Dr. Reddy, as President and CEO of Bactolac Pharmaceuticals, manages and organizes operations, develops formulations and oversees the selection and procurement of all raw materials. With over 18 years experience, Dr. Reddy has served in various positions in the pharmaceutical field in Lagos, Nigeria and in New York. He is a graduate of Kanpur University in India, holding a Ph.D. and Masters in Organic Chemistry and a B.S. in Chemistry with a focus in genetics and botany.

Ms. Reynolds has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since May 2006. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Reynolds has served as Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer for Direct Marketing and Media companies for the last 20 years. Ms. Reynolds also has served as CEO of her own financial consulting company, Reynolds Financial Solutions. At the start of her career, Ms. Reynolds had spent several years in public accounting with KPMG on Long Island at which point she became a certified public accountant in the state of New York and is a member of the AICPA. Ms. Reynolds graduated cum laude from Hofstra University with a BBA degree in Accounting in 1982.

Jeffery McGonegal became Chief Financial Officer of the Company in June 2003 and served as interim President in December 2004 and January 2005. Mr. McGonegal also serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Security With Advanced Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: SWAT), a publicly held provider of hardware and software security related products, Mr. McGonegal also serves as Senior Vice President Finance of Cambridge Holdings, Ltd., a small publicly held company with limited activities. Since 1997, Mr. McGonegal has served as Managing Director of McGonegal and Co., a company engaged in providing accounting and business consulting services. From 1974 to 1997, Mr. McGonegal was an accountant with BDO Seidman LLP. While at BDO Seidman LLP, Mr. McGonegal served as managing partner of the Denver, Colorado office. Mr. McGonegal was elected in 2005 to serve on the board of Imagenetix, Inc., a publicly held company in the nutritional supplements industry. He received a B.A. degree in accounting from Florida State University.

Mrs. Jackson is currently the Acting Manager of the Quality Control Department at Bactolac since April 2005; Vanessa is the senior Chemist since May 2000. Vanessa Graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Forensic Science from John Jay College of criminal Justice, NY (2001); she also hold a bachelor degree of Arts with a major in Psychology in 1993. Her specific discipline, forensic toxicology background, has provided her with a vast knowledge of pharmaceuticals, as well as instrumental analysis. As a senior chemist of the quality control division, in charge of the analytical operations since 2000, Mrs. Jackson has become well versed with all aspect of laboratory operations, including SOPa s GLP, GMP, cGMP, and documentation.

Mr. Villedrouin is the Controller at Bactolac Pharmaceutical. Alix studied Business administration abroad. Before joining BPI, he held various key positions in the Banking industry for 11 years such as Assistant branch Manager, Portfolio Manager, Treasury Operation manager. He worked for several distinguished banks such as Fleet Bank, Dime savings bank, Banque National De Paris, CFS bank.

Mr. Isber is currently the senior analytical chemist at the company since November 2000. From 1990 to 2000, Mr. Isber gave lectures at the Pharmacy college of Damascus university, Syria. He also worked as production supervisor from 1990 to 1993 at AI-Sham Pharmaceutical Co. in Syria. Mr. Isber obtained his Ph.D. Pharmaceutical Sciences degree from Lvov Medical institute, Ukraine (1990). He also holds his Post Diploma in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Ukrainian Medical institute, Ukraine (1986), and his bachelor of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical chemistry from Damascus University, Syria (1982).
