Mr. Scott co-founded Axolotl in 1995, helping to define its business plan and the Elysium products, and became president in 1997. Prior to this, Scott was CEO of Computer Concepts Europe where he created a distribution network for the SuperBase product. From 1990-1994 Scott held executive vice president positions for Technology, Corporate Strategy and Marketing at ECsoft, a publicly traded pan-European software services company created largely through acquisition. From 1984-1990 Scott was managing director of MJSL, a CASE consulting and products company, where he directed product development and pioneered the use of object-oriented techniques. Earlier in his career, Scott designed and implemented the first criminal intelligence computer system for New Scotland Yard and the software that created the current designs for U.K. bank notes. Scott holds a B. Sc. (Honors) in Mathematics, is a member of the British Computing Society and a chartered engineer, and has served on the boards of both public and private companies.

Dr. Keet has served as medical director of Axolotl Corp. since November 1998 and was appointed to chief medical officer after the merger with AccentHealth. He was voted one of twenty of the most influential people in healthcare and is an industry advisor for publications and conferences. Dr. Keet has practiced Internal Medicine and Geriatrics in California for more then 20 years, and he continues to do so. Completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Cornell University, Dr. Keet spent a year in a Bio-Medical Engineering Masters Program at the University of Vermont. He went to medical school at the State University of New York and completed his residency program in Internal Medicine at California-Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. Dr. Keet is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. While in San Francisco, Dr. Keet served as medical director for the Haight Ashbury Free Medical Clinic. In 1977 he moved to Santa Cruz, where he has practiced since. In 1985 he was instrumental in forming Physicians Medical Group Inc., an IPA of 160 physicians. He served as medical director of that organization from 1987 to 1997, a time when it grew from 3,000 to 40,000 insured lives. In 1993, Dr. Keet helped form and was medical director for Physician Services, Inc., an MSO that provides administrative services to the Santa Cruz community. In association with Kaneco Inc., Dr. Keet developed and implemented a corporate health education training program. In 1989 he published The Medical Marketplace, A Consumer's Guide to Health Care (Impact publishers). Dr. Keet currently practices at Western Medical Associates, Inc., a 28-physician primary care group, where he serves as president.

Ms. Rodgers is vice president of HIM Operations with Axolotl Corporation. She is responsible for Axolotl's transcription services, HIM consulting, interim management, and outsourcing services. Merlene has over 20 years experience in health information management, including acute and ambulatory care. Prior to Axolotl, Merlene was a high-level consultant leading HIM field consultants. Her areas of specialization include HIM operational assessments, work process reengineering, technology implementation, and Joint Commission survey preparation. Earlier, she was a director of health information management, where she managed the operations of the HIM departments for a 350-bed adult teaching hospital and its eleven ambulatory clinics. Her accomplishments include re-engineering HIM department workflow and procedures, with significant reductions in FTEs and expenses, implementation of computer systems for record tracking, record completion, chart abstracting, and integrating coded data with the billing system. As part of operations, she was responsible for the management of a new optical imaging system, assisting in the selection, conversion, and implementation process. Ms. Rodgers' educational background includes a B.S. in Health Information Management from Regis University. In addition, she is adjunct faculty in the HIM department of Regis University. She served as president of the Colorado Health Information Management Association 2004-2005.

Sam Godwin is a career technology professional with over twenty two years in direct and channel sales. Sam has held roles in territory sales, sales management, alternative channels and as part of executive teams both domestically and around the globe. Either in a role as an indiviual contributor or as leader, he has been resposible for consistently exceeding targets and quotas and for assuring customers and partners outstanding support and service. Sam has a BS in Computer Science and Physics from North Georgia College & State University.
