Gary Rodkin, chief executive officer, joined ConAgra Foods in October of 2005. Under his leadership, the company has transformed itself from a holding company for dozens of brands and businesses to a more unified operating company. Elizabeth A. Smith, President, is responsible for Avon’s world-wide product-to-market processes, infrastructure and systems, which includes Global Brand Marketing, Global Sales, Global Supply Chain and Global Information Technology. Ms. Smith joined Avon in January 2005 as President, Global Brand and was given the additional role of leading Avon North America in August 2005. Prior to joining Avon, Ms. Smith worked for 14 years at Kraft Foods Inc, where most recently she served as the Group Vice President and President of the U.S. Beverages and Grocery Sectors, overseeing a total of $6 billion in sales. Breig, Senior Vice President and President, North America, is responsible for Avon’s business performance in North America, which includes the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico & the Dominican Republic. Jeri B. Finard, Senior Vice President, Global Brand President, is responsible for implementing and executing Avon’s brand marketing strategies. She also oversees the development and launch of Avon’s brand initiatives. Ms. Finard joined Avon in December 2008. Previously, Ms. Finard spent 21 years at Kraft Foods, Inc., where from 2006 to 2007, she was Executive Vice President and Global Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, she had responsibility for breakthrough product innovation, marketing centers of excellence, consumer insights and global marketing. Ms. Finard also served on Kraft’s Executive Team and helped lead the $32 billion company’s global strategy and operations. From 2004 to 2006, Ms. Finard was President, North American Beverages and Group Vice President, Kraft Foods, with full profit-and-loss responsibility for the company’s business operations and for restaging that business for sustainable long-term growth. Prior to that, Ms. Finard also served as Senior Vice President/General Manager of Kraft’s Coffee division (from 2003 to 2004) and Dessert division (from 2000 to 2003). In these roles, she helped drive revenue and market share gains for each business. Ms. Finard joined Kraft Foods in 1986. During her career there, she held increasingly important marketing and general management positions. Ms. Finard serves on the Board of Directors of Frontier Communications. She is a graduate of Brandeis University and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Kim K.W. Rucker, Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Avon Products, Inc., directs all of Avon’s legal operations, which include matters relating to corporate governance, compliance, litigation, contracts, government affairs and intellectual property. Prior to joining Avon in March 2008, Ms. Rucker was Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Chief Governance Officer for Energy Future Holdings, Corp. (formerly known as TXU Corp.) where she played a key role in the company’s recent $45 billion private equity transaction. She also guided its Board of Directors and senior management on numerous legal, business and policy-related matters, including: corporate governance; regulatory and compliance issues; strategic business transactions; executive compensation; disclosure strategy; corporate secretary and security functions. Previously, Ms. Rucker was corporate counsel for Kimberly-Clark Corporation at its world headquarters in Dallas, Texas, with responsibilities in corporate governance, corporate transactions, securities law and other general legal matters. Earlier in her career, Ms. Rucker was a partner in the Corporate & Securities group at Sidley Austin in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Rucker is a 1987 Harry S. Truman Scholar and holds a B.B.A. in Economics from the University of Iowa from which she graduated with highest honors in 1989. Ms. Rucker earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in 1993.

Srdjan Mijuskovic, Senior Vice President, Global Sales, is responsible for leading and developing Avon’s initiatives and strategies for its direct selling channel which today serves 5.8 million Avon Representatives worldwide. Previously, from 2005 to 2008, Mr. Mijuskovic was Vice President, Global Sales Strategy, a role in which he successfully partnered with Avon’s General Managers and sales leaders around the world in developing Avon’s direct selling strategies. From 2004-2005, he was Executive Director of Service Excellence for Central & Eastern Europe and served as a member of the CEE operating committee and from 2001 to 2004, he was General Manager of the South Eastern Cluster. Mr. Mijuskovic joined Avon in 1997 as Country Manager, Avon Romania, where he led the entry and growth of this key market in the Central and Eastern European Commercial Business Unit. As Country Manager of Romania, Mr. Mr. Mijuskovic focused on 100% implementation of both Sales Leadership and web enablement. Mr. Mijuskovic resides in New York with his family.

Ann Moore was appointed chairman and chief executive officer of Time Inc. in July 2002. In this position, Moore oversees the world’s leading magazine company. Time Inc. publishes approximately 150 magazines, which are read more than 300 million times worldwide on a monthly basis, and account for nearly a quarter of total advertising revenues of U.S. consumer magazines. Before assuming her current position, Moore served as executive vice president of Time Inc. since June 2001, responsible for the business and development operations for several of the most popular consumer magazines in publishing—Time, People, In Style, People en Español, Real Simple and The Parenting Group. In addition, she managed the consumer marketing division of Time Inc. Moore joined Time Inc. in 1978 as a corporate financial analyst and subsequently served in key executive positions at Sports Illustrated, Fortune, Money and Discover magazines. She was the founding publisher of Sports Illustrated for Kids in 1989, until going to People as its publisher in July 1991. She was named president of People in 1993. During her tenure, Moore took what was already the most profitable weekly magazine in the U.S. to new heights of success, both domestically and internationally. Under her guidance, People grew from a single title to the centerpiece of a thriving magazine family—spinning off the Australian Who Weekly, followed by In Style, People en Español, and Real Simple, as well as In Style’s growing international franchise. A native of McLean, Va., Moore graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1971 and received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1978. She joined Time Inc. later that year. Moore serves on the board of directors of Avon Products, Inc. and the Wallace Foundation. Her numerous awards and honors include her appearance on Fortune magazine’s list of “The 50 Most Powerful Women in American Business” for all nine years of its existence. In 2003, Moore received the first annual Time Warner Civic Leadership Award, which recognizes the senior executive at the company who does the most to foster a spirit of employee volunteerism and corporate responsibility.
