Evan co-founded Aventail in February 1996 with a vision to help organizations conduct business over the Internet. Today, Aventail has 13 offices in the United States and Europe and more than 300 enterprise customer accounts, including half of the Fortune 10, reaching more than 300,000 end users. He was named as a 1999 finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Prior to Aventail, Evan worked in marketing at Walker Richer & Quinn, a leading provider of connectivity solutions, and he spearheaded the Business Development and Strategic Relations team efforts as senior program manager for ELDEC, an aerospace company. Evan has a degree in environmental science, a master's in organizational development and consulting, and was the youngest graduate of the executive MBA program at the University of Washington.

As the VP of Business Development for Reveleus , Kiran concentrates on building an ecosystem of channel and implementation partners to drive adoption of the Reveleus solution platform, and is working with analysts and thought leaders to position Reveleus' visionary solutions. Kiran joined Reveleus from Aventail Corporation where, as VP of business development, he led the creation and management of partner relationships for Aventail's suite of security products and services. Kiran forged relationships with global outsourcers, carriers and hosting service providers and assisted the company in developing its managed security services offering. Prior to Aventail, Kiran was VP and research leader at Giga Information Group, where he provided advisory consulting and research services to some of the largest enterprises in the world. Kiran also served as director of business development at Netopia where he built all the channel relationships with carriers and ISPs to launch that company's flagship office connectivity solutions. Prior to his role at Netopia, Kiran worked in a variety of technical, sales and sales management positions and now brings a wealth of customer-facing experience to his role at Reveleus. Kiran is published in CIO Magazine and is an acknowledged expert in security and virtual private networking. He holds a BS in mathematics and computer science from the State University of New York at Albany.

John D. Beletic joined Oak as a Venture Partner in July 2002 after spending approximately 25 years in operating roles, principally as President and Chief Executive Officer, of high-growth technology and communications companies. John assists management teams in formulating and achieving key operating and strategic objectives. John currently serves on the boards of Aventail, Fiber Tower, iBahn, Tessco Technologies, iPass and the advisory boards of CoVi Technonolgies and Data Return. He also serves on the boards of the First Tee Dallas, the School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas, and Dallas National G.C. Previously, John was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Tigon, PageMart, and Weblink Wireless. He was also a venture partner with Morgan Stanley Venture Capital Group. John received a BSBA in Finance summa cum laude from Xavier University and an MBA with high distinction from the Harvard Business School.
