Avocent Corp.

Mr. Borman most recently served as Vice President, Worldwide Sales, IBM Software Group, where he was responsible for annual revenues of over $15 billion and a sales force of over 15,000 people. His previous leadership roles at IBM included General Manager of the i-Series and p-Series server product lines as well as other executive positions in general management, including overseas assignments in Asia. Mr. Borman also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Blue Martini Software. Mr. Borman first joined IBM as a programmer in 1977 and held a variety of positions including Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Operations, Web Servers; Vice President, Small and Medium Business, North America; Director, Strategy for Asia Pacific and General Manager for Distribution and SMB for Asia Pacific. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School - Northwestern University and a BS degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Doyle C. Weeks, 61, has been one of our directors since July 2000. Mr. Weeks has been President and Chief Operating Officer since February 2005. Prior to that he was our Executive Vice President of Group Operations and Business Development from July 2000 to January 2005.

Ben has been our CTO and Sr. VP of Corporate Strategy since May of 2008 and our Vice President of Corporate Strategy since March of 2007. Prior to joining Avocent, Ben had a 17-year career with IBM, most recently in the appointed position of Distinguished Engineer, an executive position he held from 2002 to 2007. In that role, he served as the lead architect for software development for IBM xSeries and blades.

Edward H. Blankenship has been our Senior Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Assistant Secretary since July 2005. From July 2002 to July 2005, he was our Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to that he was a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1998 to June 2002.

Samuel F. Saracino has been our Executive Vice President of Legal and Corporate Affairs, General Counsel, and Secretary since February 2005 and our Senior Vice President of Legal and Corporate Affairs, General Counsel, and Secretary from July 2000 to January 2005.

Eugene F. Mulligan has been our Senior Vice President of Global Operations since January 2006, our Senior Vice President of Operations, Redmond, from February 2005 to December 2005, our Vice President of West Coast Operations from November 2001 to January 2005, our Director of Redmond Operations from November 2000 to October 2001, and our Manufacturing Engineering Manager from July 2000 to October 2000. Prior to that, he held the same position at Apex since April 2000.

Thomas J. Miller has been our Senior Vice President for of OEM Markets since January 2006 and our Vice President of OEM Sales from August 2002 to January 2006. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Business Development for MicroASI, a semiconductor packaging start-up company, from September 1999 to January 2001, Vice President & General Manager of Acer America's Computer Systems Division from March 1997 to July 1999, and Vice President at Texas instruments, Information Technology Group from June 1973 to March 1997 where he held a variety of positions in sales, product management, channel marketing, and business unit management.

Julie C. Yarbrough has been our VP of Global Human Resources since January 2006, leading the personnel integration effort for all mergers and acquisitions within the company since the year 2000. Prior to the current VP role, she served as Director of U.S. Human Resources from 2004 to January 2006, after serving as a Manager of Human Resources for the company since 1993 when it was Cybex Computer Products Corporation.

Kieran MacSweeney has been our Senior Vice President and the General Managing Director of Avocent International since January 2006, our Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Quality and Managing Director of Avocent International since February 2005 and our Senior Vice President and Managing Director of International Operations from July 2000 to January 2005.

Mitch Friend has been our Senior Vice President and the General Manager of our Avocent Connectivity and Control Division since January 2006, our Vice President of Sales for the Equinox Division from January 2003 to January 2006, and our Director of Sales for the Equinox Division from April 2001 to January 2003.

Stephen M. Daly has been our Executive Vice President and General Manager of our LANDesk Division since January 2007, our Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy from February 2005 to December 2006, and our Vice President of Embedded Solutions from November 2003 to January 2005. From October 2002 to November 2003, he was Chairman and CEO of Soronti, Inc., a company that manufactured remote access hardware which we acquired in November 2003. Prior to that, he was Director of Marketing, Systems Management Division, of Intel Corporation, a hardware manufacturer, since 1992.

David Vieau is the President and CEO of A123Systems. Mr. Vieau has served as A123Systems only President and CEO, joining the company in March of 2002, three months after the company's initial financing. He brings more than thirty years of experience and leadership in developing rapid-growth technology and component businesses. Applying his expertise to A123Systems, Mr. Vieau has led the expansion of A123 from its initial creation to currently more than 1,100 employees, and through more than $250 million in private financing. Prior to A123Systems, Mr. Vieau held corporate officer positions at American Power Conversion [NASDAQ: APCC], serving as VP of Marketing and VP of Worldwide Business Development. During his nine years at APC, Mr. Vieau helped grow the company from $50MM to $1.5B, becoming the world leader in power protection for PC and IS markets and employing 6,000 globally. Mr. Vieau serves as a Board Member for Avocent, a leading global provider of IT infrastructure management solutions for enterprise data centers. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University in 1972.

Stephen F. Thornton, has been a member of our Board of Directors since July 2000, and was Chairman of our Board of Directors from July 2000 to April 2003. Mr. Thornton was our President and Chief Executive Officer from July 2000 to March 2002.

Bill brings to Voyager over 30 years of business experience and 18 years of senior executive and equity financing experience in the information technology industry. Bill has participated on the boards of 17 companies, including 12 portfolio companies, focusing on business software and services, digital media, and wireless. Seven portfolio companies, Amplitude, Clear Commerce, Kadiri, Netpodium, SeeCommerce, Valchemy and Tegic, were sold for exits, and he currently serves on the boards of Attenex and Melodeo. He also sits on the board of Avocent (NASDAQ: AVCT), a public technology company with over $500 million in revenues. Prior to co-founding Voyager in 1997, Bill was President of e.liance Partners, a consulting firm that advised information technology companies on strategy, venture financing and corporate partnering. He served as Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Aldus from 1988 to 1994, when the company's revenues grew from $39 to $240 million. He was responsible for global finance, legal, operations, and acquisition activities, including completing the merger with Adobe in 1994. He also served as a senior executive with Westin Hotels from 1979 to 1987. Bill is active in several industry organizations, including serving as a director for the Washington Software Alliance. He is the chair of the Advisory Board for the University of Washington Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Business and a member of the Cornell Council. He has been a featured speaker at industry conferences and panels. Bill earned a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.
