Bally Technologies Inc.

On Sept. 1, 2006 Gavin Isaacs officially took over as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Bally Technologies. Isaacs recently concluded his responsibilities as President of Aristocrat Technologies, Inc., a Las Vegas-based subsidiary of Aristocrat Technologies Australia Pty Limited. During his tenure with Aristocrat beginning in 1999, Isaacs served in key management positions, including General Manager Global Marketing and Business Development, and Managing Director, Europe, before ascending to the position of Americas President in March 2003. During his term as Americas President, Aristocrat Americas became the largest financial contributor to the Aristocrat Group, posting record revenues, unit sales and recurring-revenues while achieving substantial margin increases.

Mr. Caller was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective March, 2006 and he joined the Company formally in early April, 2006. He was previously a partner at Ernst & Young from 1983 until 2006 most recently serving in the Denver office. He started his career with E&Y in the Houston office in 1972 and was the managing partner of E&Y`s Albuquerque office from 1990-1991 before moving to Denver where he served several publicly held companies as well as several companies involved in the gaming industry.

Mr. Luciano joined the Company in March 2004 as Chief Technology Officer in connection with the Company`s acquisition of Sierra Design Group ("SDG"). Mr. Luciano founded SDG in 1996 as a research, development and consulting company focusing on the gaming industry. Prior thereto, Mr. Luciano was employed by International Game Technology in to the position of Vice President of Advanced Engineering. Prior to joining IGT, Mr. Luciano held several engineering positions with a variety of companies including Soabar, a division of Avery International, and Mobil Oil Corporation.

Ramesh Srinivasan joined Bally Technologies in March 2005 as Executive Vice President, Systems. Mr. Srinivasan was formerly Executive Vice President, Warehouse Management Systems for Manhattan Associates. During his first three years with Bally Technologies, Mr. Srinivasan has guided the systems division to record revenues, across-the-board product improvements and increased customer satisfaction levels. Mr. Srinivasan is currently responsible for system sales, product management, product development, client services and customer support.

Kapral began his career as a Certified Public Accountant after graduating from the University of Illinois with degree in Accounting. He moved on to financial officer roles in technology-based manufacturing businesses including vice president of finance and later divisional president for SGL Carbon, a multi-billion dollar German-based public company. In 2000, he joined Oregon-based Electro Scientific Industries in corporate officer roles, including vice president of human resources and administration. Immediately prior to joining Bally Technologies, Kapral served as chief financial officer and vice president, human resources for Microfield Group, Inc., a Portland-based public technology company.

Mr. Lerner joined the Company in December 1996 as Assistant General Counsel. A former deputy attorney general for the Nevada Gaming Commission and State of Nevada Gaming Control Board, Mr. Lerner has been practicing law since 1980. Before joining Bally he was general counsel to Becker Gaming, Inc., a Las Vegas gaming company. From 1987 to 1994, Mr. Lerner practiced law at Jones, Jones, Close & Brown (now Jones Vargas), a prominent Las Vegas commercial and litigation law firm.

Savage comes to Bally from the 3M Company corporate headquarters, where he most recently managed a business unit and led Six Sigma operations within one of 3M’s larger divisions. Prior to that, Dan served as global business manager for 3M’s touch screen manufacturing division, 3M Touch Systems, which is the number-one supplier of touchscreen displays to the gaming industry. Previously, Savage was the director of marketing & sales for Dynapro Technologies, a Vancouver, British Columbia-headquartered technology company which was acquired by 3M in 2000. Savage also worked as a sales manager for Kodak and as a product manager for Xillix Technologies, a Vancouver-based medical imaging equipment manufacturer. Savage holds a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, a well-known business process improvement methodology and a highly acclaimed exclusive management training program. He has also earned several “3M Golden Step” awards for introducing new products that generated more than $10 million in revenues in their first 12 months of introduction. He earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada. He also has a technical business diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Prior to joining Bally Technologies in 2006, Lowell was vice president of research and development for GameTech International, a high-technology company specializing in the development of server-based gaming equipment.

A Bally employee since 2006, Sridhar has been responsible for Systems customer support, professional and technical services, and East Coast client services. Prior to joining Bally, Sridhar held various positions at Manhattan Associates, a supply-chain management company headquartered in Atlanta, Ga. During his tenure at Manhattan Associates, Sridhar developed that company’s “PkMS® Solution,” the industry’s first “packaged” supply chain execution system. Sridhar holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from the University of Madras in Chennai, India and a Masters in engineering degree from Bangalore University, India.

Tom has directed various aspects of Bally Systems' software products since joining Bally in August of 2002. Prior to Bally, Tom spent about 3 1/2 years as the General Manager of the Spa Resort Casino in Palm Springs, California. Tom has been in the casino industry since 1977 and has enjoyed positions with Lodging & Gaming Systems as a Financial Officer (4 years), the Peppermill Hotel Casino group as a VP (6 years), and the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

Dan Marcus is the senior director of business initiatives for Bally Technologies. In this role, Marcus develops casino consulting services related to Bally's Business Intelligence and Visual Analytics products. He has held several casino management positions, most recently as vice president of gaming operations at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Prior to that, he held a series of financial, marketing, and operations roles at Harrah's Entertainment. Marcus also has managed investments for a small private equity group and evaluated acquisition and disposition opportunities for a real-estate development organization.

Joe Balani is the games training manager for Bally Technologies. Balani has spent the last 18 years working in the gaming industry. For 14 of those years, he held leadership positions for Casino Data Systems, Mikohn Gaming, MIS-USA International, as well as multiple Las Vegas casinos. Balani has extensive experience in training, operation, maintenance, setup, repair and installation of games, player-tracking systems, networks, signs, and meters. Since joining Bally in 2002, Balani has served in SQA as a technician and in Florida as field service manager as well as technical support manager. He has been directing the training department since 2006.

Jacques André was appointed a director in August 1996. Since October 2002, Mr. Andre has been a Vice President of A.T. Kearney Executive Search. Mr. Andre was a partner with Ray & Berndtson, Inc. an international executive search firm, from 1975 until 2002.

Mr. Topfer is managing director of Castletop Capital. Previously, he served at Dell in both the role of vice chairman and as counselor to Dell's chief executive officer, advising in matters of critical importance to the company. Prior to his service at Dell from 1994 to 2002, Mr. Topfer served 23 years at Motorola, Inc. where he held several executive positions that spanned the full range of Motorola's global business. Before that, he spent 11 years at RCA laboratories in various research and development, and management positions, during which time he wrote a book on thick-film electronics. He began his professional career as a research engineer with Kollsman Instruments Corporation in New York. Mr. Topfer was conferred the Darjah Johan Negeri Penang State Award in July 1996 by the Governor of Penang for contributions to the development of the electronics industry in Malaysia. He serves as a director for Alliance Gaming and Bio Reference Laboratories. Mr. Topfer also serves on the advisory board of Singapore Technologies.

Robert L. Guido was appointed in December 2006. Guido, who has been affirmatively determined by the Company`s Board of Directors to be an independent director, will also serve on the Company`s Audit Committee.Guido recently retired from Ernst & Young where he was Vice Chair and CEO of E&Y`s Assurance and Advisory Practice. In this role, he was responsible for overall business strategy and had significant dealings with both the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) on behalf of the firm. During his 38-year career at Ernst & Young, Guido also co-chaired the firm`s Global Client Steering Committee and served as a senior advisory or engagement partner to numerous global companies.
