On Sept. 1, 2006 Gavin Isaacs officially took over as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Bally Technologies. Isaacs recently concluded his responsibilities as President of Aristocrat Technologies, Inc., a Las Vegas-based subsidiary of Aristocrat Technologies Australia Pty Limited. During his tenure with Aristocrat beginning in 1999, Isaacs served in key management positions, including General Manager Global Marketing and Business Development, and Managing Director, Europe, before ascending to the position of Americas President in March 2003. During his term as Americas President, Aristocrat Americas became the largest financial contributor to the Aristocrat Group, posting record revenues, unit sales and recurring-revenues while achieving substantial margin increases.

Mr. Caller was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective March, 2006 and he joined the Company formally in early April, 2006. He was previously a partner at Ernst & Young from 1983 until 2006 most recently serving in the Denver office. He started his career with E&Y in the Houston office in 1972 and was the managing partner of E&Y`s Albuquerque office from 1990-1991 before moving to Denver where he served several publicly held companies as well as several companies involved in the gaming industry.

Mr. Luciano joined the Company in March 2004 as Chief Technology Officer in connection with the Company`s acquisition of Sierra Design Group ("SDG"). Kapral began his career as a Certified Public Accountant after graduating from the University of Illinois with degree in Accounting. He moved on to financial officer roles in technology-based manufacturing businesses including vice president of finance and later divisional president for SGL Carbon, a multi-billion dollar German-based public company. In 2000, he joined Oregon-based Electro Scientific Industries in corporate officer roles, including vice president of human resources and administration. Immediately prior to joining Bally Technologies, Kapral served as chief financial officer and vice president, human resources for Microfield Group, Inc., a Portland-based public technology company.

Savage comes to Bally from the 3M Company corporate headquarters, where he most recently managed a business unit and led Six Sigma operations within one of 3M’s larger divisions. Prior to that, Dan served as global business manager for 3M’s touch screen manufacturing division, 3M Touch Systems, which is the number-one supplier of touchscreen displays to the gaming industry. Previously, Savage was the director of marketing & sales for Dynapro Technologies, a Vancouver, British Columbia-headquartered technology company which was acquired by 3M in 2000. Savage also worked as a sales manager for Kodak and as a product manager for Xillix Technologies, a Vancouver-based medical imaging equipment manufacturer. Savage holds a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, a well-known business process improvement methodology and a highly acclaimed exclusive management training program. He has also earned several “3M Golden Step” awards for introducing new products that generated more than $10 million in revenues in their first 12 months of introduction. He earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada. He also has a technical business diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

A Bally employee since 2006, Sridhar has been responsible for Systems customer support, professional and technical services, and East Coast client services. Joe Balani is the games training manager for Bally Technologies. Balani has spent the last 18 years working in the gaming industry. Mr. Topfer is managing director of Castletop Capital. Previously, he served at Dell in both the role of vice chairman and as counselor to Dell's chief executive officer, advising in matters of critical importance to the company.
