Mr. Miller is responsible for executing the strategic direction of the company across all functional organizations, including Sales, Professional Services, Research and Development, and Finance and Administration. Mr. Miller is an association industry veteran. He started Ablaze Business Systems in 1994, the first Windows-based client server association management software. He grew it to a customer base of 175 before merging with Association Software Company to form Avectra. Prior to Ablaze, Mr. Miller worked for the National Association of Broadcasters and the U.S. Government in the Executive Office of the President. Mr. Miller has been an active volunteer in the association community for ASAE, GWSAE, and the Chicago Forum since 1995. He also is active in the Northern Virginia technology community and recently graduated from the CEO Mindshare technology program for fast-growing technology companies. Mr. Miller graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College with a liberal arts degree and has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from American University.

Pete is Avectra's COO and as such leads all of Avectra's support and professional services operations. His background includes extensive experience in assisting organizations to successfully address the complex challenge of leveraging the latest technological advances to meet the ongoing demands of their membership. A 25-year association industry veteran, Pete joined Avectra from Results Direct where he served as COO. Prior to that, he was the founder and president of MEI Software Systems. Under his leadership, MEI installed more than 2,000 systems for trade and professional associations as well as fundraising organizations and pioneered some of technology that is the foundation of modern AMS/CRM systems in use today. He brings this experience to anchor Avectra's product delivery and support programs. Prior to this time at MEI, Pete spent a number of years working in the public and private sectors in managing consulting engagements for implementing cost management and financial systems. He is well versed in the areas of finance, accounting and general business systems in both sectors. Pete is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Mathematics and a MS in Statistics with a focus on Operations Research. Pete also serves as an advisor and occasional lecturer at Penn State University's College of Information Science and Technology and at the University of Virginia's Evening Business School. He is also serves as a trustee of Rollins College.

Ms. Reichwein oversees global sales at Avectra. She has more than 18 years of sales management experience selling software and hardware solutions in the Fortune 1000 commercial, Federal, and non-profit markets. Ms. Reichwein's continuing success comes from her focus on matching software solutions to the needs of the clients. Prior to joining Avectra in 2005, Ms. Reichwein spent 10 years in executive management positions at several software companies, overseeing all aspects of direct sales, channel and partner sales, and pre-sales technical support in North America and the South Pacific. Her experience includes a variety of software tools and application products, including application development, lifecycle management, Web content and e-commerce applications, business process automation, and business intelligence solutions. Ms. Reichwein has a B.S. degree from Oregon State University.

Bertazon investigated a number of membership management services, but was drawn to Avectra's netFORUM Team edition for its 100 percent web-based, anytime anywhere access, and the complete, comprehensive feature set OnDemand provided for an organization of his size and budget. "netFORUM Team was the complete solution at the most cost effective price," said Bertazon. "Equally attractive was the robust and fully redundant set of security features to protect our membership data."

Rick Rudman is a 20-year software veteran and has been the driving force behind Vocus' growth and innovation. Prior to Vocus, Rudman was a senior executive at Dataway Corporation, a company specializing in the development of mission-critical software systems for clients such as KPMG, Booz-Allen and U.S. Navy. Prior to Vocus, Rudman worked as an accountant and also served in the U.S. Air Force. In 2003, Rudman was the Greater Washington Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the software category, and in 1999, Rudman was selected as the High Technology Council of Maryland's "Entrepreneur of the Year." Rudman received a bachelor's of science in accounting from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.
