In his current position, Holmes is responsible for accounting, finance and human resources. Holmes joined BackWeb in early 2003 as the Senior Director of Finance. Prior to BackWeb, Holmes was CFO of Project InVision, a project management software company. He has also held finance positions at QuantumShift and NeXT Software. Holmes holds a BS in Finance from The University of San Francisco.

Leading the design and development of the ClearBIT Platform is its chief architect, Uri Gonen. Uri brings over 12 years of experience in complex software architecture design, product development and product management. An original member of BackWeb Technologies (NASDAQ: BWEB), an Internet infrastructure company, Uri was a key contributor to its successful IPO. He held several roles in software development, among them chief architect of the Accelerator, and was the product manager of the company's flagship product, the ProactivePortal. At BackWeb he developed Client/Server communication software, web and database applications and developers tools. Prior to BackWeb, Uri held key positions in Israeli incubator and venture firm BRM. There he was involved in software development and management and business development where he participated in spinning off new Internet infrastructure startups. Uri is a graduate of the Hebrew university in Jerusalem holding a B.A. in computer science and mathematics and an M.A in computer science.

Mr. Eli Barkat, chairman and co-founder of BRM Group, is a recognized figure in the Israeli business community, with more than 20 years of entrepreneurial, investment and business management experience. Eli excels at growing companies - providing hands-on strategic and management guidance from founding to exit. In 1988, Eli co-founded BRM Technologies, an anti-virus software startup sold to Symantec. Leveraging early-on experience and accumulated self-capital, Eli led the transformation of BRM into a reputable private Israeli investment group, later expanding its initial technology focus to include non hi-tech industries as well.
