Lori Gage is Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Pernod Ricard USA and a member of the Pernod Ricard USA Management Committee. She joined the company in July 2002 with more than 20 years' all-encompassing experience in human resources at several major corporations. Gage was previously Senior Vice President, Human Resources, of Transamerica Finance Corporation in Purchase, N.Y., where she served as the chief human resources officer for nine operating businesses. She joined the company in 1994, becoming Senior VP in 2000. Prior to her position with Transamerica, she held a variety of Human Resources positions with PepsiCo, Inc. She began her career in human resources with Avon Products Inc. Gage holds an MS in Leadership and Strategic Management from Manhattanville College, and a BBA in Accounting from Pace University. She serves on the Boards of the Child Care Council, the Girl Scouts, and the Manhattanville Educational Advisory.
Stephen Brauer is Vice President and General Manager, Pernod Ricard USA Wines. Brauer joined Pernod Ricard USA in August 2006 and heads the Wines and Champagne Marketing Group. As General Manager for our Wine and Champagne business, he also leads the development of our portfolio through regular interaction with our distributors, brokers and the Pernod Ricard USA wine dedicated sales force. Brauer is also responsible for the management of the Mumm Napa Estates organization. Brauer joined Pernod Ricard from Beam Global Spirits and Wine, where he served as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer for Beam Wine Estates. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Peak Wines, which was integrated into Beam Wine Estates. Prior to joining Beam, Brauer held a series of progressively responsible positions during 16 years at Seagram Chateau & Estate Wines Company, culminating in a role as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Brauer holds a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and received a Bachelor of Arts in German and History from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Christophe LeMarie became President, Pernod Ricard North America Travel Retail in September, 2005. Prior to his current role, Christophe served as VP, Export and Travel Retail at Pernod Ricard USA. LeMarie has been with Pernod Ricard since 1989, and other roles he has held in the company include Pernod Ricard USA Ready to Drink Beverages - Vice President, Pernod Ricard Americas - Business Development Director, Pernod Ricard Japan - Finance & Administration Director, Orangina France - Finance Controller/Head of Department, and Orangina International Europe & Middle East - Controller. LeMarie holds a diploma from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris and is fluent in French, Spanish and English.
Patrick Piana is Senior Vice President, Spirits Marketing, Pernod Ricard USA. Piana joined the company in January 2007 and is responsible for driving breakthrough marketing for Pernod Ricard USA's expanded portfolio of premium and super-premium spirits and category leaders, including Chivas Regal, Martell, Kahlua, Malibu, Stoli, Beefeater, The Glenlivet and Jameson, among others. In addition to leading the marketing effort behind the entire spirits portfolio in the U.S., Piana leads the development and execution of global marketing strategy for Pernod Ricard USA-owned brands, including Seagram's Gin, Wild Turkey and Hiram Walker Liqueurs. Piana joins Pernod Ricard USA from Moet Hennessy USA, where he served as a Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Mo t Hennessy USA, Piana served as head of Marketing for Schieffelin & Somerset (the former U.S.-based joint venture between Diageo and Moet Hennessy's parent, LVMH the leading global luxury goods company). Previously, he held a series of progressively responsible roles including senior marketing and sales jobs at Moet Hennessy Diageo in France. Piana began his marketing career at Philip Morris. In his previous roles, Piana and his teams have pioneered innovative approaches to brand marketing, research, event marketing, brand communications and entertainment marketing. Piana is based in Purchase, N.Y., and is a member of the Pernod Ricard USA Executive Committee.
Charles R. "Chuck" Smith is Vice President of Trade Relations at Pernod Ricard USA after having served as Senior Vice President of Sales since joining the company in January 1999. Smith's sales expertise was firmly established during his eight-year tenure at spirits and wine importer Remy Amerique, Inc. As Executive Vice President/National Sales Director and member of the Executive Management Team at Remy Amerique, New York, Smith produced record sales results with a sales force of 73 people. Earlier, as Vice President, Western USA, for the company, Smith managed sales in twenty-seven states, realizing substantial gains in volumes and profits. He began his career with the company as Division Manager, Pacific, in 1991. Before joining Remy Amerique, Smith worked with E&J Gallo Winery handling various responsibilities for on- and off-premise multi-state regions. He began his career as Area Sales Manager in Cleveland for the H.J. Heinz Company. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Washington University and has completed management courses at Johnson Graduate School at Cornell University.

As Vice President, Strategic Development for Pernod Ricard USA, Judy Goldfarb is responsible for key strategic projects and initiatives. Currently, Goldfarb is overseeing the integration of the Allied Domecq acquisition, having served as Vice President, Business Integration, during the transition period involving the Seagram brands acquisition. She has more than 20 years experience in strategic planning, project management and financial management in the alcoholic beverage industry. Kenneth N. Hall became VP Business Support at Pernod Ricard USA after spending more than thirty years in finance and accounting management at Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc. His last position at Seagram North America was Vice President Finance. Previously, he handled the responsibilities of Chief of Staff and Director of Finance, Control States Sales Division. During this time he introduced policies that reduced inventory outages, improved customer satisfaction, and refocused spending on building brand equity. Other accomplishments include successful IT business tool integration, and implementation of strategic business planning methodologies focusing on building key brands. Hall began his career at Seagram in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.

Thomas R. "Tom" Lalla Jr., Vice President - Administration and Legal Affairs, and General Counsel at Pernod Ricard USA, has extensive experience in all areas of corporate law, including licensing and franchising. He joined Austin Nichols in 1991 as General Counsel and became Vice President - Administration and Legal Affairs in 1997. Previously, he was Managing Partner at the law firm of Buchman & O'Brien in New York, serving as legal counsel to a number of leading corporations in the beverage, computer software and publishing industries. Lalla began his career in the law as Assistant District Attorney in White Plains, N.Y., where he litigated jury trial cases ranging from violent felonies to "white-collar" crimes. Lalla received his Juris Doctor Degree in 1975 from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia and a Bachelors of Arts degree in History and Political Science at Fordham University. He was admitted to the bar in the State of New York in 1976 and in the U.S. District Court, Southern District in 1978. Lalla is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association.
