Mr. Cummins is President of B. Riley and Co. Inc., an investment banking firm, where he oversees the firm's financial advisory and capital raising services to middle-market, publicly traded companies. Mr. Cummins joined B. Riley's Research Department in February 2002 and was promoted to Director of Research in January 2003. During his tenure, he grew B. Riley's research coverage to more than 100 companies in the following sectors: retail, semiconductors, technology hardware, software, IT services, communications, media and healthcare. While Director of Research, Mr. Cummins was ranked #1 in the 2004 Forbes.com/StarMine-North American Analyst Survey in the Best Stock Picker category for the Communications Equipment sector. Prior to joining B. Riley, Mr. Cummins worked at Needham & Company and at Kennedy Capital Management. He holds a B.S.B.A. degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

Mr. Robert W. Campbell, who was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company in 1991, has been the Managing Director of Corporate Finance at B. Riley & Co. Inc. since August 2003. From 1995 to August 2003, Mr. Campbell was Managing Director of Corporate Finance at L.H. Friend, Weinress, Frankson & Presson, LLC. Prior to 1995, among the corporate finance and accounting firms Mr. Campbell was associated with were the Seidler Companies, Inc. and Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co.

Mr. McQuay joined B. Riley & Co. as a Managing Director in 2008, bringing more than 25 years of experience in investment banking to B Riley. Prior to joining B. Riley & Co., Mr. McQuay spent ten years as a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of A.G. Edwards & Sons, at the time the nation's largest investment banking firm headquartered outside of New York City. In December 2007, A.G. Edwards was acquired by Wachovia Corporation. Previously, Mr. McQuay was a Partner with Crowell, Weedon & Co., a Managing Director with the Merchant Banking Division of Union Bank and a Senior Vice President with Wedbush Morgan Securities, where he began his career. Mr. McQuay has advised emerging growth and middle market companies and has developed and completed dozens of corporate financings for his clients. He has served as a financial advisor on numerous successful engagements for clients including: Keystone Automotive Corp., Micrus Endovascular, Copart Corp., Teledyne Technologies, Radiance Medical, La Jolla Pharmaceutical, Titan Corporation, SureBeam Corp., 99 Cents Only Stores, Computer Motion, Allegretti & Co., ReadiCare, Citadel Holdings, Lipid Sciences, Meade Instruments Corp., Marco Manufacturing Co., Conor Medsystems, Mercury Air Group and Krikorian Premiere Theatres. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Meade Instruments Corp. (NASDAQ-MEAD) and BSD Medical Corp. (NASDAQ-BSDM). Mr. McQuay received an A.B. degree in Economics from Princeton University and holds an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Mr. Banner, the founder of Banner, Briley & White, L.L.P., is one of the most well-known and respected attorneys in the North Texas area. He primarily practices personal injury law, civil trial law, domestic relations law, and oil and gas litigation. Mr. Banner is admitted to the Texas State Bar (1952), U.S. District Court, Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas (1953), U.S. District Court Western District of Oklahoma (1953), U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th, 9th, 10th, and 11th Circuits (1953), U.S. District Court Eastern Division of Oklahoma (1963), U.S. Supreme Court (1963), and U.S. Court of Claims (1963). Mr. Banner earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Texas in 1949. He received his Law Degree from the University of Texas in 1952. He is a member of the Texas Bar Foundation, having served as Director from 1969 to 1970 and Chairman in 1971. He is also a member of the Wichita County Bar Association (Director, 1960-1964; President, 1964-1965), State Bar of Texas, and American Bar Associations. In addition to those professional organizations, Mr... Banner is also a member of American Board of Trial Advocates, Texas Trial Lawyers Association (Director, 1958-1971; President, 1973-1974), Association of Trial Lawyers of America, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and American Society of Law and Medicine. Mr. Banner has been named as a Superlawyer in Texas by Texas Monthly .

Bryant R. Riley is both founder and Chairman of B. Riley & Co., Inc. B. Riley & Co. is a Southern California based brokerage firm providing research and trading ideas primarily to institutional investors. Founded in 1997, B. Riley & Co. also has offices in San Francisco and New York. Mr. Riley is also the founder and Chairman of Riley Investment Management, LLC, an investment adviser which provides investment management services. He also serves on the board of directors of Aldila, Inc. and Celeritek, Inc., each a Nasdaq listed company. Prior to 1997, Mr. Riley held a variety of positions in the brokerage industry, primarily as an Institutional Salesman and Trader. From October 1993-January 1997 he was a co-head of Equity at Dabney-Resnick, Inc., a Los Angeles based brokerage firm. From 1991-1993 he was a co-founder of Huberman-Riley, a Texas based brokerage firm. Mr. Riley graduated from Lehigh University in 1989 with a B.S. in finance.

Mr. Cable joined B. Riley in February 2000 and has covered small-cap companies in the software, IT services, IT Security, Internet, media, retail, consumer, medical devices and biotech sectors. he was ranked #23 Software Analyst by the Wall Street Journal and Thomson First Call "Best on the Street" annual survey. Prior to B. Riley, Cable worked for Provident Investment Counsel, owned and managed two small businesses in retail and marketing and was a systems analyst at a healthcare organization. Mr. Cable holds a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of La Verne.

Mr. Corydon joined B. Riley & Co. in 2002 as an Equity Research Analyst. Mr. Corydon's coverage universe includes companies in the Consumer, Retail, and Restaurant Industries as well as Special Situations. Mr. Corydon received his Bachelors from the University of California, Los Angeles and his MBA in Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business.

Mr. Liu has been an Equity Research Analyst at B. Riley & Co. since 2005. He is currently focused on companies in the Business Services industry. Prior to joining B. Riley & Co., he was employed at Westbourne Capital Management, an investment advisor based in Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Liu graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics specializing in Computing.

Mr. Kamalodine joined B. Riley & Co. in 2004 as an Equity Research Analyst. Mr. Kamalodine's coverage universe includes companies in the Semiconductor, Industrial Equipment and Data Storage industries. Prior to joining B. Riley & Co., Mr. Kamalodine held positions of increasing responsibility at Strategic Development Solutions, an Economic Development consulting firm based in Los Angeles, CA, and worked at 3C Financial Partners, a boutique Investment Bank based in Manhattan Beach, CA. Mr. Kamalodine graduated from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Natural Sciences, and is currently a candidate in the CFA program.

Mr. Van Sinderen has been an equity analyst covering primarily specialty retail and wholesale companies at B. Riley & Co. since 1997. Prior to that he was an equity analyst at Dabney/Resnick/Imperial for approximately two years. Earlier in his 16-year career in finance, he was also a buy-side equity analyst at a hedge fund, and an analyst in corporate finance. Mr. Van Sinderen is a graduate of Pepperdine University where he studied business and organizational communication.
