Mr. George is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Esterline Technologies. Before assuming his current position, he served as Esterline’s Treasurer and Corporate Controller. In his tenure with Esterline, Mr. George has successfully led multiple capital raising initiatives, enhanced the corporation’s capital structure, and contributed strategic and technical support to more than 25 acquisitions and six divestitures. Prior to joining Esterline in 1997, Mr. George held management positions in finance and operations with Zurn Industries, Elgin Electronics, and Xerox Corporation. Mr. George has an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA in economics from Drew University.
