Mr. Frank joined Axcess in April 2002 bringing more than 16 years of experience in financial and administrative leadership, financial planning, and organizational management. Prior to joining Axcess, Mr. Frank served as Chief Financial Officer among other positions at Vast Solutions, Inc. Mr. Frank joined Vast Solutions in 1999 after six years as the Director of Special Projects and Vice President of Business Development at Paging Network, Inc. Frank holds a B.S. from Ohio State University and a MBA from the University of North Texas.

Ben Donohue is Vice President of Business Development of AXCESS International. He came to AXCESS in 1999 when it acquired Prism Video where he was Director of Products since 1994. During his tenure with Prism Video, he managed the team that developed and marketed patented proprietary video compression technology in commercial products. In his current position, Donohue maintains strategic major accounts such as Honeywell LAR, Stemco, Digital Defense, Disney. He also manages the Business Development efforts related to new product introduction, major project management and Professional Services.

Kelly Stark is marketing manager for AXCESS International. Kelly's background was in passive RFID from Texas Instruments where she managed several different areas within TI-RFID including access control business, healthcare business, and centralized sales manager. Kelly joined TI in 1995 as a chemical engineer in TI's semiconductor manufacturing facility. Kelly earned a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Arizona, and a MBA from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business.
