Joel M. Simon has been a member of our board of directors since 1996. Since July 2000, Mr. Simon has been a principal of XRoads Solutions Group, LLC, a financial consulting and advisory firm. Mr. Simon was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Starrett Corporation, a real estate construction, development and management company from March 1998 to December 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Simon was a private investor from 1996 to 1998, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Olympia & York Companies (U.S.A.) from 1985 through 1996, and a practicing CPA from 1967 through 1984.
