Jay Kruisselbrink manages the day-to-day operations of the single most successful airport retail operation in the country...the AIRMALL at the Pittsburgh International Airport. At over 100,000 square feet, the AIRMALL is also the nation's largest airport retail complex. In addition to the development, leasing and management of daily operations, Mr. Kruisselbrink directs the strategic planning and marketing for the retail complex and its merchandising support. In the process, Mr. Kruisselbrink has been at the forefront of what is widely regarded as the finest tenant leasing operation in airport retailing. Prior to joining BAA, Mr. Kruisselbrink was a purchasing agent directing over $ 4 million in annual retail spend and before that, a distribution center manager with support responsibilities for 32 store locations.

Mark Knight oversees the North American operations for BAA USA, including business development and the existing retail contracts in Pittsburgh, Boston and Baltimore. Mike Caro leads the $25 million retail development of three terminals at Boston Logan International Airport. Among his responsibilities is the supervision of the construction, leasing, marketing and management of nearly 84,000 square feet of retail space. Prior to joining BAA Boston, Mr. Caro was Retail Operations Executive at BAA Pittsburgh in charge of tenant development, marketing, construction and leasing. He was also a member of the team that created the original AIRMALL at Pittsburgh International Airport. Mr. Caro's extensive retail experience includes stints as Branch Division Sales Manager for Federated's Lazarus Department Store brand and sales direction at the Joseph Horne Company.

Patrick Walsh heads up the $45-million dollar retail development at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, one of the fastest growing airports in the US. He oversees the contract that gives BAA the responsibility for the design, construction, sub-leasing, tenant co-ordination, management and marketing of over 140,000 sq ft of food, retailing and catering services in the new concourse. Before joining BAA, Mr. Walsh was Vice President of The Rouse Company. In that role, he oversaw a $100 million expansion of The Mall in Columbia and had management responsibility in security, operations, maintenance, administration, marketing and specialty retail departments for tens of thousands of square feet of retail space. Mr. Walsh has also held a variety of financial analyst roles, with an emphasis on implementing effective revenue enhancement, cost reductions and long term growth to maximize productivity, profits and asset value. Mr. Walsh is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his B.S. in accounting from the University of Baltimore.

J.W. Kaempfer is Chairman of London-based McArthurGlen, a company he and his partners from The Kaempfer Company jointly founded in 1993 with BAA, Plc. Mr. Kaempfer received his MBA degree from Harvard University. McArthurGlen UK, Ltd. is an independent company owned primarily by Mr. Kaempfer together with his in-house partners. The company is Europe's largest developer, owner and manager of designer outlet shopping villages. Mr. Kaempfer was formerly Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Washington, DC based Kaempfer Company, which he founded in 1977. This firm, merged with Vornado Real Estate Investment Trust in 2003, is a diversified real estate development, management and construction firm specializing in first class urban office buildings. In his developments, on both sides of the Atlantic, Mr. Kaempfer and his partners have become known for creating retail, office (and until 1990, residential) developments that were, in the case of new buildings - of the finest quality and design and genuinely sensitive to their existing built environment; and in the case of the extensive portfolio of historic buildings, some of the finest, most highly acclaimed renovations and reconstructions. The company has saved a number of large buildings that had essentially been abandoned by circumstance, expense, or others who were faint of heart.

Steve joined BAA on 2 February 2009. Previously he was at British Nuclear Fuels as Commercial Director of Sellafield Ltd. Steve brings extensive experience of the management of large engineering and procurement contracts, having previously worked with Westinghouse, the US Department of Energy. He was a Rear Admiral in the United States navy, specialising in logistics and acquisitions.
Tom joined BAA in 2007 as Communications Director and is a member of BAA's Executive Committee. Prior to joining BAA, Tom worked for the civil service as Director of Communications for the Northern Ireland Office, and from 2001 to 2007 as the Prime Minister's Official Spokesman. Tom began his career as a graduate trainee reporter with the Belfast Telegraph and later as a Reporter, Producer and Assistant Editor with BBC Northern Ireland Radio Current Affairs. In 1987 he joined the BBC as Producer for Newsnight. He went on to be Political Editor, then News Editor for BBC Northern Ireland and later Editor of Talkback, BBC Northern Ireland. Tom became a member of the Think London Board in November 2008.

Kim Seyler joined BAA Pittsburgh in March 1992, prior to the opening of the Pittsburgh AIRMALL . She brought to the organization a solid background in finance and years of experience in retail/food & beverage management. Over the past thirteen years, from her strategic roles in finance and administration to business development, market research and promotional planning, Ms. Seyler has been instrumental in the company's growth and expansion. Before expanding in business development and research, Ms. Seyler was responsible for tenant lease administration and all aspects of the general ledger for four BAA USA entities as Accounting Manager. She served as the liaison for all inter-company dealings with U.S. and U.K. affiliates. Prior to joining BAA, Ms. Seyler oversaw hotel administrative staff and coordinated guest relations as Executive Office Manager for the 314-room Pittsburgh Airport Marriott.
