Ms. Bexiga joined Bain Capital in 2008. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Bexiga was a Managing Director at JPMorgan where she held various business unit level CIO/COO positions. Her tenure there included foreign assignments in Singapore and Tokyo. Prior to JPMorgan, Ms. Bexiga held IT roles at Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank.
Mr. Corrigan joined Bain Capital in 1996 and is the Chief Financial Officer for Private Equity. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Corrigan spent three years at Ernst & Young.
Blair Hendrix became a director of our company in second quarter of 2005. Mr. Hendrix is an Executive Vice President at Bain Capital. Prior to joining Bain Capital in 2000, Mr. Hendrix was an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of DigiTrace, Inc. and was a management consultant at Corporate Decisions, Inc. (now Mercer Management Consulting). Mr. Hendrix also serves on the Board of Directors of Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc., SMTC Corporation and Vivra Holdings, Inc.
Mr. Moore became a director in April 2005. Mr. Moore is Executive Vice President of Bain Capital and Managing Director of Shadow Lake, LLC, a private investment management company. Prior to joining Bain in 2000, Mr. Moore was President and CEO of the Polynesian Cultural Center located in Laie, Hawaii. In addition, he is a director on several boards, including Sorenson Capital Partners, US Synthetic, UTEX, ContentWatch, UNITUS, and the ANASAZI Foundation. Mr. Moore received a BS with honors in Economics from the University of Utah and an MS in Economics from Brigham Young University.

Scott R. Wells , age 40, has served as an Executive Vice President at Bain Capital since 2007. Mr. Chu joined Bain Capital in 2007. Prior to joining Bain Capital, he was a Vice President and General Manager at The Boston Beer Company. Previously, he was a Manager at Bain & Company, where he worked in a variety of industries including consumer products, industrial manufacturing, technology and health care. Prior to Bain & Company, Mr. Chu held several financial and IT positions in the health care industry.
Ms. Chao joined Bain Capital in 2008. Prior to joining Bain Capital, she was a Vice President at Del Monte Foods. She led the Strategic Planning & Business Development group and held positions in Marketing. Prior to Del Monte, Ms. Chao was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she primarily focused on the CPG and financial sectors.

Ms. Deason joined Bain Capital in 2008. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Deason was a consultant at McKinsey & Company concentrating on the media/entertainment and retail industries. Previously, Ms. Deason held marketing and corporate development roles at eBay and was a financial analyst in the technology and new media investment banking division at Deutsche Bank (Alex. Brown).
Ms. Claussen joined Bain Capital in 2005 as Vice President of Leadership Development. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Claussen worked at McKinsey & Company for 9 years. Ms. Claussen also held roles in training, admissions and administration at MIT, Boston University, and Harvard University.

Mr. Chandra joined Bain Capital in early 2008 to found the Mumbai office. Mr. Chandra spent most of his professional career at DSP Merrill Lynch, India's leading investment bank. At the firm, he had direct oversight of its Global Markests & Investment Banking business. He retired from DSP Merrill Lynch in 2007 as its Board Member & Managing Director. Previously, Mr. Chandra was a partner, since inception, of NSR Advisors, which advised NSR Private Equity, a $1.3 bn fund focused on the sub-continent. Prior to his MBA, Mr. Chandra worked for over two years at India's leading engineering & construction firm, Larsen & Toubro. Mr. Chandra was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2007. He is active in India's not for profit space and serves as a Trustee/Board Member of The Akanksha Foundation (providing education to less priviledged children), GiveIndia (India's leading philanthropic exchange), and Creditibility Alliance (working towards uplifting standards of NGOs).
Andrew B. Balson has served on the Board of Directors since March 1999. Mr. Balson also serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors. Mr. Balson has been a Managing Director of Bain Capital, a global investment company, since January 2001. Mr. Balson became a Principal of Bain Capital in June 1998, prior to which he was an Associate from 1996 to 1998. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Balson was a consultant at Bain & Company. Earlier in his legal career, Mr. Doherty worked at Ropes & Gray LLP and was a law clerk to a federal district judge in Boston. Hiram F. Moody, Jr., Consultant. Mr. Moody is president of Wicopesset Management, Inc., an advisory firm that provides strategic investment advice to family and not-for-profit clients. From 1957 to 1981 Mr. Moody was at Morgan Guaranty Trust Co., where he served (from 1977) as head of the bank's Trust and Investment Management Group, and was responsible for $18 billion in investments. He subsequently served as Chief Investment Officer of Marinvest Inc., an investment advisory arm of Marine Midland Bank (1981-1987) (responsible for $14 billion in assets) and Chief Investment Officer of the Home Insurance Company (1987-1991) (responsible for $7 billion in assets). Mr. Moody was also a founder and director of Suffolk Capital Management, a start-up portfolio management firm that achieved first quartile performance and $1.6 billion in assets under management before being sold to United Asset Management in 1994. From 1991 to 2002 Mr. Moody served as investment adviser to the Episcopal Church Pension Fund ($3 billion), implementing a major and successful diversification program. He has also served as an adviser to the Carnegie Corporation and to the pension fund of Corning Inc., and he has chaired the investment committee of the Wenner-Gren Foundation For Anthropological Research. Representing various clients, Mr. Moody has served on the advisory boards of numerous private equity investment firms, including Accel Partners, Bain Capital, Oak Investment Partners, Capital Resource Lenders, SCF Partners and Stinson Partners. He received an A.B. With Distinction in American Literature from Brown University in 1957.

Prior to Novell, Mark held a number of general management positions at Vitria and Xerox, and was CEO of an internet start-up. He spent five years at Bain & Company in San Francisco and Boston.
Mr. Gilkes joined Bain Capital in 2007. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Gilkes was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group where he focused on the energy, high tech/telecommunications, and retail industries.
Martin Smith, Chairman. Martin is Deputy Chairman of New Star Asset Management Ltd. and has been involved in the financial services sector for more than 30 years. He is also a senior adviser to Bain Capital and Phoenix Equity Partners. He is a board member of Odgers Ray and Berndtson. His pro-bono responsibilities include the Bath Mozartfest and the Board of Advisers of the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment. Mr Smith is also a Trustee of Wigmore Hall.

Since 1998, Mr. McPherron has been employed by Brookside Capital, LLC, an investment fund, where he is currently a Managing Director. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. McPherron served as the President and Chief Operating Officer for U.S. Carelink, Inc., a clinical information company. Mr. McPherron received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from the University of Kansas.
Ms. Glynn joined Bain Capital in 2004. She has been a Senior Associate since 2008. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Glynn was an analyst in the Private Equity Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Phil is currently an associate at Bain Capital, a private equity firm. Prior to Bain Capital, Phil worked at Bain & Company a leading strategy consulting firm. Phil graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude form Duke University with a BS in Economics. In his spare time, Phil enjoys competing in triathlons.

Mr. Clayson joined Bain Capital in 2007. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Clayson worked for Boston Partners Asset Management and its successor firm, Robeco Investment Management, from 1998 to 2007, where he was the Head of Relationship Management. Prior to his ten years with Boston Partners, Mr. Clayson was a relationship manager at Scudder, Stevens & Clark in the Global Bond Group.
