Larry Rychlak brings to Avatech almost 30 years of financial management experience. In addition to his track record of improving financial performance, he is highly knowledgeable in the critical areas of accounting and finance, SEC and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, investor relations, capital development, and mergers and acquisitions. Rychlak's sound financial planning initiatives and his ability to build relationships with financial institutions on Avatech's behalf aid the company's growth initiatives. Rychlak served as interim President and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to May 2005 for Baltimore-based Environmental Elements Corporation. His background also includes several senior financial positions in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, business consulting with a regional consulting firm, and eight years with an international accounting and consulting firm. Rychlak is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. and a M.B.A. from Loyola College in Baltimore.

As the leader of Avatech's sales organization, Bruce White leverages his significant leadership skills and 17 years of providing leading edge engineering solutions to drive Avatech sales and maximize client competitiveness and profitability. Having begun his career as a surveyor, project manager, and eventually a GIS manager at several mid-western engineering firms, White knows firsthand every aspect of infrastructure and civil solutions. As President of Sterling Systems (which was acquired by Avatech Solutions) he forged partnerships with Autodesk, Leica, and HP, and built Sterling Systems into the largest and most respected engineering solutions companies in the upper midwest. White obtained his B.S. in Computer Science, along with a minor in Business Management, from Oakland University.

With 30 years experience in growing companies and raising venture capital, Eugene Fischer provides valuable expertise in raising funds for growth and providing value to shareholders. A director of PlanetCAD from March of 2000 until its merger with Avatech, Fischer's wealth of experience includes finding and managing investments within healthcare, information technology and outsourced business services. His background includes financing emerging growth companies, managing private and public funds, and helping companies to go public or facilitating acquisitions by larger firms. Fischer spent 14 years with Bank of America managing the largest corporate banking group that focused on early-stage venture financed technology companies such as Apple Computer. He capitalized on his investment expertise and joined Technology Funding Venture Capital and served as a General Partner from 1983 to 1988. Ever the entrepreneur, he founded venture capital firms Pathfinder Ventures in 1988 and Capstone Ventures in 1996. He holds a B.S from the University of Minnesota and an M.S. from the University of California, Davis.

Jim Hindman has exhibited a unique combination of entrepreneurial spirit, leadership and educational commitment throughout his varied professional career. A co-founder and board member of Avatech since its inception, he served as Chairman from 2002 until 2007. After founding Jiffy Lube International in 1979 and growing it to 1,000 units internationally, he helped make the fast oil change and lubrication franchise a household name. After selling Jiffy Lube in 1989, he was the founder, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Youth Services International, a private service agency that serves more than 3,000 juveniles from 35 states and operates residential and community-based educational programs for adjudicated and at-risk youth. Always interested in higher education, he turned Western Maryland College's football program around and led the team to four winning seasons. Hindman has served in various capacities at numerous hospitals and founded and managed a successful consulting practice. He has served on numerous boards and has received awards of recognition including the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1987 by the International Franchise Association.
