Ill joined Avaya in February 2005 as Vice President of Global Business Partners and Sales Operations. Prior to this, he was Executive Vice President and President of Sales for BEA Systems, leading the company's direct sales, business partner sales, sales operations, and strategic alliance teams. It was during his tenure that BEA reached the milestone of breaking the billion-dollar mark in annual revenue.

Previously Johnson was group vice-president for Avaya's Small & Medium Business Solutions group from 2002 to 2004. Prior to this appointment, Johnson was senior vice-president, Worldwide Sales and Marketing from September 2000 until July 2002.

Most recently, Scricco was president and chief executive officer, Arrow Electronics, one of the world's largest distributors of electronic components and computer products and a leading provider of solutions and services to the technology sector. In his five years with Arrow, he led the transformation of the company from a distributor to a supply chain services provider. This transformation required refining the value proposition, realigning resources, establishing new performance metrics and integrating acquired companies to provide better coverage of all customer segments.

Mashima is responsible for formulating and driving overall business and technology strategies, including business development and cross product and next-generation solutions architectures.

Gaston is responsible for employee compensation and benefits, employee communications, workforce relations, organizational development and transformation, recruitment, talent management and labor relations.

Dave Johnson is Senior Vice President, Global Channels Development. Dave is responsible for developing globalization strategies for Avaya. Having led the successful integration of the Avaya acquisition of Tenovis, Dave will continue to oversee local governance in countries outside of North America.

Pai is responsible for management and oversight of worldwide finance operations, accounting, and corporate financial planning and analysis. He leads a team of financial and accounting professionals to improve financial processes and operations, design and implement enterprise-wide financial controls, continuously improve financial transparency to investors and provide decision support to aid the execution of the company's strategies. Pai serves on the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of Avaya GlobalConnect, a publicly traded Enterprise Communications company in India.

Hume is responsible for leading the small business segment for AvayaA which includes global sales responsibility. Additionally she leads the EMEA channel which includes channel management, marketing, and sales for all indirect routes to market. This includes the responsibility of the global system integrators and service providers. She previously served as Avaya's vice president, Global Sales and Business Development, Small and Medium Business Solutions.

Mike Schoenfelder (Treasurer), an adoptive parent, was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. In 1983, he moved to Austin to attend The University of Texas. Mike earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with high honors, then went on to earn his Master's degree in Engineering. While pursuing his Ph.D., Mike and another student decided to start a computer consulting business that continued for 10 years. Now, Mike works as a software development manager for Avaya, a telecommunications corporation. Mike lives in Austin with his wife, Katy, and their son, Griffin. In addition to volunteering with AKA since 2003, Mike has been an active volunteer in his faith community. Nancy Waits, Esq., CISSP, CISM is currently the Information Security Awareness Manager at Avaya Inc. She has been involved in information security since the mid 1970's, when she was appointed Data Security Manager at AT&T's Stock and Bond Division. Since that time she has served as the Information Security Manager for the Administrative Office of the Courts and as a Security Consultant at Public Service Enterprise Group. She is a graduate of Vassar College with a BA in Russian and of the University of Pennsylvania Law School. For the last six years she has been an active member of NJ InfraGard and was instrumental in achieving 501(c)(3) status for the chapter.

Ms. Dennison-Bauer has held senior level positions in marketing, business development, and marketing research in the Yellow Pages industry. She served as Senior Marketing Director at R.H. Donnelley; Partner at CRM Associates; Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at the Yellow Pages Publishers Association; and Director of Market Research at Qwest. Ms. Dennison-Bauer has also played several high-visibility roles serving the Yellow Pages industry generally. Immediately prior to joining KN, she was an Analyst with The Kelsey Group. Her education includes a B.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver.

Joe's position within BSI comprises that of a member of BSI's copper and fiber installation group. Joe is a Certified Hubbell Premise Wiring installer, and is a certified cable installer for AMP Netconnect. Joe's further qualifications include the certification of the installation and maintenance of Sound Equipment / Speakers wiring and controls. Joe is also Avaya PA Certified in the AVAYA Partner System and Partner Voice Mail Systems. He is also a member of BSI's installation group for Partner, Merlin Legend, Merlin Magix, IP Office, and DEFINITY phone and peripheral equipment.

Matt is currently employed at Avaya Inc. as a Sr. Technician. He holds one of the parent positions on the Kaleidoscope Charter School board. Matt is originally from New Hope MN, he has lived in Rogers for 10 years. He is married to Patty. They have a daughter and son, Saige and Denver who both attend Kaleidoscope.

Meghan and her family have lived in Bent Trail since 1999; in Dallas since 1997. She is originally from Columbus, Ohio and moved here to get her MBA and decided to make Dallas her home. She has a MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University. She is married and has a 2 year old and is currently facing the "terrible twos". Currently, Meghan is a Financial Pricing Analyst for Avaya, Inc. Meghan is involved with Volunteers in Patrol (neighborhood patrol program) and is on the Board of Mothers Together serving as Treasurer. Fun Fact: Meghan enjoys traveling, genealogy, and speaks Slovak (Meghan was a US Peace Corps Volunteer in the Slovak Republic ).

Mr. Terracciano is chairman of SLM Corp., since January 2008. He was formerly president of First Union Corporation (now Wachovia), chairman and chief executive officer of First Fidelity Bank Corporation, president and chief operating officer of Mellon Bank, vice chairman of Chase Manhattan Bank, and non-executive chairman of both The Dime Bank and Riggs National Corporation. He currently also serves on the Board of Directors of Sovereign Bank. Chairman of Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Strategy Committee.

Mr. Bond is the former chairman and CEO of PictureTel Corporation. Mr. Bond is a retired global telecommunications executive with 23 years of experience in the Bell System, including Ohio Bell, AT&T, US West and Mountain Bell. He has also spent six years with British Telecom, in London, UK, responsible for transforming the Products and Services Group as well as leading the National Business Communications Group.
