Mr. Sissel is a Class III Director. Mr. Sissel became a director of the Company in May 2002. He has been nominated to stand for re-election at this Annual Meeting to fill one of the upcoming Class III vacancies. Mr. Sissel is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ball Corporation, and continues to serve as a director where he is currently a member of the Finance and Audit Committees. Previous to that, she was Director of Quality for Garcia Plastic Molding (previously named Andercraft Products), a custom injection molding company, in Rancho Cucamonga for 14 years, and was a Quality Engineer with Baxter Healthcare for 10 years in various positions of increasing responsibility. On a personal note, She lives in Glendora and have a 26 year old son, 3 dogs, and 5 desert tortoises.

Charley Rea's experience includes 10 years with the aggregate mining industries and government relations positions with U.S. Senator William Armstrong (R-CO), U.S. Department of Energy and the Ball Corporation.

Gyan is in his 25th year in the Aluminum industry. He joined ARCO Aluminum, Inc. in 1987 as a Technical Service Representative after previously working for Ball Corporation and Kaiser Aluminum Ravenswood. Gyan's work experience includes all aspects of Rigid Container Sheet production and metallurgy, automotive, brazing sheet as well as building products. In his current role as VP of Technology, Research and Development, Gyan utilizes his many years of experience to formulate and drive ARCO's technical direction for the future. Gyan is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, College of Engineering with a degree in Material Science and Metallurgical Engineering. He is an active member of The Metallurgical Society, American Society of Metals and the Aluminum Association. In addition to his professional interests in Aluminum metallurgy, he continues to pursue his personal interests of the application of Nuclear Physics to metallurgy and tribology.

Erik H. van der Kaay was elected to the Ball Corporation board of directors in January 2004. He is retired chairman of the board, Symmetricom and retired president, CEO and chairman of the board of Datum, Inc., Irvine, Calif. Mr. van der Kaay joined Datum 1998. Prior to that, he served eight years in management positions, including executive vice president, at Allen Telecom Inc., of Beachwood, Ohio. From 1987 to 1989, Mr. van der Kaay was president and CEO of Millitech Corporation, South Deerfield, Mass. He also was senior vice president and telecommunications group executive for Avantek, Inc., Freemont, Calif., from 1984 through 1987 and spent 14 years at M/A-COM Inc., Burlington, Mass. (1970-1984), where his positions ranged from regional sales manager to president of one of the company's wholly owned subsidiaries. In addition to his board positions at Ball Corporation and Symmetricom, Mr. van der Kaay has been a director of Comarco, Inc., Irvine, Calif., since 2001; TranSwitch Corporation, Shelton, Conn., since 1997; and RF Micro Devices Inc., Greensboro, N.C., since 1996. Georgia Nelson joined Ball Corporation's board of directors in July of 2006. She is president and CEO of PTI Resources, LLC, an energy and environmental consulting firm. She is the former founding president of Midwest Generation EME, LLC, an Edison International company headquartered in Chicago. Midwest Generation is a large independent power generation company. In her 35 years at Edison International, Nelson also served as general manager of Edison Mission Energy Americas, was senior vice president of worldwide operations for Edison Mission Energy and held executive responsibilities for Edison Mission Marketing and Trading, Inc., a Boston-based energy marketing and trading subsidiary. She spent more than 25 years with Southern California Edison, a large U.S. electric utility, where she was also a senior executive. In addition to her directorship with Ball Corporation, Nelson serves as a director of Cummins Inc., Nicor Inc., and Tower Automotive, Inc. For the last two administrations she has been appointed by the Secretary of Energy to the Executive Committee of the National Coal Council, a federal advisory committee to the Department of Energy. She is currently chair of the council. She is a trustee of the Manufacturers Alliance and the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum and a director of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce. She serves on the advisory committee of the Center for Executive Women at Northwestern University and formerly served on the Women's Advisory Board of the JFK School of Government at Harvard University. Hanno C. Fiedler was elected to Ball Corporation’s board of directors in December 2002. At the end of 2005, Mr. Fiedler retired as chairman and chief executive officer, Ball Packaging Europe. He now serves as chairman of the Ball Packaging Europe Supervisory Board. Mr. Fiedler joined Ball in 2002 with the acquisition of Schmalbach-Lubeca AG, headquartered in Ratingen, Germany. He had been chairman of the board and CEO of Schmalbach-Lubeca AG since 1996. Prior to that, he had spent nearly 25 years at TRWIncorporated in various domestic and international roles in Germany, the United States, Great Britain, France, South and Eastern Europe and Asia. His responsibilities included vice president and general manager Europe, TRW Steering and Suspension Systems, Europe, Düsseldorf, Germany. In addition to his directorships at Ball Corporation and Ball Packaging Europe, Mr. Fiedler serves on the boards of Thyssen Krupp Stahl AG, Duisberg; Pfleiderer AG, Neumarkt; Pfleiderer Unternehmensverwaltung GmbH & Co. Stuart Taylor is chief executive officer of Analytic Innovations, a leading provider of data-driven marketing solutions to companies with large customer portfolios, including credit and debit card issuers, retail banks, insurance companies, and others. In his role as CEO, Stuart is responsible for the company's overall management and strategic direction, overseeing general operations, and spearheading organic and acquisition growth initiatives. He also is managing partner of The Taylor Group, a private equity firm with investments in a number of operating companies including Analytic Innovations. Analytic Innovations has been awarded certification as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the National Minority Supplier Development Council. Due to his status as one of the country's leading African-American entrepreneurs, Stuart is a frequent speaker and panelist regarding minority-owned business development. Indeed the mission of The Taylor Group is to dramatically increase the number and size of minority and women owned businesses through partnership with aspiring entrepreneurs. Before forming The Taylor Group and acquiring Analytic Innovations, Stuart led a successful career in investment banking, having executed more than 50 major transactions in eight different countries.
