Philip A. Laskawy retired from Ernst & Young in September 2001, after having held several positions during his employment there from 1961 to 2001, including serving as chairman and chief executive officer from 1994 until his retirement in 2001. In 2006-2007, he served as chairman of the International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation, which sets accounting standards in more than 100 countries. Mr. Laskawy currently serves on the Boards of Directors of General Motors Corporation, Henry Schein, Inc., Lazard Ltd., and Loews Corporation.

Consolidating an initial eight years of technology recruitment experience, Peter worked as a Human Resources Consultant for a further six years before founding Band-X Recruitment Ltd in 1998. Aiman Ezzat is the Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini's Financial Services Global Business Unit (FS GBU), as of January 1, 2009. He was previously Chief Operating Officer of this unit. As CEO, Aiman is responsible for growing Capgemini's Financial Services business, client relationships and offerings globally, while leveraging the principles of Capgemini's i3 philosophy: Intimacy, Industrialization and Innovation. Aiman Ezzat has spent most of his career with Capgemini, where he has played a key role in transforming Capgemini's strategy and global identity. In 1991 he joined Gemini Consulting, Capgemini's consulting arm, where he was responsible for a global sector. In 2005 he was appointed Deputy Director of Group Strategy before becoming COO of the Financial Services unit in 2007. He was very involved in the development of Capgemini's offshore strategy, and in the acquisition and integration of Kanbay within the Financial Services division in 2007. Aiman was also one of Capgemini's key players in defining the Booster program that targeted the Group's turnaround in the United States, and ran several large scale programs, including a growth initiative to build India operations from 2,000 to 10,000; an outsourcing margin improvement program; and most recently, Capgemini's i3 transformation program, which is focused on transforming Capgemini into an industry shaper by 2010. Before joining Capgemini, Aiman was Managing Director of International Operations for Headstrong, a global consulting firm, where he worked with Financial Services clients in Europe, Asia and North America.

Since joining Ernst & Young, now Capgemini, almost 30 years ago, Lanny Cohen's career has reflected a rare combination of major client and executive account management, strategic service delivery, practice and operations management, and people and leadership development responsibilities that has earned him the esteem and affection of clients, top management and staff alike. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Capgemini North America Technology Services. He also leads Capgemini's Global Technology Services Council. Lanny has held a variety of practice management roles including responsibility for the firm's New York, Northeast, and East Region operations, Americas Technology Consulting practice, and Americas Service Lines. He has considerable experience in managing the delivery of large, mission-critical transformation assignments, which include technology, process and people transformation consulting engagements. Nigel is the Chief Executive Officer for Capgemini Technology Services (TS) in the UK responsible for over 1400 staff within the discipline. Nigel is responsible for the strategic and financial management of the TS Business in the UK and our major alliances (SAP, IBM, Microsoft & Oracle). His remit covers the full spectrum of Technology Services through IT Transformation, Innovation, Development and Integration, and Delivery and Service Management across all areas of Industry and the Public Sector. Nigel also sits on the Capgemini Technology Services Global Council. Previously, Nigel was the Head of the Government & Public Services Sector for Capgemini's Technology Services business within the UK, responsible for teams of business developers and delivery managers covering key sectors of the public sector and Local Government. Nigel is an experienced and successful senior sales and delivery leader with a strong track record of selling and delivering large I.T. based transformation programmes in the private & public sectors creating long term relationships at senior management and board levels. Previously Nigel worked at the BBC and for a major management consultancy.

Nigel Martin is CEO of Aspire, HM Revenue & Customa s contract with Capgemini for the provision of IT services. He has overall accountability for the full spectrum of services delivered by Capgemini and its major sub-contractors Fujitsu, Accenture, and BT. Nigel played a major role both in setting up Aspire and in the transition of services and staff for what is for the largest UK secondary TUPE deal in the industry. He has been accountable for all delivery since the contract took effect in July 2004. Before becoming CEO of Aspire, Nigel sat on the Capgemini UK board with responsibility for Major Accounts. These accounted for 40% of the UK business with many complex and challenging delivery elements. The role included all delivery and P&L responsibility. Nigel has a strong delivery focus. He has led many of Capgeminia s major client transformations. Typically involving IT enabled business change, the engagements ranged in size from 100 to 1000+ people using a mixture of Capgemini and client teams.

Andy Mulholland joined Capgemini in 1996 with thirteen years of experience in senior IT roles. An early pioneer in PC/Network technology, Andy's focus on Information Technology, as opposed to traditional Computing, brought him international recognition for Internet based technology. He has published five white papers, in the last six years, proposed Technology Architectural models, three of which have become the norm throughout the Technology industry, including the concept of 'Adaptive IT'. Mulholland's role of Global Chief Technology Officer includes advising the Capgemini Group management board on all aspects of technology-driven market changes. Mulholland serves on the technology advisory boards of several organizations and enterprises, including Cal IT, (the Californian State Technology Board), and has been, or is, a director of various Industry boards including the Open Mobile Alliance, and the MIT Supply Chain Group, both working on approaches and standards for aspects of the Mobility and Sensors market. He is also a Fellow of the British Computer Society. He is particularly knowledgeable on the alignment of IT technology to serve business objectives with emphasis on improving the communication and use of information in business processes. Currently this expertise is of great value in defining Web Services and IT Governance models, two areas requiring hybrid business and technology understanding. He has worked in all major industry sectors on strategic initiatives to deliver business advantage from Technology. Andy coined the name 'Techno Business' to describe the new forms of technology generated Business formats, such as e-Bay. An experienced senior executive with strong skills in the strategic, tactical, and management aspects of technology, and services provision, he has been the founder, or co-founder, of four technology companies that have either been acquired by leading multinational technology companies, or gone public on the small capital NASDAQ market.

Steve oversees all aspects of enterprise technology at Resolve Corporation. Bringing more than 28 years of diverse experience to Resolve, Steve has served in the automotive, financial services, consulting, and telecom sectors. Steve held senior management positions with Ford Motor Company and worked as the Chief Technology Officer at TD Bank Financial Group and Capgemini, before moving to Telus as their VP, Finance Vertical Marketing. Most recently, Steve was the Chief Information Officer at Meridian Credit Union. Steve has an MBA in Finance and Operational Research and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Biology, both earned at York University. He currently serves on the board of PCAS.

Cliff is Vice President, Head of Defence and Foreign Affairs, Capgemini UK. Cliff has worked on the definition of regional and global solutions for multi-national corporations across different areas including CRM, HR, Finance, Procurement and IT. He joined Capgemini from the media industry, where he was a senior VP and head of client solutions for a media production business. In this role he successfully implemented a number of global shared services solutions for corporations in the consumer goods, manufacturing and services sectors. Cliff has presented at industry and academic forums on a diverse range of areas. He has a PhD in aeronautical engineering and is a chartered mechanical engineer. Cliff is the author of an article in the Spring 2007 edition of the London Business School Strategy Review on a Modelling Servicea which sets out how shared services can be used to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Colette Lewiner is Vice President, Global Leader Energy, Utilities & Chemicals and Global Marketing Leader of Cap Gemini. She is also Member of the Board of Directors of La Poste and TGS-NOPEC, Geophysical Company ASA* Member of the French National Strategic, Board for Information Technology, reporting to the Prime Minister and Member of the French Technology Academy.

David Poole is responsible for driving, building and growing BPO opportunities in existing and new North American markets with the goal of making Capgemini the market leader in this region. He is also responsible for service delivery from all of Capgemini's global BPO centers; further enhancement of Capgemini's strategy for its BPO centers; solution design; transition management; product development, and BPO delivery technology. In 2004, Poole joined Capgemini from PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, where he was a partner and a founding member of the firm's global BPO business. He has worked on the set-up of BPO centers in Poland, Netherlands, Venezuela, Columbia and the United Kingdom. Poole was appointed as vice president for BPO Operations to ensure optimal service delivery from all global BPO locations. He previously spent 10 years in the oil exploration and production industry in a number of international finance roles. During this time he qualified as an accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and completed his MBA at Imperial College, London. In 1995, he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a management consultant and spent some time working in Latin America. Poole attended Leeds Metropolitan University and received a bachelor's degree with honors in European Studies in Finance and Accounting. He has also attended Diplom Betriebswirt from Hochscule Bremen, Germany. He is a regular speaker on Business Process Outsourcing issues and a recognized strategic thinker in this field.

Donie Lochan is a Vice President and the Wealth Management Practice Leader for Capgemini in North America. In this role, Donie is responsible for strategic planning, sales and business development efforts aimed at driving market share, revenue and profit growth to ensure Capgemini maintains its leadership position in wealth management consulting services. Lochan, who joined Capgemini in 1992, has nearly 18 years of experience in Financial Services management consulting across the US, UK, Japan, France and Egypt, providing information technology strategy and solutions to executive management. He has also been responsible for offshore distributed delivery for Financial Services and has helped build out Capgemini's India strategy and centers in Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata. Lochan earned a B.Sc. in Mathematics/Statistics and Computing with First Class Honors, and holds a Master's in Mathematical Modeling, both from Greenwich University, London. Greg is responsible for leading the Outsourcing UK business unit for Capgemini. His organisation of over 3,000 people delivers infrastructure management and applications management solutions for a wide range of clients in many sectors. Greg recently joined from CSC where he held the position of vice president of solutions delivery within CSCa s World Sourcing Services. His organisation was responsible for developing, deploying and supporting application solutions for outsourcing clients across the EMEA region.

Liz is the Global Director of Operations for Capgeminia s Financial Services Business, responsible for around 10,000 highly qualified people worldwide, and delivery to a wide variety of blue-chip banking and insurance clients. Prior to this, Liz was the Chief Operating Officer for Capgeminia s Technology Services business in the UK. Previously Liz worked in Forda s IT function providing support for manufacturing and engineering. Liz later moved to join Druid, a UK SAP consulting firm, where she was responsible for the aerospace and defence practice before becoming the UK managing director. Before joining Capgemini, Liz was the UK COO for Xansa. Liz is a graduate of Nottingham Universitya s engineering faculty and trained as a manufacturing engineer with Jaguar Cars.

Dr. Lowenhaupt has over 20 years of diverse healthcare IT leadership and consulting experience, and is internationally recognized for his work in clinical informatics, care management and clinical operations. Dr. Lowenhaupt held senior strategic consulting roles for the past 17 years at the worlda s largest and most respected organizations, advising over 120 healthcare organizations in the United States, Canada, Europe and the Far East. Most recently, he was an executive partner at Accenture, where he was a thought leader in the companya s Health and Life Sciences practice and a practice leader in the area of clinical transformation. Dr. Lowenhaupt also was national practice leader at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and a partner in the Healthcare Practice of Deloitte Consulting. Prior to his consulting career, Dr. Lowenhaupt practiced medicine and led a multi-specialty group practice in Boston for 10 years. He also co-founded Boston Medical Systems (BMS) and worked as an investigator for the National Institute of Health. Dr. Lowenhaupt received his undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Phi Beta Kappa) and his medical degree from Harvard Medical School.

Bill Campbell is the Southern area director for Capgemini. Campbell was most recently North American geographic sales leader for Capgemini, and also held business development leadership roles as Technology Services and Products business unit sales leader, Manufacturing Retail & Distribution sales leader and North American sales force leader over his 4 year career. He joined Capgemini from General Electric Information Services in 2001, where he held numerous leadership roles at GE including account executive, region manager, area sales leader, and Americas sales leader for its E Commerce Solutions business. Under Campbell's leadership, his teams consistently delivered exceptional sales results for their respective areas while leveraging GE's Six Sigma methodologies. Campbell holds an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). Based in Dallas, Campbell is available for comment on his specific areas of expertise including Southern market trends, building a sales culture, technology implementation, Six Sigma and process improvements.

Kevin Poole is the Western area director for Capgemini. Poole brings more than 25 years of sales, marketing and supply chain experience involving business to business and business to consumer solutions for Fortune 500 companies. He has held several senior leadership positions at Capgemini since 2001, including overall responsibility for the Americas Supply Chain practice. His clients have included leaders in the retail, aviation, telecommunication and high tech sectors. Prior to joining Capgemini, Kevin spent 18 years at GE Information Services in a variety of sales, marketing and technical leadership positions. Most recently he was responsible for GE Information Services sales, consulting and technical operations in the Western US. Poole earned his Master of Science in Business Administration from Columbia University and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Miami. Tim Crichfield is the Midwest area director for Capgemini. Crichfield was most recently CFO of Capgemini's North American strategic business unit, and also held leadership roles as COO of Americas Products business unit and both Latin America and North America practice leader for energy, utilities and chemicals over his 25 year Capgemini career. Crichfield first joined Ernst & Whinney's San Francisco office in 1980 and became a partner in 1984. Crichfield holds a Ph.D in Quantitative Analysis, Finance and Accounting from Cornell University, an M.S. in Quantitative Analysis, Finance and Accounting from Cornell University, and a BS in Business Administration from Ohio State University. Before joining Ernst & Whinney, Crichfield was an Assistant Professor at the University of California, Berkeley. Jean-Marc Zola joined the TAC organization in 2004 as Vice President Strategy Security. In addition to this role, Jean-Marc holds the position of Vice President Building Security with parent company Schneider Electric, which he joined in 1998. His business background includes roles within management, corporate internal auditing, business strategy and services operations at Schneider Electric and Cap Gemini.
