With more than 25 years of human resource experience, Ms. Shatkin most recently ran her own consulting organization, specializing in conflict resolution, employee wellness, and organization development and design. She has also held senior positions at Human Resources at Brigham and Women's Physicians Organization, The Analysis Group, University of Massachusetts Memorial Health Care, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and Harvard University.

Fred J. Leonberger served as senior vice president and chief technology officer of JDS Uniphase Corporation (JDSU), a leading optical components supplier, from 1999 until his retirement in June 2003. At JDSU, he was responsible for strategic technology and was closely involved in the mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property activities of the corporation. He previously held a similar position at Uniphase Corporation prior to its merger with JDS Fitel in July 1999. He joined Uniphase upon its acquisition of UTP in 1995. Fred was a co-founder of UTP and served as its general manager from 1992 to 1995. From 1984 to 1991, he was manager of photonics and applied physics at the United Technologies. Research Center . From 1975 to 1984, he was with MIT's Lincoln Laboratory, first as a staff member and later as a group leader. He has more than 15 patents, 40 archival publications and 125 meeting presentations in the areas of optoelectronic devices and their applications in communications, sensing and signal processing. He is currently the principal of EOvation Technologies LLC, a technology advisory firm that he founded in July 2003. He serves on the Board of Directors of Agility Communications, Alphion and RF MicroDevices, and is a senior advisor at the MIT Center for Integrated Photonic Systems. He works with a number of technology companies and venture firms in the fiber optics and photonics industry. Fred has served as co-chair of CLEO 2002, a member of the OFC Steering Committee, chairman of several OSA/LEOS topical meetings, associate editor of Optics Letters and the Journal of Quantum Electronics, and president of the IEEE Lasers and Electro-Optics Society. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, a fellow of OSA and IEEE, and has been awarded the IEEE Quantum Electronics Award and Mellenium Medal, and the UTC George Meade Medal. He received a B.S.E. degree from the University of Michigan , and S.M., E.E., and Ph.D. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, all in electrical engineering.

After 25 years of senior operating experience at blue-chip semiconductor manufacturing companies including, Xicor and Intersil, Mr. DiNardo has worked with SoloPower from his current position as Partner at Crosslink Capital, an early investor in SoloPower. Mr. DiNardo joined Crosslink in January 2008 as a partner in the firm's energy technologies and computing and semiconductor practices. Prior to joining Crosslink Mr. DiNardo was a Partner in the CleanTech practice at VantagePoint Venture Partners. Previously, Mr. DiNardo served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Intersil Corporation (ISIL). Mr. DiNardo also served as President and Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman of the board of directors of Xicor Corporation from November of 2000 through July of 2004 when the company was acquired for over $500 million by Intersil. Prior to joining Xicor, Mr. DiNardo was Vice President and General Manager of the Mixed Signal Business Unit at Linear Technology Corporation (LLTC) and held a variety of executive positions with the company during his 13-year tenure with the company. Mr. DiNardo began his career in the semiconductor industry at Analog Devices Corporation.

Ray Stata is cofounder of Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI), a Fortune 1000 and S&P 500 company recognized for leadership in the design and manufacturing of analog, mixed-signal and digital signal processing semiconductors. ADI was established to fulfill Mr. Stata's vision of the future role for high-performance signal processing technology. Operational amplifiers and linear ICs were soon joined by data converters, and later by digital signal processors (DSPs), forging the integration of analog and digital circuitry in semiconductors for signal processing. Mr. Stata served as President of the company from 1971 to 1991 and CEO from 1973 to 1996. He has been Chairman of the Board since 1973 and continues to serve in this capacity. Prior to the formation of Analog Devices, he was a founder of Solid State Instruments and became vice president of marketing at Kollmorgen Corporation's Inland Controls Division when that company acquired Solid State Instruments. Mr. Stata is active in the high technology industry and in public service. Throughout his career Mr. Stata has committed himself to numerous programs designed to develop learning skills in our youth, promote interest in engineering, and establish quality as a key cultural values for people and corporations around the world. As co-founder and the first President of the Massachusetts High Technology Council, Mr. Stata advocated that engineering education and university research funding were a shared responsibility of government and industry. Mr. Stata is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the MHTC. His work on the MHTC has spawned many pivotal educational initiatives. The Massachusetts STEM Collaborative, of which Mr. Stata is co-chairman, is dedicated to nurturing interest in math and science among students in K through 12 grade levels. The Retired Engineers In Education program brings scientists and engineers into middle school classrooms to teach math and science. At the federal level, he served on the Executive Committee of the Council on Competitiveness from 1987 to 2005. Mr. Stata's service on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Overseers stemmed from his professional commitment to total quality management. He was also a founder of the Center for Quality of Management in 1989. A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Mr. Stata holds a BSEE and MSEE from MIT, is now Chairman of the Visiting Committee of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. In 1984 he was elected to MIT's Corporation and today is a member of its Executive Committee. In 1987-1988 he served as President of the MIT Alumni Association.
