In 1981, the company began offering rent to own appliances and electronics to its customers. Baber's has expanded into 48 locations employing a staff of more than 200, offering an outstanding selection of name brand quality home furnishings, appliances, electronics, computers, jewelry and more. Baber's is a pioneer in the industry and in 1990 began providing tax preparation, electronic filing of tax returns and refund anticipation loans in each of its stores. Baber's remains family owned, and they are active in the management of the company. The home office is located in Pascagoula, Mississippi. Baber's management team is firmly committed to its customers, community and country.
