Clyde W. Ostler is group executive vice president of Wells Fargo & Company. He is responsible for the Wealth Management Group and the Internet Services Group. Wealth Management Group provides high net worth and affluent clients with products and services in the areas of Private Banking, investment counseling and management, trust and estate planning, and brokerage. Wealth Management Group has more than $200 billion in total assets under administration as of June 2007. Internet Services provides a full range of products and services online, via a single sign on, for consumers and small businesses. Wells Fargo was the first major financial services company to launch internet banking services and enjoys a #1 market share of active online users among banks. Joining Wells Fargo in 1971, Ostler has held management positions in Finance, Planning, International, Systems, Investment and Online Banking. A native of San Diego, he graduated from the University of California at San Diego with a B.A. in mathematics in 1968, and from the University of Chicago with an M.B.A. in 1970. Ostler serves on a number of charitable and business boards.

Yair Shamir has served as a director of the Company since October 1996. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of VCON Telecommunications, Ltd., a developer and marketer of video conferencing systems, since February 1997. From July 1995 to February 1997, Mr. Shamir served as the Executive Vice President of The Challenge Fund-Etgar L.P., a venture capital firm. Mr. Shamir currently serves as a director of Mercury Interactive, a provider of performance management solutions; Orckit Communications, Limited, a developer and manufacturer of local loop communications systems; Poalim Capital Markets and Investments, Ltd., an investment banking firm; and VCON Telecommunications, Ltd., a developer and manufacturer of desktop and group videoconferencing systems. Mr. Shamir also currently serves as Chairman of Catalyst Fund, a venture capital firm.
