Ms. Bexiga joined Bain Capital in 2008. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Bexiga was a Managing Director at JPMorgan where she held various business unit level CIO/COO positions. Her tenure there included foreign assignments in Singapore and Tokyo. Prior to JPMorgan, Ms. Bexiga held IT roles at Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Corrigan joined Bain Capital in 1996 and is the Chief Financial Officer for Private Equity. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Corrigan spent three years at Ernst & Young.

Blair Hendrix became a director of our company in second quarter of 2005. Mr. Hendrix is an Executive Vice President at Bain Capital. Prior to joining Bain Capital in 2000, Mr. Hendrix was an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of DigiTrace, Inc. and was a management consultant at Corporate Decisions, Inc. (now Mercer Management Consulting). Mr. Hendrix also serves on the Board of Directors of Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc., SMTC Corporation and Vivra Holdings, Inc.

Mr. Moore became a director in April 2005. Mr. Moore is Executive Vice President of Bain Capital and Managing Director of Shadow Lake, LLC, a private investment management company. Prior to joining Bain in 2000, Mr. Moore was President and CEO of the Polynesian Cultural Center located in Laie, Hawaii. In addition, he is a director on several boards, including Sorenson Capital Partners, US Synthetic, UTEX, ContentWatch, UNITUS, and the ANASAZI Foundation. Mr. Moore received a BS with honors in Economics from the University of Utah and an MS in Economics from Brigham Young University.

Scott R. Wells , age 40, has served as an Executive Vice President at Bain Capital since 2007. Prior to joining Bain Capital, he held several executive roles at Dell, Inc. from 2004 to 2007 most recently as Vice President of Public Marketing and On-line in the Americas. Prior to joining Dell, Mr. Wells was a Partner at Bain & Company, where he focused primarily on technology and consumer-oriented companies. Mr. Wells has been a member of our Board since August 2008.

Mr. Chu joined Bain Capital in 2007. Prior to joining Bain Capital, he was a Vice President and General Manager at The Boston Beer Company. Previously, he was a Manager at Bain & Company, where he worked in a variety of industries including consumer products, industrial manufacturing, technology and health care. Prior to Bain & Company, Mr. Chu held several financial and IT positions in the health care industry.

Ms. Chao joined Bain Capital in 2008. Prior to joining Bain Capital, she was a Vice President at Del Monte Foods. She led the Strategic Planning & Business Development group and held positions in Marketing. Prior to Del Monte, Ms. Chao was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she primarily focused on the CPG and financial sectors.

Ms. Daniels joined Bain Capital in 2005. Previously, she was a consultant at McKinsey & Company where she led teams in the health care and consumer products industries. Prior to McKinsey, Ms. Daniels worked in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley and in the editorial division of Reuters.

Mr. Grewal joined Bain Capital in 2002. Prior to joining Bain Capital, he was an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston (formerly Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette) where he worked as a member of the leveraged finance team that advised clients on high-yield financing and restructuring transactions.

Ms. Deason joined Bain Capital in 2008. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Deason was a consultant at McKinsey & Company concentrating on the media/entertainment and retail industries. Previously, Ms. Deason held marketing and corporate development roles at eBay and was a financial analyst in the technology and new media investment banking division at Deutsche Bank (Alex. Brown).

Ms. Claussen joined Bain Capital in 2005 as Vice President of Leadership Development. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Claussen worked at McKinsey & Company for 9 years. Ms. Claussen also held roles in training, admissions and administration at MIT, Boston University, and Harvard University.

Mr. Ganguly joined Bain Capital in 2008. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Ganguly worked at McKinsey & Company, where he consulted for internet, IT, and entertainment companies. Prior to McKinsey, Mr. Ganguly worked at Bain & Company, Diageo, Miradent.com, and Marakon Associates.

Mr. Cotton received an MBA from The Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was a Seibel Scholar, an Arjay Miller Scholar, and the winner of the Alexander A. Robichek Award for Outstanding Achievement in Finance. He received an AB in Philosophy from Princeton University.

Mr. Chandra joined Bain Capital in early 2008 to found the Mumbai office. Mr. Chandra spent most of his professional career at DSP Merrill Lynch, India's leading investment bank. At the firm, he had direct oversight of its Global Markests & Investment Banking business. He retired from DSP Merrill Lynch in 2007 as its Board Member & Managing Director. Previously, Mr. Chandra was a partner, since inception, of NSR Advisors, which advised NSR Private Equity, a $1.3 bn fund focused on the sub-continent. Prior to his MBA, Mr. Chandra worked for over two years at India's leading engineering & construction firm, Larsen & Toubro. Mr. Chandra was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2007. He is active in India's not for profit space and serves as a Trustee/Board Member of The Akanksha Foundation (providing education to less priviledged children), GiveIndia (India's leading philanthropic exchange), and Creditibility Alliance (working towards uplifting standards of NGOs).

Andrew B. Balson has served on the Board of Directors since March 1999. Mr. Balson also serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors. Mr. Balson has been a Managing Director of Bain Capital, a global investment company, since January 2001. Mr. Balson became a Principal of Bain Capital in June 1998, prior to which he was an Associate from 1996 to 1998. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Balson was a consultant at Bain & Company. Mr. Balson serves on the Boards of Directors of Burger King Corporation, UGS and a number of other private companies.

Chris Gordon, Director. Mr. Gordon has served as director since February 2006. Mr. Gordon is a managing director of Bain Capital and joined the firm in 1997. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Gordon was a consultant at Bain & Company, Inc. and currently serves as a director of Hospital Corporation of America and of Accellent, Inc. He also volunteers for a variety of charitable organizations, currently serving on the Children's Hospital Board of Overseers and the Boston Public Library Foundation Board of Directors. Mr. Gordon received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar and graduated magna cum laude with an A.B. in economics from Harvard College.

Edward Conard is a director of Innophos, Inc. Mr. Conard joined Bain Capital as a Managing Director. Previously, Mr. Conard was a Vice President at Bain & Company where he headed the firm s operations practice and managed major client relationships in the industrial manufacturing and consumer goods industries. Mr. Conard is also a director of Broder Bros., Co., Waters Corporation, and Unisource Worldwide, Inc.

Ferdinando Grimaldi Quartieri. Mr. Grimaldi became a director of Samsonite in October 2003. Since 2002, Mr. Grimaldi has been a Managing Director of Bain Capital, Ltd., a private investment firm based in London. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Grimaldi was responsible for private equity investments at Investcorp International Limited for six years and was a member of the firm's management committee from 1999 until 2002.

Ian K. Loring has served as a Director since August 2001. Mr. Loring is Managing Director of Bain Capital, Inc. and replaced Mr. Michael Krupka who served as a Bain appointee since 1999. Prior to joining Bain, Mr. Loring was a Vice President with Berkshire Partners.

Mr. Crisan joined Bain Capital in 1998. Prior to joining Bain Capital Ventures, Mr. Crisan worked in Bain Capital's Private Equity group, focusing primarily on technology and healthcare investments, including software, semiconductors, telecommunications, business services, and healthcare services. Prior to Bain Capital, Mr. Crisan was a consultant with Bain & Company.

Jonathan Lavine is a Managing Director at Bain Capital, serving as the Chief Investment Officer of Sankaty Advisors, the fixed income and credit products affiliate of Bain Capital, which he helped start in 1997. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Lavine was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He began his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department. Mr. Lavine is an active participant in a number of organizations, serving on the Boards of Columbia College, the Boston Celtics, City Year Boston, Stand for Children, Horizons for Homeless Children, and Children's Hospital Boston Trust.

Josh Bekenstein is a managing director of Bain Capital LLC, a leading global private investment firm based in Boston. Mr. Bekenstein helped start Bain Capital in 1984 with a number of colleagues from Bain & Company, the management consulting firm. He serves as a board member of several corporations, including Bombardier Recreational Products, Waters Corporation, Dollarama, and Bright Horizons Family Solutions, as well as many community and educational organizations, such as the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Horizons For Homeless Children, the United Way of Mass Bay, the Yale University President's Council and the Yale Corporation Investment Committee.

Ms. Bethell joined Bain Capital in 1999 and relocated to London in 2000 as a member of Bain Capital's European investment team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Bethell worked in the Capital Markets group at Goldman Sachs, with a focus on media and technology fundraisings.

Paul Edgerley has served as a director since the completion of the Transactions. He is a Managing Director of Bain Capital, where he has worked since 1988. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Edgerley spent five years at Bain & Company where he worked as a consultant and a manager in the healthcare, information services, retail and automobile industries. Previously he worked at Peat Marwick Mitchell & Company.

Mr. Carter joined Bain Capital in 1999 and is a Managing Director of the Brookside Fund. Prior to joining Bain Capital, he was a Managing Director at Phoenix Investment Partners where he focused on financial services companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Carter was a sell-side equity research analyst covering financial services for nine years and Assistant Treasurer at Chase Manhattan.

Mr. Doherty joined Bain Capital in 2005 and is a Managing Director and General Counsel. Earlier in his legal career, Mr. Doherty worked at Ropes & Gray LLP and was a law clerk to a federal district judge in Boston. Prior to law school, he was a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, in which he served on a Middle East Force frigate from 1990-94.

Mr. Berk received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. He was a Jean Monnet Fellow at Ecole Polytechnique (Paris), and he graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a BA in government and economics.

Mr. Cook received an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He graduated summa cum laude with a BE in electrical engineering and a BA in economics from Dartmouth College.

Mr. Campbell joined Bain Capital in 2000 and is the Director of Partner Investments. Previously, Mr. Campbell was a Director of Bain Capital's Brookside Fund, where he invested in consumer and technology companies. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Campbell worked at The Walt Disney Company in the corporate Strategic Planning group where he focused on strategy and business development for Disney's broadcasting and cable divisions.

Mr. Allen joined Bain Capital in 2001. Mr. Allen is a Principal in the Bain Capital Ventures group. Previously, he worked at McKinsey & Company as a consultant. Mr. Allen has also worked at General Atlantic Partners and ABC News.

Mr. Dekker joined Bain Capital in 2002. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Dekker worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Principal Investment departments at Morgan Stanley in London.

Mr. Chan joined Bain Capital in 2008. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Chan was an investment professional at Sankaty Advisors, Bain Capital's fixed income affiliate. At Sankaty, Mr. Chan focused on high yield, distressed, and equity investments across telecommunication and industrial sectors.

Hiram F. Moody, Jr., Consultant. Mr. Moody is president of Wicopesset Management, Inc., an advisory firm that provides strategic investment advice to family and not-for-profit clients. From 1957 to 1981 Mr. Moody was at Morgan Guaranty Trust Co., where he served (from 1977) as head of the bank's Trust and Investment Management Group, and was responsible for $18 billion in investments. He subsequently served as Chief Investment Officer of Marinvest Inc., an investment advisory arm of Marine Midland Bank (1981-1987) (responsible for $14 billion in assets) and Chief Investment Officer of the Home Insurance Company (1987-1991) (responsible for $7 billion in assets). Mr. Moody was also a founder and director of Suffolk Capital Management, a start-up portfolio management firm that achieved first quartile performance and $1.6 billion in assets under management before being sold to United Asset Management in 1994. From 1991 to 2002 Mr. Moody served as investment adviser to the Episcopal Church Pension Fund ($3 billion), implementing a major and successful diversification program. He has also served as an adviser to the Carnegie Corporation and to the pension fund of Corning Inc., and he has chaired the investment committee of the Wenner-Gren Foundation For Anthropological Research. Representing various clients, Mr. Moody has served on the advisory boards of numerous private equity investment firms, including Accel Partners, Bain Capital, Oak Investment Partners, Capital Resource Lenders, SCF Partners and Stinson Partners. He received an A.B. With Distinction in American Literature from Brown University in 1957.

Mr. Woolbert first joined Bain Capital in 1998 and has been a portfolio manager of Absolute Return Capital since its inception. Previously, Mr. Woolbert was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Mr. Woolbert received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S.E. in Operations Research from Princeton University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Bertrand joined Bain Capital in 2004. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Bertrand was a consultant at Bain & Company where he consulted in the consumer products, automotive, and financial services industries.

Mr. Caldbeck joined the firm in 2005. Prior to joining Bain Capital Ventures, Mr. Caldbeck worked at McKinsey & Company, where he advised a variety of senior telecommunications and media clients on a range of strategic and operational issues.

Mr. Bassi joined Bain Capital in 2003. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Bassi worked for Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division in London where he advised Italian and international companies on cross-border M&A transactions. Previously, he worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Milan where he focused on the industrial, consumer goods and financial services sectors.

Mr. Hill joined Bain Capital in 2002. Prior to joining the firm, Mark was employed with Novell where he led the Secure Identity Management global business team. Prior to Novell, Mark held a number of general management positions at Vitria and Xerox, and was CEO of an internet start-up. He spent five years at Bain & Company in San Francisco and Boston.

Mr. Gilkes joined Bain Capital in 2007. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Gilkes was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group where he focused on the energy, high tech/telecommunications, and retail industries.

Martin Smith, Chairman. Martin is Deputy Chairman of New Star Asset Management Ltd. and has been involved in the financial services sector for more than 30 years. He is also a senior adviser to Bain Capital and Phoenix Equity Partners. He is a board member of Odgers Ray and Berndtson. His pro-bono responsibilities include the Bath Mozartfest and the Board of Advisers of the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment. Mr Smith is also a Trustee of Wigmore Hall.

Matthew V. McPherron has served as a member of our Board of Directors since January 2006. Since 1998, Mr. McPherron has been employed by Brookside Capital, LLC, an investment fund, where he is currently a Managing Director. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. McPherron served as the President and Chief Operating Officer for U.S. Carelink, Inc., a clinical information company. Mr. McPherron received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from the University of Kansas.

Ms. Glynn joined Bain Capital in 2004. She has been a Senior Associate since 2008. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Glynn was an analyst in the Private Equity Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Phil is currently an associate at Bain Capital, a private equity firm. Prior to Bain Capital, Phil worked at Bain & Company a leading strategy consulting firm. Phil graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude form Duke University with a BS in Economics. In his spare time, Phil enjoys competing in triathlons.

Mr. Clark received an MBA from Harvard Business School and pursued graduate-level coursework at the School of Advanced International Studies (S.A.I.S.). He graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.

Ms. Belaman joined Bain Capital in 2008. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Belaman was with Morgan Stanley for nine years, most recently as Executive Director in the Private Equity Fund of Funds business, responsible for fundraising and investor relations globally. Prior to 2003, Ms. Belaman was financial sponsor coverage officer for Morgan Stanley, overseeing relationships with Bain Capital Europe and other private equity firms. Ms. Belaman also worked for the financial sponsors group at JPMorgan and for HVS International.

Mr. Clayson joined Bain Capital in 2007. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Clayson worked for Boston Partners Asset Management and its successor firm, Robeco Investment Management, from 1998 to 2007, where he was the Head of Relationship Management. Prior to his ten years with Boston Partners, Mr. Clayson was a relationship manager at Scudder, Stevens & Clark in the Global Bond Group.

Mr. Cueto joined Bain Capital in 2004. He is a Director in the Brookside Fund. Mr. Cueto's previous experience includes Abacus Investments/ABRY Partners, The Walt Disney Company, and the IFC/World Bank Group.

Mr. Hitch joined Bain Capital in 1997. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Hitch was a consultant at Bain & Company where he worked in the financial services, healthcare and utility industries. Previously, Mr. Hitch worked for Nalco Chemical Co. as an Area Manager.

Mr. Bekenstein joined Bain Capital at its inception in 1984. He has been a Managing Director since 1986. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Bekenstein spent several years at Bain & Company where he was involved with companies in a variety of industries.

Scott Friend joined Bain Capital in 2006. Prior to Bain Capital, Mr. Friend was Chairman of the Executive Advisory Board and VP of Marketing & Science for Oracle Retail. Prior to its acquisition by Oracle in 2005, Mr. Friend was the President and co-founder of ProfitLogic, a Bain Capital portfolio company. In 2005, Mr. Friend was named a winner of the Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year Award" in New England. Prior to ProfitLogic, Mr. Friend held positions at Learning Sciences Corporation, The Parthenon Group and IBM. Mr. Friend received an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School and a BA, magna cum laude, in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Brown University.
