Randall E. Kaye, M.D., joined AVANIR Pharmaceuticals in January 2006 in the newly created role of Vice President of Medical Affairs. Since November 2006 he held the position of Vice President, Clinical and Medical Affairs and in February 2007 was promoted to Senior Vice President Clinical Research and Medical Affairs, Chief Medical Officer.
