Philip A. Laskawy retired from Ernst & Young in September 2001, after having held several positions during his employment there from 1961 to 2001, including serving as chairman and chief executive officer from 1994 until his retirement in 2001. In 2006-2007, he served as chairman of the International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation, which sets accounting standards in more than 100 countries. Mr. Laskawy currently serves on the Boards of Directors of General Motors Corporation, Henry Schein, Inc., Lazard Ltd., and Loews Corporation.
Consolidating an initial eight years of technology recruitment experience, Peter worked as a Human Resources Consultant for a further six years before founding Band-X Recruitment Ltd in 1998. Aiman Ezzat is the Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini's Financial Services Global Business Unit (FS GBU), as of January 1, 2009. He was previously Chief Operating Officer of this unit. As CEO, Aiman is responsible for growing Capgemini's Financial Services business, client relationships and offerings globally, while leveraging the principles of Capgemini's i3 philosophy: Intimacy, Industrialization and Innovation. Aiman Ezzat has spent most of his career with Capgemini, where he has played a key role in transforming Capgemini's strategy and global identity. In 1991 he joined Gemini Consulting, Capgemini's consulting arm, where he was responsible for a global sector. In 2005 he was appointed Deputy Director of Group Strategy before becoming COO of the Financial Services unit in 2007. He was very involved in the development of Capgemini's offshore strategy, and in the acquisition and integration of Kanbay within the Financial Services division in 2007. Aiman was also one of Capgemini's key players in defining the Booster program that targeted the Group's turnaround in the United States, and ran several large scale programs, including a growth initiative to build India operations from 2,000 to 10,000; an outsourcing margin improvement program; and most recently, Capgemini's i3 transformation program, which is focused on transforming Capgemini into an industry shaper by 2010. Before joining Capgemini, Aiman was Managing Director of International Operations for Headstrong, a global consulting firm, where he worked with Financial Services clients in Europe, Asia and North America.

Nigel Martin is CEO of Aspire, HM Revenue & Customa s contract with Capgemini for the provision of IT services. He has overall accountability for the full spectrum of services delivered by Capgemini and its major sub-contractors Fujitsu, Accenture, and BT. Nigel played a major role both in setting up Aspire and in the transition of services and staff for what is for the largest UK secondary TUPE deal in the industry. Andy Mulholland joined Capgemini in 1996 with thirteen years of experience in senior IT roles. An early pioneer in PC/Network technology, Andy's focus on Information Technology, as opposed to traditional Computing, brought him international recognition for Internet based technology. He is also a Fellow of the British Computer Society. He is particularly knowledgeable on the alignment of IT technology to serve business objectives with emphasis on improving the communication and use of information in business processes. Currently this expertise is of great value in defining Web Services and IT Governance models, two areas requiring hybrid business and technology understanding. He has worked in all major industry sectors on strategic initiatives to deliver business advantage from Technology. Andy coined the name 'Techno Business' to describe the new forms of technology generated Business formats, such as e-Bay. David Poole is responsible for driving, building and growing BPO opportunities in existing and new North American markets with the goal of making Capgemini the market leader in this region. He is also responsible for service delivery from all of Capgemini's global BPO centers; further enhancement of Capgemini's strategy for its BPO centers; solution design; transition management; product development, and BPO delivery technology.
