John Shillingford, PhD is President of Averion Europe, with Headquarters located in Germany. In this position, John oversees the Operations of Averion Europe which undertakes clinical projects in Europe for both European and North American based companies. John has had extensive experience across the whole of Europe and recently has successfully commenced and managed Operations in the Countries of Central and Eastern Europe. John joined Averion with over 25 years of Pharmaceutical and Contract Research industry experience. He has worked in all phases of drug development and has managed clinical research projects in Eastern and Western Europe, and in North America on behalf of clients from Japan, the USA and Europe. Most recently, he has held senior positions in Management, Clinical Operations and Project Management for PRA International and Imform GmbH.

Chief Financial Officer, Averion International Corp. Mr. Codeanne has more than 16 years experience in operational and financial management, with more than nine years in the CRO sector. From 1997 to 2006, he held various senior management positions, most recently as chief financial officer, at SCIREX Corporation (now Premier Research Group plc), a former subsidiary of publicly held Omnicom Group, Inc. At SCIREX, his responsibilities included oversight of all U.S. and international finance, accounting, human resources and information technology operations. Prior to that, Mr. Codeanne was assistant vice president at Fleet Capital Corporation, director of corporate compliance at Tilcon Incorporated and senior accountant at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Mr. Codeanne holds a bachelor's of science degree in accounting from Fairfield University, an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut, and is a certified public accountant.

Ms. Kolb has served as our Chief Technical Officer since August 2006. From 2003 through August 2006, Ms. Kolb served as our Director Clinical Data Services and Senior Director Clinical Data Services. Prior to joining Averion, from 1989 through 2003, Ms. Kolb served in various positions, including Director Clinical IT, at Parexel International, a global Clinical Research Organization. Ms. Kolb holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark University.

Chief Validation Officer, Averion International Corp. Dr. George Van Lear has more than 38 years of experience in pharmaceutical product development and the contract service industry to the pharmaceutical industry. He gained his early experience with Lederle Laboratories, where he served as Group Leader in Drug Metabolism and Mass Spectroscopy, then later as Head of the Analytical Services Department. Other positions held during his professional career include a four year term with AAI International as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, followed by executive assignments with Glaxo, Innapharma, DPT Laboratories, President and Chief Operating Officer of Senetek, PLC, a biotechnology firm traded on NASDAQ, and, most recently, aaiPharma, where he headed up the internal R&D function. Dr Van Lear has more than 20 professional publications, and earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Millikin University, a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Utah and two postdoctoral fellowships.

Brian M. Langin is the Associate Director of Business Development and Strategic Alliances at Averion Inc. In this position, he is responsible for generating new business contracts and cultivating strategic business alliances that expand Averion's service offerings to clients. Mr. Langin has over 17 years of business development experience in the Biopharmacuetical industry. He joined Averion in 2001 as Sales Manager and held various business development positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to Averion, he served as a Biotech Account Director at Quintiles, from 1999-2001. Previously, he has held business account management positions at Murex Diagnostics, Roche Biomedical Laboratories, and Practice Management Systems/Med-1 National Medical Systems.

Mr. Rodriguez has served as a director since November 2005. Mr. Rodriguez has served as the Chief Financial Officer of CGH and various related investment partnerships since May 2004. From October 2000 to May 2004, Mr. Rodriguez was Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of Jet Aviation International, a multinational aviation services corporation. Mr. Rodriguez is not independent pursuant to the definition contained in Rule 4200(a)(15) of the National Association of Securities Dealers listing standards because Mr. Rodriguez is an affiliate of ComVest and ComVest Advisors LLC, both of which have received advisory or other compensatory fees in connection with the sale of our senior secured convertible promissory notes and financial advisory services provided to the Company, respectively. Mr. Rodriguez was originally elected to the Board as a designee of the holders of a majority in interest of the Series D Preferred.
