Avis Budget Group Inc.

F. Robert Salerno is president and chief operating officer (COO) of Avis Budget Group, overseeing domestic and international operations for both the Avis and Budget brands. Mr. Salerno was named COO in October 2005 following the announcement by Cendant Corporation to separate into four independent, publicly traded companies, one of which is Avis Budget Group. From 2003-2005 he led Cendant's vehicle rental services division as chief executive officer after serving as president and chief operating officer of Avis Rent A Car from 1996 through 2002, and then as president and chief operating officer of Cendant Car Rental Group from November 2002 to June 2003. Mr. Salerno's entire business career has been in the rental car industry, having served in a series of managerial and executive positions of increasing responsibility with Avis after starting his career with another car rental company. He was appointed vice president of Avis' eastern region in 1982 and vice president of zone development in that same year. He was promoted to vice president of field operations in 1987, and in July 1990 was named senior vice president and general manager of Avis. In 1995, he was named executive vice president of operations. He earned a bachelor's degree from Marquette University in 1972. A native of Springfield, Massachusetts, Mr. Salerno lives with his wife and daughter in Katonah, New York.

David B. Wyshner is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Avis Budget Group, Inc. In that role, he is responsible for all company financial activities, including financial reporting, tax and treasury functions, planning and analysis, investor relations, capital structure strategy, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and investment banking relationships, and insurance and risk management. In addition, Mr. Wyshner oversees the company's information technology and public relations functions. Prior to joining Avis Budget Group, Mr. Wyshner was executive vice president and treasurer of Cendant Corporation, which was Avis Budget's parent company prior to 2006. At Cendant, Mr. Wyshner was responsible for the company's treasury and purchasing functions worldwide. Mr. Wyshner joined Cendant in 1999 and, before being appointed treasurer, served as Cendant's executive vice president for finance, planning and development. In this role, he had enterprise-wide responsibility for budgeting, capital planning, analysis of business plans, and integration planning for potential acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Prior to joining Cendant, Mr. Wyshner worked for eight years in Merrill Lynch & Co.'s investment banking division, specializing in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Wyshner received his bachelor's degree magna cum laude from Yale University and his master's degree in business administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar.

Karen Sclafani is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Avis Budget Group, the parent company of Avis Rent A Car, Budget Rent A Car and Budget Truck Rental. She is responsible for the general legal affairs of the company and oversees all contracts, acquisitions, litigation and governmental affairs. Ms. Sclafani was appointed general counsel of Avis in 1998 after serving eight years as deputy general counsel and nine years in various capacities within Avis' legal department. Before joining Avis, she was a corporate associate with the law firm of Mudge, Rose, Guthrie and Alexander in New York City. Ms. Sclafani graduated with a J.D. from New York University School of Law and holds a B.A. from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY.

Patric Siniscalchi is executive vice president of international operations at Avis Budget Group. He oversees all of the company's operations outside the United States, including operations in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and the Latin American / Caribbean region. Prior to this position, he served as senior vice president and general manager of the International Division. He has been involved in Avis International since 1980 when he accepted a two-year assignment in Australia. Mr. Siniscalchi joined Avis in 1971 as an accountant and progressed through a variety of management positions within the company. Mr. Siniscalchi, his wife Reba, and their two sons live in Greenlawn, New York. He is a graduate of Fordham University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Becky Alseth is senior vice president of marketing for Avis Budget Group, overseeing all marketing activities for Avis Rent A Car System, LLC and Budget Rent A Car System, Inc. Ms. Alseth is responsible for leading the development of both Avis and Budget marketing strategies designed to build brand image, customer loyalty and market share. Ms. Alseth joined the company in 2003 as vice president of brand marketing. She has held marketing positions at Therasense, Inc., move.com, United Distillers & Vintners and Nestle. Ms. Alseth holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from Montana Tech and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Ms. Mills, age 41, has been a director of Realogy Corporation since August 2006 and served as a director of Realogy Corporation's predecessor parent company, Cendant, since June 2000. It is expected that Ms. Mills will continue as a Cendant director until completion of the final distribution, at which time Ms. Mills will resign as a director of Cendant and continue in her role as a director for Realogy Corporation. Ms. Mills is senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for New York University. From May 2002 to February 2006, Ms. Mills served as senior vice president and counselor for operations and administration for New York University. From October 1999 to November 2001, Ms. Mills was senior vice president for corporate policy and public programming of Oxygen Media, Inc. From 1997 to 1999, Ms. Mills was deputy counsel to the former president of the United States, William J. Clinton. From 1993 to 1996, Ms. Mills also served as associate counsel to the president, and as deputy general counsel of the Clinton/Gore Transition Planning Foundation.

Kaye E. Ceille is senior vice president of global travel and partnership sales for Avis Budget Group. In this role, Ms. Ceille leads the Company's efforts to drive growth with domestic and international travel distribution partners. These include airline and hotel partnerships, association and affinity partners, the federal government, travel agencies and electronic distributors. Most recently, as vice president of global travel and partnerships, Ms. Ceille was the driving force behind generating incremental revenue and signing new partnerships such as AARP, Carlson Wagonlit and Delta Air Lines. Ms. Ceille joined the Avis Budget team in Parsippany in 2003 as vice president of travel industry relations where she led the development and implementation of a dual-brand strategy and directed domestic travel industry sales for both Avis and Budget. She began her industry career with Budget Rent A Car as a sales manager in 1997. During her tenure with Budget, she was promoted to positions of increasingly greater responsibility, including director of national accounts and regional director of sales. Ms. Ceille received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin, and earned a Master's degree in business administration from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois.

Bob Bouta is responsible for the management and construction for all Avis and Budget airport and urban locations throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the Caribbean. He has direct oversight of supplier diversity efforts at all of Avis Budget Group's domestic airport locations. Bob is a twenty-five year veteran in the real estate and airport business with previous positions at APCOA, Airport Logistics and the Welsh Companies, and another car rental company. Bob is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Political Science and earned a Juris Doctor cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law. He is admitted to the bar in both Minnesota and New York.

Bob Lambert is senior vice president of commercial sales for Avis Budget Group, Inc., the parent company of Avis Rent A Car, Budget Rent A Car and Budget Truck Rental. Named to this position in April 2004, Mr. Lambert leads all of Avis Budget Group's commercial sales efforts in North America, leading a large team of professionals dedicated to providing outstanding service to accounts in the corporate, local market, insurance replacement and truck rental segments. As the leader of the North American commercial sales team, Mr. Lambert has overseen the growth and development of the Company's sales organization with a focus on listening to the customer and tailoring the various products and services the Company offers to meet the unique needs of each customer. Mr. Lambert also played a key leadership role in the integration and formation of the unified Avis Budget sales organization following the acquisition of Budget Rent A Car in 2002. Prior to his current position, Mr. Lambert served in roles of increasing responsibility within the Company's sales organization including District Sales Manager, National Account Manager and as Vice President of Sales, Western Region. He also previously held sales roles in consumer products with Texas Instruments, Inc. Mr. Lambert is married and has two sons. He graduated with a Bachelors degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.

William F. Brown serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of PHH Corporation. Mr. Brown has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Cendant Mortgage since June 1999 and oversees its legal, secretarial, contract, licensing and regulatory compliance functions. Mr. Brown also serves on Cendant Mortgage's Executive Quality Control Committee. From June 1997 to June 1999, Mr. Brown served as Vice President and General Counsel of Cendant Mortgage. From January 1995 to June 1997, Mr. Brown served as Counsel in the PHH Corporate Legal Department.

John Turato is Vice President of Technology at Avis Budget Group, the world's second largest general-use rent a car company. He is responsible for Technology Strategy, Architecture, R&D, Infrastructure, Data Security, and Field Engineering. Turato was Director of e-Business Strategy at Avis before assuming his current position in February of 2001. Prior to joining the company, Turato was with SIAC, supporting the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), and Lockheed Martin, supporting the Trident II Submarine Program. Turato has been an Adjunct Professor at New York Institute of Technology and has also taught at Hofstra University and City University of New York (CUNY).

Lynn Boccio heads the supplier diversity team at Avis Budget Group and oversees the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program at Avis and Budget's two hundred and thirty-eight airport locations, as well as the company's corporate world headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey. Lynn is involved in several outreach activities designed to increase supplier diversity and community relations both nationally and in the New York Metropolitan Area. She is presently the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Women Presidents' Educational Organization and the 2nd Vice Chair of the Airport Minority Advisory Council. In addition, Lynn serves on the Board of Directors of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council. Lynn has held numerous other positions on other regional and national boards and committees that advocate for minority and woman businesses. Lynn has been repeatedly awarded for the excellence she displays in the Supplier Diversity field. In 1999 she became the first woman ever to be honored by the Long Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. That same year, Minority Business News USA selected Lynn to appear in the limited special edition "Best of the Decade in Supplier/Workforce Diversity 1990-2000" for her contributions over the previous 10 years in the area of minority business. She was awarded the 2002 Women & Diversity Award from America's Athletes with Disabilities. Lynn has also made various television appearances on "Hispanic Business Today," a weekly program on WNBC-TV in New York, and was MBE Advocate of the Year in New York City at the New York New Jersey Minority Purchasing Council's Annual Partnership Awards Gala. In 2004, Lynn received the prestigious Award of the Chair of the Airport Minority Advisory Council, recognizing Lynn's outstanding, direct and personal contributions toward the success of AMAC. Avis Budget Group has also recognized her twice for her outstanding work at making the Avis and Budget brands more diverse. Prior to joining Avis in 1996, Lynn practiced as a defense attorney with one of the nation's leading law firms. She is a former prosecutor who worked for tele vision personality "Judge Judy," and as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York, she defended the City in high profile cases. On top of her role with Avis Budget Group, Lynn is a faculty member at The National Institute of Trial Advocacy at Hofstra University School of Law in Hempstead, NY. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor from the Hofstra University School of Law. She is fluent in Spanish and lives on Long Island with her two daughters.

Mary Ledbury is the Vice President of Practice Services and a Principal of Maxwell IT. In her role, Ms. Ledbury is responsible for the architecture and delivery of all service offerings, and overseeing all aspects of client support. She is a technology and healthcare industry veteran, with a 24-year record of architecting and implementing software and services. Prior to joining Maxwell IT, some of her previous positions include: VP of Technology for Travelport, a Cendant Company, Chief Technology Officer for Phycom Corporation, a disease management/care management software firm. Ms. Ledbury has successful built global project teams to deliver complex systems and solutions. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University. Ms. Ledbury holds patent number 6,266,675 for the dynamic definition and control of application behavior and user interface.

Frank Gramo joined Avis and Budget in January 2003 and continues to support the organization's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and Corporate Supplier Diversity programs. After completing a thirty year corporate procurement and business development career, Frank became President of Creative Business Development. During his five-year tenure there, Frank developed innovative processes to reduce costs, improve productivity and increase small business market share. Having established a vast network of corporate, community and entrepreneurial relationships, he specialized in developing and implementing business initiatives. Recognized as an advocate for small business, Frank has been honored by the New York / New Jersey Minority Purchasing Council on three separate occasions. He received their most prestigious award "Advocate of the Year." He is also a recipient of the "100 Most Influential" award, presented by City News of New Jersey.

As the director of turnback operations and e-channel fleet sales for the Avis Budget Group, Greg brings over 25 years of rental industry experience, and more than 20 years in the "fleet" side of the business. He entered the rental car industry in 1982 at Alamo Rent ACar in Denver, CO, and then spent more than 10 years with Avis Budget Group, the majority of it at ABG headquarters in fleet administration. Greg also served as ABG's manufacturer liaison in the area of manufacturer sale processes and wholesale processes. He is currently responsible for negotiating all manufacturer repurchase program guideline implementations and has spearheaded several major manufacturer guideline overhauls to enhance process productivity. Greg oversees all ABG E-Channel/Internet Wholesale processes including upstream, real time and sourcing, and is involved in ABG used car acquisition process to supplement the risk fleet.

Lyndelle Abela, joined our unit in 2005, after serving in various capacities in the Information Technology Department for Avis Rent A Car System. With the Avis Budget Group since 2001, Lyndelle's background includes more than 25 years experience working in the accounting, engineering, and IT fields. As the program coordinator, Lyndelle works with all members of the team and serves as a liaison between our department and others within the company. She also works extensively with our advocacy group partners, helping promote our team commitment to diversity. In addition, she lends critical support to our team, communicating with aviation boards on daily issues and processing all departmental invoices. She also arranges our team's numerous trips to trade fairs and conferences across the nation.

Stender E. Sweeney is CLS's Chief Financial Officer. He has broad-based experience in financial and general management, serving as an equity investor and as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer for several privately-held companies in transition for the last ten years. Prior to that, Stender served as the Vice President of Finance for the Times Mirror Company, a Fortune 150 diversified communications company, where he was responsible for all corporate finance functions including Treasury, Capital Structure Management, Real Estate, Financial Planning, Retirement Plan Asset Management, Taxes and Investor Relations. Stender is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and Stanford University and also earned an MSBA degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Susan Pettit gained more than fifteen years of procurement experience in the Purchasing Department with Avis Rent A Car System, Inc. prior to joining the Strategic Business & Diversity Relations team in 2002. In her various capacities in Purchasing, Susan set up, implemented and maintained numerous national account programs and was responsible for purchasing the commercial print/forms in addition to maintaining inventory for over 100 line items. Through the years of close contact with field operations and the World Headquarters business units, Susan has acquired the working knowledge of the company's various department operations and their specific procurement requirements. As Senior Buyer in the Purchasing Department, Susan worked closely with the Strategic Business & Diversity Relations unit to infuse certified Disadvantaged, Minority and Woman-owned businesses into the supplier chain. Being an advocate of Disadvantaged, Minority and Woman business development, Susan was a natural addition to the unit. Susan is involved in and coordinates outreach activities designed to increase supplier diversity and community relations both nationally and locally. Her main responsibility includes increasing corporate and airport utilization of diverse suppliers. She is an active member of a number of local supplier advocacy organizations throughout the New York Metropolitan area, and participates in various airport, national, and regional supplier advocacy events throughout the United States.

­Jack Hardy has been a Director of Avis Budget Group since April 2008. Until recently, Mr. Hardy was a partner of the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers for more than 25 years, where he served on the firm's compensation committee and as chair of the firm's capital markets practice. Mr. Hardy has represented publicly and privately owned corporations, investment managers and investment banks in connection with securitization transactions, investment funds, debt and equity financings, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Hardy received a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia.

"Former President of The National League of Professional Baseball Clubs Mr. Coleman is the former president of The National League of Professional Baseball Clubs. Mr. Coleman signed on with Major League Baseball in 1992 as executive director—market development. Previously, Mr. Coleman was a municipal finance banker for Kidder, Peabody & Company. Prior to joining Kidder, Mr. Coleman served as commissioner of both the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and Department of Energy, and chairman of the Hackensack Meadowlands Development Commission and the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency. He was the vice chairman of the State Commission on Ethical Standards and a member of the Economic Development Authority, Urban Enterprise Zone Authority, Urban Development Authority, State Planning Commission and New Jersey Public Television Commission. Mr. Coleman also has served as president of the Greater Newark Urban Coalition. From 1976 to 1980, Mr. Coleman worked in Africa in mission service for the Protestant Episcopal Church of the United States, providing management consultant services in health care, education and church and community development in 17 African countries. Mr. Coleman received an undergraduate degree in history from Princeton University. He also earned a master’s in public administration degree and a master’s in education and social policy degree, both from Harvard University. Mr. Coleman serves on the board of directors of The Omnicom Group, Cendant Corp., Aramark, Churchill Downs and Electronic Arts. He also serves as a director of a number of other organizations, including the Children’s Defense Fund, The Metropolitan Opera, the Schumann Fund, and Little League Baseball. Mr. Coleman is chairman of the Jackie Robinson Foundation. He is a former chairman of the board of trustees of the Presiding Bishop’s Fund for World Relief and the United States chairman of the Bishop Tutu Scholarship Fund. "

Mr. Edelman was elected to the board of directors in August 2003 and has served on our board since that time. Since 2000, Mr. Edelman has served as Of Counsel to Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP. From 1972 to 2000, he served as a partner at Battle Fowler LLP. Mr. Edelman has been a real estate advisor to Grove Investors and is a partner at Fisher Brothers, a real estate partnership. He is a director of Capital Trust, Inc and Avis/Budget Group, Inc.

Nick DePaolo comes to HREC in the Chicago office after a 10 year career as the Midwest Director of Franchise Development for Wyndham Worldwide, formerly Cendant Corporation, where he was personally responsible for the development of over 200 Franchise Agreements totaling over 13,000 rooms. Nick has an extensive background in site selection, franchise agreement negotiations, market analysis, brand selection, and the overall development process. He has developed relationships with a vast network of hotel owners, developers, brokers, lenders, buyers and sellers playing an integral role in over 50 hotel real estate transactions.

Mr. Edelman, age 64, has been a director of Realogy Corporation since August 2006 and served as director of Realogy Corporation's predecessor parent company, Cendant, since December 1997 and was a director of HFS Incorporated from November 1993 until December 1997. It is expected that Mr. Edelman will continue as a Cendant director following the final distribution and will remain as a director of Avis Budget Group. Mr. Edelman currently serves as Of Counsel to New York City law firm Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP and has been in that position since June 2000. Mr. Edelman was a partner with Battle Fowler, which merged with Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, from 1972 through 1993 and was affiliated with Battle Fowler from 1994 until June 2000.

Virginia M. Wilson has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since our separation from Cendant in July 2006. Ms. Wilson was Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Cendant from September 2003 until our separation from Cendant in July 2006. From October 1999 until August 2003, Ms. Wilson served as Senior Vice President and Controller for MetLife, Inc., a provider of insurance and other financial services. From 1996 until 1999, Ms. Wilson served as Senior Vice President and Controller for Transamerica Life Companies, an insurance and financial services company. Prior to Transamerica, Ms. Wilson was an Audit Partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Kevin Greene was appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer for NRT in April 2002. He is responsible for the financial reporting, planning and analysis, and information technology operations for NRT. He is also President of The NRT Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) public charity established to facilitate the community service activities of NRT's local operating companies across the nation. Greene has been a member of the Cendant family since 1995.
